I love my Kraken V4 — the noise-canceling and immersive audio are amazing. But for long sessions, I need a way to stay aware of my surroundings without removing the headset.A physical pass-through / ambient awareness switch on the headset would let users instantly hear the room. It would make the headset comfortable for extended use while keeping full immersion.I’d happily pay extra for a headset that combines Razer’s sound quality with this level of customizable situational awareness. This could benefit gamers in shared spaces, streamers, and anyone who values both immersion and comfort.Thanks for considering this idea — I’d love to see Razer continue leading in player-first design.

Laptop is from 2022. It had always been fast. Went on a trip and returned home and suddenly it was slow. Did clean Windows reinstall. Updated drivers (including graphics card). Still slow. Then miraculously worked fine for an hour and now it’s slow again. Opening up any apps including Chrome takes 3-4 seconds. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey all not sure how to explain this so I’ll do my best. My iskur v2 x seat basically sinks in and it’s like a visible dent in the fabric. It’s been hurting my butt and I’ve had to use a cushion and I’m upset. Is this intended on this chair? 

Recently bought the razer DA V4 pro mouse, however i recognised that when I click it in certain point on the side the mouse seems to make some kind of clicking sound or something i don't know. Could you tell me if this is a normal thing or should I return it 

Has anyone here used Razer laptops or peripherals for professional tasks related to jobs in Canada, such as managing job portals, content creation, or development work? I’m curious how Razer devices perform for long working hours, multitasking, and reliability in a professional setup.

My Synapse Software just forced an update on me earlier today during a PC Reboot….  Now the Synapse software comes up telling me to upgrade to Synapse 4 because they no longer support Synapse 3….  ...and it no longer detects my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard, or my Razer Naga Hex V2 Mouse… telling me that I no longer have any Razer products connected to my computer. I dont like Synapse 4… I’ve tried it, its horrible software. Razer, why can’t I just keep using what WORKS??  IF IT WORKS; WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BREAK IT???

I’m trying to find some advice / log a support issue with my Woverine V3 Pro boothtooth adapter. It’s less than a year old, but the serial number has worn away as it’s on the sticke behind the pad. This means I cannot find anyway to log a support query.The problem is with the Bluetooth adapter not connecting. I unplugged from my xbox and plugged into my PC to update the controller, this keeps giving malfunction errors. tried multiple USB ports. Since doing that it no longer works in my xbox.Stuff for ideas now.

Literally while in call with a friend it just stops transmitting audio. Audio settings are all the same, i tried restarting my pc multiple times, reset the plugs. Idk. 

Basically, I've lost access completely to the old e-mail I used to make my Razer account and register the products I own. I am unable to change it and unable to contact Razer in any way. Their "support" doesn't actually give you an option to receive account support and just sends you back to their warranty support page. What do I do? Literally nothing on their site is helpful and it's frustrating that they evidently don't like the idea of actually helping their customers.

My laptop two days ago had a very high temperature/overheat then today when I want to turn on the laptop but the laptop won't turn on. what is the solution?

Razer blade 17 (mid 2021) RZ09-0406 Windows 10 Home 64-bitMy GPU has limited itself to 210Mhz making all games I run run really poorly.Using software such as HWMonitor and GPUZ it's saying my GPU chip power draw is 522.3W (max) and my board power draw is 752.7W (max), and PerfCap reason is Pwr (Limited by total power limit) which it shouldn't, and stays at that level even with nothing open.Any suggestions on what may be the issue.If you need any additional information please ask and I'll provide it, thanks

For some reason the Mic doesn't work and actually has never worked ever since I bought itLike the audio is fine and everything is perfect except for the MicWhen I go into Razer Synapse I can hear myself when I turn on Side Monitoring but only there and nowhere else it's doesn't pick up any audio anywhere elsePlease let me know if you had this problem and found a solution 

I switched from a basilisk that has 8 buttons to a deathadder with only 5. I had a button for my alt tab macro since I used it so often and I'm currently trying to do something similar with hypershift. I set hypershift to mouse 3 and alt-tab to wheel down so I can press the wheel and scroll down to alt tab. The problem is I no longer have a mouse 3. Is there a way to set a button to its normal function AND ALSO activate hypershift with it? I was trying to write a macro for this but I can't find the hypershift function in the macro editor. 

Just bought the razer deathadder essential and tried using it on my ps5 on fortnite and the left click wont work is this solvable?

does ranking up from Insider Mini to Insider require any notification or is it automatic?

I wish that it could lock into place so if I wanted the headset smaller/tighter it wouldn't slowly slide off. Also which that i could make it so the buttons wouldn't do anything so they dont accidentally get press and could only be controlled through the software 

so i had this mouse for almost 3 year. gonna fix it within this week, the right click start having problem.after closer inspection my mouse using paw3349db, if my mouse that supposed to use paw3328 but using better sensor instead, did razer "limiting" the sensor somehow (beside dpi)?, or they just completely change the sensor for this model ?

Basically i love these headphones and the haptics and how they vibrate, especially when playing warzone and using a sniper. but when playing with friends it picks up their voices and vibrates as they talk. i basically only want the headphones to react to the game and not all other noises. thanks 

I just switched from the naga trinity to the naga v2 pro and I'm trying to adjust the scroll settings on synapse to be as similar as the trinity. Does anyone know what the scroll tension and scroll steps would be on the trinity? 

I bought a razer BASILISK v3 mouse and the scroll wheel flies loosely when i scroll and i don't think it's normal for it to do that, when i tested my friends one who reccomended me to buy one it felt tactile but this mouse feels loose, could i get a return? i got it from currys

Okay, so I'm looking to get a new headset in the next day or so and right now Amazon has the Blackshark V2 Pro on sale as well as the Blackshark V3 X, so my question is which to get? Seems as though the obvious choice would be go with the V3 X since it's new and probably has minor bug fixes and what not, but just just wanted to get some opinions on if the V2 Pro is worth getting over the V3 X. Also, I am on Xbox Series X if that helps any. Big thank you to anyone that comments and helps me decide on which to get! 

Hello,I just receive my Yeelight Screen Bar Pro, and I'm trying to connect it with Razor Chroma RGB and for that i need Razor Synapse, but i cant find any version that's work with a Mac Intel, any help please ?

i have RGB keyboards and a 1yo, she is obsessed with the pretty colours on my new keyboard and keeps trying to steal it, as a potential compromise, i pulled out my old blackwidow v2 for her to play with but i cannot get it to light up without a computer present, i read that the keyboard has a demo mode, but even googling explicitly for how to trigger the demo mode only gives solutions for turning it off and people complaining about it being stuck on. i understand from some reading that the device may not light up at all without being connected to a computer, obviously, i dont want to give a 1yo the ability to type random things on my computer but i am in a small house and the computer and the baby must share a room, no other way around it.
