Make a long story short, I sent back my headphones for a same item replacement, they offered me a worse item, so I declined that. So they where going to refund me. After I gave info it took them 6 weeks to refund me. I had to email them every week wondering where my money was. Finally got the refund, but I used 10 dollar rewards to best buy to buy the headphones, but they wouldn't refund that 10 dollars.  The whole process took over 2 months of back and forth emails to resolve this.  They really should have offered me something for all my time wasted with them. 

Hey guys, quick question about the Leviathan V2. Is Razer Synapse absolutely necessary to use the Leviathan, or can the soundbar be used without Synapse? And what limitations do I have if I use it without Synapse? 

so recently my logitech mouse broke so i pulled out my old razer mamba te and i was playing a few games and stuff when suddenly my mouse stopped moving at all due to the sensor being complete buns talking it didnt move at all for days on end and if it did move it would only move right to left down and up wouldnt do anything but most of the time no movement at all and just sticking a q tip into the sensor fixed it works like new so now i just keep a qtip box on my desk while playing games and when the mouse stops working i shove tips into it to play a game while waiting for my new mouse thanks razer

Hi! Planning on getting my first razer keyboard for Christmas, and I'm stuck between these two keyboards. I checked a keyboard comparison website and they were essentially the same from what I saw. My main thing is that i want a quieter keyboard, and the yellow linear switches on the Blackwidow is quieter, but, I love the rgbon the wrist rest on the huntsmanI would just like some opinions on these two as they are around the same price 

I am running an Orbweaver on Synapse two.  I have been racking my brain but can’t come up with a solution.  I have play a game with both fps and a free view mode.  To go to free view I have to press a key and to exit free view I have to press the key again.  I would like to be able to hold the key to enter and stay in free view and return to fps view when releasing the key.  Is this possible? 

I always used it very carefully. No gamer rage, no dropping it, nothing of that kind. Yet the coating started to peel off, starting where my thumb sits and mouse 4 starts to lose its tension. I have the white version, no idea if the coating issue also exists on the black one, but I was definitely expecting higher quality here. 

I’m the owner of a Huntsman keyboard and a DeathAdder V3 and a Basilisk mouse. I used to be happy with the hardware and even recommended it to my friends.But then Synapse started bothering me a lot. These sudden requests to log in in the middle of a game take the focus away from my game and place a topmost window in front of it. WTF… why do I need to log in to be able to use my mouse and keyboard???  

Just wanted to hear what everyone's favourite Razer product. I personally really like the Razer BlackWidow V3 Keyboard & the Cobra Pro Mouse. Currently using the Barracuda X headset and it’s been the best headset I’ve had. 

For some reason, I can’t seem to get a signal from my Razer Ripsaw connected to a Nintendo Switch 2 on a TCL QM6K TV.  I have tested just about everything, and I still don’t know what to do.  Can anyone help me out?

When Windows Sonic is enabled should I put my headset in Stereo mode? My friend says it might "piggyback" on THX, thus requiring my headset to be in THX mode, but doing so could easily overlap the two effects at once, right?Any insight is appreciated. Thanks! 

Hey! I picked up a Basilisk v3 pro 3 days ago and think this might be my favorite mouse to date, even better than the MX Master for work. Only issue is that my mouse sporadically disconnects on bluetooth and I can't get it to kick back in. I'll switch to 2.4, works well, disconnects sporadically too. I have my 2.4 dongle in a caldigit hub, but i'd like to get this working over bluetooth.

When will razer 16 rtx 5070  arrive on stock? And when it arrive,  will be there sale on it? Thanks

Recently bought the Razer Blackshark V3 Pro. Previously had the V2 which spontaneously fell apart at its hinges (which I can see was a widespread issue).I like other aspects of this headset and having returned various other models from other manufacturers due to similar defects, I'm kind of at the point where I want to see if I can just secure it myself.I say this because the joints look very similar to the V2 and I haven't got a lot of faith in them, albeit the lower sections do swivel now which hopefully reduces the chance of breakage.Any ideas on how to approach this? I thought about getting some electrical tape and just running a few layers over the joints to reinforce them.Alternatively if a Razer rep can reassure me that this fault has been specifically and reliably addressed in the V3 that would be much appreciated. 

Hi, The title said it all, i’ve unfortunately lost the dongle and the bluetooth is not working quite well on my laptop. Where can i get another dongle for this mouse ? 

Hello i plan to grab the Razer Blackshark v3 (the middle version) on Black Friday. I heard you can use it via USB. Does using it via usb give you any disadvantages like Razer Synapse Profile loading or no thx Audio or something like that? it would be my first Razer Product.

i was thinking about deathadder essential i had black one and it was just okay for 4 years it broke afterand how do you clean it? will it get dirty dirty? 

Unfortunately my second Man-o-war headphones broke in half while I was wearing them (first pair did too), but I was able to repair it with some epoxy!  I’m new to epoxy and it shows, but at least I was able to repair these ones and not have to buy another!

I reinstalled windows, and now I can't activate 7.1 surround sound because the code was already activated, and I don't receive a new code in my email. Please help me. and after i login in 7.1 app with razer id nothing happens, it still needs activation code

Ever since I've had my Razer Kaira, it had the worst connection problem I had ever seen. It always disconnects and reconnecting over, and over, and over again. And so not too long ago, I decided to take apart my headset, see if there's maybe something loose inside or idk what. And I see an MHF4 connector, with nothing plugged inside.. I'm guessing that's where the antenna is supposed to be, but there's none inside. I bought an antenna on aliexpress and we'll see if it's gonna fix my problem. 

So I got myself a razer mouse (Viper) and tried to use the customisation for the alternate keys on the mouse, but even if I'm not in english language and not using in windows the english language it's still being in the US layout of QWERTY and it's even worse that when I try to put for example " / " as a key directly from the symbols section, it just map the way to write the symbol with a US keyboard. Same with " : ", it just show me "Shift+M" like wtf ?? And so it obviously proceed to use "Shift+M" in this case and "Shift+!" in case of a " / ". I'm lost I need help as playing without these is making it hard as it's been 10 years I played like this

I went in store and brought a Razer gold gift card for $200.00. I sent to my grand children. When they tried to redeem it, it was rejected. For 48 hours I have been trying to get it redeemed. Now they are saying they need another 72 hours. I just want to redeem card or money back. I paid for the card. I am getting no reply. 

I currently own a Razer blade 15 (2020) that is now dying and I need a new laptop. Since I was pretty happy with the 15, I am highly considering staying with razer. What I basically want is a more up to date 15, which obviously doesn't exist. I still need the laptop to be more or less portable, since I use it for work and have to transport it a lot. I also game a LOT (which I'd love to do on highest settings) which leads to the laptop running the whole day . Now I don't know which specs I need for a smooth experience without going over the top (I definitely don't need 64 gb ram) and I don't even know if I should go bigger or smaller. Is the 16 still transportable without problems and does the 14 still have a big enough display without me having to squint my eyes to see what I am doing? If anyone has any (helpful) input in that matter, please help, I have been trying t figure out the best solution for months... 

So, I got an email from Razer today about getting “verified as human” to know if you might be competing against bots and to (possibly) win 10,000 Silver, with no mention of having to download the World app to complete the process, which turns out to be a crypto wallet.This whole World thing is the brainchild of AI shaman (and doomsday prepper) Sam Altman. Even the most cursory youtube search reveals it to be a (likely pump and dump) scam designed to enrich the people running it at the expense of the suckers conned into investing. Check out Bitcoin College’s “Worldcoin: Scam I am” video. A whole host of questionable entities (including SBF) are among the original backers.Why Razer feels a need to besmirch their reputation by associating with such ilk is beyond belief.
