i want to get a new headset my head current head set is the razer nari ultimate but it is broken where the swivels are on both sides i have had 2 naris and both broke in the same place on both side of the headset. i want to know if im going to have the same problem with the Razer Kraken v4 pro it looks like a good headset i tested it at best buy and it felt sturdier than the nari. 

I just bought this from an online shopping, want to know if thus real or fake 

He says the request is under treatment, why 

anyone else noticed or had this happen? my leviathan v2 pro randomly changes its audio modes i notice it more at night the green dots go from 3 both sides to 4 then back again its super weird what's the fix for this i cant find anything when i search for it? iv already hard reset it by unplugging everything pressing the power and function  buttons then plugging just the speaker checking the light goes from normal mode to Bluetooth and then plugging everything in again iv re installed razer synapse 4 and the driver for it iv checked for firmware too its super strange how iv not found anyone else so far with this particular problem? iv already RMA’d this speaker once so now what! 

I have a razer kraken ultimate and a kraken v3 pro whenever i use them with audio enhancements on the sound gets loud and distorted and found out the problem was with realtek when i deleted realtek it started working fine but realtek keeps installing by itself. Is there a way to permanently delete realtek or solve the problem without deleting it? 

I’m from Canada and I wanted to preorder the Kraken Kitty V2 Gengar edition headset. I’ve seen people mention that it can ship to Canada but when I’m on the canadien version of the website it gives me an error code and when I’m in the US version I can’t put in my canadian adress. I wanted to know if it actually ships to Canada like some people have said or is it going to be possible in the futur or it won’t ship at all to Canada.

I have a razer kraken v2 and i always had that click microphone off. yknow when you squeeze the mic it glows red. Before the last synapse update it would stay the way i left it, if i left it on it would stay on when i open my pc, if i closed it it woudl stay closed when i open my pc again. But after it updated, its always on by default and i have to close it myself. i am quite forgetful and kinda paranoid, i'd rather keep it off all the time. can someone help me how to set it off on default? 

Hey everyone, so i have this Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse and it work's fine with the dongle, but i can't get it to work wit bluetooth. When i enter pairing mode it won't really show up, sometimes it does for a second or so but i am unable to pair it. Not on an windows pc, macbook or android device. Is this a known issue? can i do anything about this? Thx everyone! 

so after less then a month of use my naga trinity left mouse button randomly popped open and the plastic stick keeping it connected inside broke so now i cant use the mouse i cant apply for warranty since i didnt buy it from a certified razer seller (i did buy it from a big tech company though) so now all i have is a useless piece of hardware that cost 130$ 

I am wondering if Razer would ever support the Kyio pro ultra (and others in this family) on the new MAC app. Now that Razer is officially supporting Apple's silicon, it would be neat not to use the competition's (starts with L) app to configure my camera. 

No one seems to know why the V4Pro haptics do not work or are almost undetectable. Wish Razer would do something about this. My v3 much less expensive version worked much better. Seems odd that much more expensive v4Pro is so much worse. 

Anyone that's owned both the v3 hypersense or pro model and upgraded to the V4 pro how are the sensa haptics are they actually improved as they're already pretty good on the v3 and have they got any weaker or preferably stronger than the max setting on the older models as looking at them as a potential upgrade but I worry about the battery life claims with the haptics on as I only really use my hypersense set to max and I worry they're not gonna be as strong as the kraken v3 hypersense and pro or the nari ultimate I don't wanna upgrade if the haptics are weak as shit 

So basically the right click and left one don't do anything. Everything else work (dpi changes, profiles changes, scrollwheel and it's button, side buttons as well, it gets recogniced by synapse and all.) Can you please help? I tried update the firmware, uninstalled the mouse from windows but nothing works. Has to be something of the mouse because y tried another and it works just fine. 

Since the update and the change of synapse 3 to synapse 4 and the 2 separate programs my rgb doesn’t sync as it should, when i turn on my pc the fans stays off and i have to manually restart the controller and set the colors i want. Anyone has allready had these problems, is there a way to go back to Synapse 3 ? Thanks for your answers. 

I bought razer 18 with rtx 5090 and 64 Gig RAM, on 7th August and last night on 21st August i found 11% discount on it. Today I check for price adjustement. the store says yes they will do but with 14 days. Today is 22nd August its 15th day.

Hi all, I can only apologise if this question has been asked many times before, I have tried to register my headset, but the product number is not being recognised, i have tried to make contact with razer on their chat facility, but the button is greyed out so i cannot, i am trying to setup up the headset to use the pc dashboard  so i can  changes settings etc, I have the app setup on my iphone., is there anything else i can do please.

Did they fix the mic on the v3 pro? I heard even with the new EQ it still doesnt sound as good as the v2 pro (2023)Anyone upgraded from this headset? 

Just thought I'd  share, but since Razer and XBox won't allow me to unpair my Kaira Pro headset from my console unless I do a hard reset on my console, I'm done with Razer products.  Good bye.

Having issues with my G16 laptop I got recently. Lots of overheating, performance a downgrade from similar thin laptops.The one good thing is it can run on a 100w charger with reduced performance, but still pretty capable (80, 90 fps on red dead 2, 1600p, medium/high graphics). Recent updates to Nvidia have borked this though.Anyone with a Razer, preferably with a 5080, able to run it on 100w? My preference is to have it for travel. Huge power bricks make travel hard. 

I’d like to extended my Aether light strip to cover two desks. The two desks sit side by side with a half meter gap in between. Question is, if I buy an extender, how can I bridge the gap between the two desks / light strips. I’m aware the Razer Aether light strips use 5 pins.  Thanks  

I am looking to buy some new wireless headphones and was somewhat sold om the blackshark v3 pro, had the v2 for some time and was really happy with them.However after looking around a bit I found out about the audeze maxwell which from what I see so far everyone praises as sounding better and being overall the better choice. My problem however, I can't for the life of me find a somewhat good comparison between these 2.So I was just curious if there was anyone here who tried both and what you thought.I am mainly going to be using the headphones for gaming and music (but mostly gaming). 

Am I the only one that has lag on their keyboard when Synapse is on? I'm using a Blackwidow TKL and when I'm writing for work I have to turn the software off since it's slowing down my keyboard and sometimes even some keys don't work well... I updated Synapse 3 to 4 but the problem remains lol Synapse is so useful while playing videogames but it sucks for other tasks. Yeah, my keyboard is clean and its firmware is updated to the last version, but it's already 3 years old  

 Can i ask for help cause i lost my phone that hat has access to my old 2FA password, i cant get authentication from app due to this problem.. Can i ask if its possible to to reset my 2FA passcode thanks

So uhm. I purchased my Razer headset. Kraken V3 X. And I don’t exactly remember the Date of Purchase. I need a little help. A little context. A few months ago. I don’t exactly remember the date. Me and my mother went up to Walmart and purchased the Headset I use. And as a 15 year old. I don’t exactly have a credit card. Surprise. And she purchased the Headset. But now. Present day, I try to register. And I realized I need my Date of Purchase. If someone could help me. I’d appreciate. Thank you.

I bought it for my laptop and I’m a little concerned about it being powered by the laptop itself. I don’t know much about computer engineering but my laptop (MSI Titan) already runs a little hot and I’m worried the excess power demanded of it will overheat it or reduce its life expectancy or something. My laptop is already powering a gaming keyboard, mouse, controller, Razer Base Station, and charging my headset. My old leviathan had its own power cable.Based on the above info, is it safe to plug in the soundbar directly to my laptop?
