I got a new razer blade 14 (2024) with a 4060 for £1100, which for similar specs is like £500 cheaper for a 14 inch laptop, and I'm now a bit worried about issues people have had with razer on the past, but alot of what I've seen is with the (2022) or (2023) model laptops, Has anyone had any positive/negative experiences with the 2024 model? 

Hi everyone,I noticed that my Razer laptop’s surface gets marks and smudges very easily, even when I just rest my hands on it or wipe it lightly. The finish seems to catch fingerprints, oil stains, and other marks that are hard to clean off completely (photo attached).Is this normal for Razer laptops, or is there something wrong with mine? Do you have any tips for cleaning or preventing these marks from showing up so easily?Thanks in advance!  

Three years ago, I was gifted a Razer Blade 15 (2022) when I started college. Since then, I have had NOTHING but issues with it. This laptop was specifically chosen because it would allow me to play games while off at school where I could not have my PC, while also maintaining the demanding programs I have to use for my coursework. This specific laptop was also chosen for the hardware it contained, as it was some of the best of the best at the time, and would last me a good couple of years.  After just two years, my battery died out on me and Razer would not supply me with a new one. Any repair shop I have taken my laptop into has been unable to get in contact with Razer to get a new battery, and I was forced to purchase one that was not directly from Razer which put my warranty at risk. Currently, I am facing an issue that has been present from day one, but has worsened with use over time. Hello everyone, as mentioned, one of the two metal pins has broken off and is stuck in the adapter of the charging cable.Has anyone had success removing the piece from the adapter? I would prefer not to reward Razer with my money by purchasing a new one.It is enough that I have to pay for the replacement part and the person with the soldering iron.I would appreciate any tips.

Hi, wondering if anyone could help i’v just invested in the razer tomahawk mini with the razer fan controller, fans and cooling but i can’t find the Razer Chroma Addressable RBG Controller anywhere and the link on the website just takes me to a OOPS page.

There's been so much extra negativity around Synapse and the recent update. So many posts.I havent come across any issues myself while using several Razer peripherals on my rig so Im curious what the real split is between the everyday users around the world.How many of you think its fine? 

So i have quite literally the worst keyboard in existence its the razer huntsman V2 "analog" i have never seen a single game in my 2 years of owning this garbage where the analog function actually works, but for some reason it likes to break certain games entirely. So so this time its decided to break and prevent me from playing the new SKATE game. It won’t detect my controller and my character is just stuck in the ball position permanently.Usually i fix this by going to device manager and disabling the XBOX 360 driver that powers the analog function but ive done that and it still wont detect my controller. Whats weird is this worked fine during the playtests but now it wont work for the steam release. I swear buying this keyboard was the worst decision i ever made when it comes to my setup. All its ever done since ive owned it is caused problems on tones of different games.  

Does anyone know if the audio cable for the Razer Nommo Pro can be extended?From what I found, the spec is a 10-pin mini-DIN, but I’m worried about buying the wrong one.I hope someone with experience can clarify this.

Hey i would like to know where i can get a battery replacement because my laptop say its fully charged 100% and then when i take the cable away it shuts down imeadiatly and it wont start

Title speaks for itself, just wondering when the announcement for Razercon will be released. I’m hoping they show off the huntsman v4 pro since I need a new keyboard, but I’m holding off buying anything until I see if it’s announced at the event 

after many tries, im sure my donglestop working. i tryed every utility, reinstal and uninstalll. Someone know where can i find a dongle replacement 

I recently had to send in my razer kraken v3 pro for replacement because it stopped charging. A few days after I sent it in I get an email saying that it will be replaced with a black shark v2 because they don’t have mine in stock. that’s not even the same line of headset wtf?! Not only that I don’t think those are equivalent in value either. I sent an email back requesting kraken line headset, it’s just frustrating

Hi My friends and me have BW V4 pro green switch and it s the best keyboard we never have. Now we wait the BW V4 pro low profile in green switch and in AZERTY.When razer will made it ? Now it exists only in Qwerty.Yes I know why France has in 2025 AZERTY keyboard? I don't know. Qwerty is better and I don't understand why in occidental county we have different keyboard. Qwerty for German, Qwerty for Sweden, AZERTY for french.... It s stupid. It s like the ring. One ring to control all :). And who cares if you have strange letters in your country. 

Why is there 2 icons? Did I do something wrong? When I Right-Click it says Central has Synapse and Chroma and "Razer" has Central and Cortex???Am I doing something wrong or should I not buy a Razer product anymore because of the constant updates and bloatware that they make you install distributed in lots of processes?

Two days ago, my keybinds in Fortnite suddenly stopped working. At first, I didn't know what the problem was, so I reinstalled Synapse and looked for a new firmware, but nothing really helped.The weird thing is, Synapse works perfectly fine when the mouse is connected via cable, but as soon as I use the mouse wirelessly, my mouse profile is deactivated when I start Fortnite.This doesn't happen in other games.Keybinds work on the Razer keyboard, but that wasn't the case before I reinstalled Synapse 4.Only after I reinstalled Synapse did some functions work normally again.I've been thinking about selling my Razer mouse and keyboard for a while. I've had nothing but problems for a year, especially with Synapse 3 when my Viper V3 Pro would flick to the ground on its own every few minutes in the game. The Huntsman V3 Pro has also had software issues several times, so what's going on here?

For some reason my Viper V3 pro is not being detected  like i tried using plug and play method its still not being detected tried using the  compatibility and used another  type c cable its still not being detected . I tried also turning it on like 3 secons and 7 seconds hold but it doesnt light up . There is time i see it blinking like when i remove it from cable or when i tried to charge it  using my phone charger.

Recently picked up a refurb Razer Edge Wifi and was sent a 5G version. Cool. I will take the extra 2g ram for free. The annoying part is the constant verizon notifications. I have disabled cell data, removed networks, etc. Still pop ups. Is there any way to completely remove all of that? Is there a different ROM for the wifi version and i can flash that instead? 

If you guys have problems with these earbuds like me, such as can’t connect to earbuds or etc. Try to use this way to solve the problems,The normal resetput both of your earbud in the case and wait for 5-10 secondsthis is just a normal one that you guys are normally do it everytime.Factory reset / Hard reset Don’t connect to the device, Tap on one side of your earbud 3 times and continue to press it, after for 5 second and it’s gonna play a sound “factory reset” then it finishedHope you guys can use this method to fix your problems. If it can’t and you still having warranty, then you need to claim it.

I am not much of a ANC fan but the ear-cushion comfort and the sound quality on these blew me away I tried v2 pro for 2 weeks and returned them cuz they sounded horrible, I do own other headsets like. Kraken v4 pro,artics nova pro wireless,Alienware pro wireless but the v3 pro with thx enabled and Dolby Atmos slaps Audio is loud and immersive and is pretty comfortable and mic is great 

I have a Razer 17 2021. I just bought a new ssd. I installed it, booted into windows and formatted it with no issues. I booted from a UBS with Omarchy to install the distro on the new SSD. I wanted to dual boot basically. Well...Now the razer won'start and I can't enter bios unless I remove the new ssd and it will work as usual and I can boot into windows. What to do now??? I need to nuy an external adaptor to try to format the new ssd and try all over again or I have other options?
