They robbed me, they have blocked my razer gold account for no reason and it won't let me put my phone number to which I feel scammed because I recharged real money to put it in a game and it won't let me

I have the Razer Naga Pro wireless with switchable plates (the first version that's not available anymore). I've had it for a year or two and I'm already getting the jumps when scrolling with the wheel. I tested various settings, different computers etc. and yes, it's the sensors.Now, does the new version of this Naga with Razer HyperScroll Pro Wheel have optical sensors for the wheel? I can't find any specs that would say if it's mechanical or optical. I don't want to buy a 180$ mouse if there's mechanical sensors in there, because they would get dusty and tired again in a year.

Someone please help!! Which Razer Kraken headsets are Xbox Series S compatible? Specifically, is the Razer Kraken v2 quarts kitty edition going to work for me? I'm getting mixed answers from Google searches as to whether they're compatible or not... PLEASE HELP!

I just can’t decide between the 18 and the 16.Situation: I’m upgrading from a 2021 Blade 17 which I’ve used pretty much every day for general gaming, with a bit of work here and there.I use it 90% of the time from my sofa on a lap tray to game most days, so not on a desk. Next to my wife watching the tv, so noise is a factor. I travel average of once a month for work but am unable to take it currently as it’s so heavy.I really like the big immersive screen of the 18, and that it’s cooler and quieter. I’m not super bothered about the difference in performance as I’ll be using DLSS/FG.But I also really like the portability and form factor of the 16 and being able to take it around when I travel for work, which I’m unable to at the moment with the 17. And I love an oled screen and the use that’s opened up with a bigger battery.Concerned about the screen size going from 17 to 16 being a bit small, or do you think the difference will be negligible? I’m happy with the screen size of the 17.A

Edit:My mouse now works and is connected to wallpaper engine but my keyboard isnt and I have no idea why it's not using the same lights as my other razer products 

When I am connected to my pc I often connect the Bluetooth to my phone just to listen to music/tiktok that nonsense and every 10-15 minutes the headset disconnects and reconnects and this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact the woman talk and says that the connection has changed, any way to turn her off or fix the Bluetooth error ? 

Hey allI currently have a old Glorious mouse and keyboard is a Asus Rog Falchon low profile white wireless versionMy monitor is black, speaker are black with RGB ( logiterch g560) , 8bitdo ultimate controller is black , all my pc components are blackhowever my Asus Rog Falchon seems to work well with RGB on and looks better on white peripherals and not to mention its a wireless keyboard which i also want my mouse to be wireless as well since it just looks much cleaner on the tableI noticed there is a ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX which is basically the black version but its only wired, so if i wanted a black deathadder i would also switch my keyboard to match but im not sure if i want a wireless keyboard again :( 

Hi, I am thinking about purchasing razor blade 18 2025 with gtx 5080 32gb. Planning to change ram on my own because via razer its +1500eur for just another 32gb up to 64gb 6400mhz.All I need is stability, I dont play games but will connect multiple full hd displays via dock. SADLY NO THUNDERBOLT 5 AT BACK OF LAPTOP TO HIDE ALL CABLES but thats not the major issue. Have 3 additonal hardwares from different brands that I ll use. Basically want thin 18 inch workstation with win 11 pro. I cant afford instability of system, crashing, mouse freezing when going to other display...  Heres my concerns:SYNAPSE - I am reading multiple problems with stability, issues with the latest drivers, keyboard, touch pad.All I need is using specs of this laptop to its full potential without overheating, high performance, balanced when I am afk. Light on keyboard, one colour, fast start of laptop and synapse. Everything else that synapse offer is meaningless to me!! It d be far more easier, if laptop wouldnt

Hello, I have a Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro headset. It sounds very good however i can't seem to modify my audio enhancement settings. Switching them on or off makes no difference in sound quality. I especially care about bass and Audio normalization. It instead forces me to use THX Spatial Audio, where i can modify those settings. 

Hi! I recently bought my first Razer product, a pair of Barracuda X (2022). Besides the slightly plastic feel, I've been very happy with them, but I have an issue when I use it with the USB C 2.4GHz-dongle in my Nintendo Switch. If the sound is low (Not low volume) it cuts out, like when background ambience sounds are the only thing playing https://100001.onl/ . In Breath of the Wild it happens when I'm looking at the menu or quest log, and the same happens in South Park: The Stick of Truth. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Hello! I've had my Razer Iskur for awhile and it was good but last year it had a forward leaning tilt so I stopped using it.Forward a year later to today and my back has been hurting sitting on my kitchen chair and I'm wanting to use my Razer Iskur but I cannot figure out why it has a forward leaning tilt?I've searched online and people are saying its due to the base but my base is fine its the seat of the chair itself.When taken apart and the chair is on the ground it sits leaning a little back like it should but the minute I flip it so that the seat is now in the air I can put pressure on the front and it leans quite a bit unlike when I put pressure on the back it does not lean or tilt without me using the handle.My chair only has height adjustment, Lumbar Adjustment and the recline lever I do NOT have the tilt lever on the other side. Add as many details as possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier for others to reply

Can anyone recommend some Mac branded keycaps ? Can’t seem to find a whole set ,let alone the for the bottom row. I know razer on Mac is dumb, but I had this keyboard for when I was on pc , and now given the recent compatibility update seems like a good time to try and use it.

Hello, I opened a case with razer regarding my controller disconnecting in wireless mode a lot. I've done firmware updates etc, but it still does it. Has anyone also experienced this and sent off their controller? What were the results? Did they fix it or replace it with the 8k one? I've heard it has better connectivity 

Been using a deathadder v2 pro but the side rubber grips are wearing off and it’s time for an upgrade. What are the main differences between those three models? My hands are kinda big, not sure if that’s a factor 

I've been investing (stocks) in razer for a while.  Recently, I recommended a razer head set in a 500 plus female gaming community/forum. It seems like a particular ad has angered quite a few and a lot were swearing off razer products. I viewed the ad and normally I would have taken it lightheartedly. BUT in 30 years of off/on gaming and 15 years of more hard core gaming, within the past 2 years I have run into way more misogyny then ever before. Women are turning away from games where mics are required or just not playing as seriously in those games because they refuse to mic up without a voice changer. So the environment with female gamers has become worse and this ad is not helping;. It is alienating female gamers even more and I cannot recommend razer products now within those groups. There needs to be some serious PR work. In light of todays environment razer could have just as easily made an ad with a black gamer noise canceling the chirp from the fire alarm. Can anyone recommend a new battery for Naga Pro V2? I know only that original battery is Li-Ion 3,7V 1000 mAh.My mouse's warranty is already over and battery has degraded significantly so I have to charge it every 2 days with all RGB off. Originally, once per full week was enough. 

I have a Razer Viper 8K and I am happy with the mouse, but the Synapse software is JUNK, today I learnt it takes up to 6 SERVICES running on Windows, dude wtf. Now I understand couple of things.Since I don't care about lightning and random shit. Can I just uninstall this. I always use 3200dpi on every game and desktop. 

Bonjour a tous,j'ai telechargé synapse 4 sur mon PC, et quand je connecte le dongle a ma tour (via adaptateur USB A pour le dongle USB C) rien ne se passe, le casque est bien repertorié sur window et ca marche, mais sur razer rien du tout, du coup je peux modifier aucun parametre et surtout le parametre qui m'interesse c'est le fait d'avoir le retour voix dans mon casque.Quoi faire ?

Im new to Razer and have been loving my products so far. Just wondering why there’s so much hate behind Razer products and then why there’s so much hate behind Synapse 4, I thought the UI and functionality is solid.

If you are using Synapse 4, it will not tell you that your Dock Pro requires an update from firmware 1.xx to firmware 2.xx.You've gotta manually download from their official website by searching on google for "Razer Mouse Dock Pro Firmware".Once you have updated to firmware 2.xx, head over to Razer Synapse 4 to do the pairing process again. And this time it should pair and you should be able to move your mouse.Enjoy your 8k polling.

I was normally using my Razer laptop, which I’ve had for six years, when it suddenly started emitting a large amount of thick smoke along with a very strong burnt smell. What could have caused this? How should I handle it right now? I have never modified any parts or replaced the battery. Is this kind of situation normal? I nearly burned down my house!
