Hello, I have a Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro headset. It sounds very good however i can't seem to modify my audio enhancement settings. Switching them on or off makes no difference in sound quality. I especially care about bass and Audio normalization. It instead forces me to use THX Spatial Audio, where i can modify those settings. 

Hi! I recently bought my first Razer product, a pair of Barracuda X (2022). Besides the slightly plastic feel, I've been very happy with them, but I have an issue when I use it with the USB C 2.4GHz-dongle in my Nintendo Switch. If the sound is low (Not low volume) it cuts out, like when background ambience sounds are the only thing playing https://100001.onl/ . In Breath of the Wild it happens when I'm looking at the menu or quest log, and the same happens in South Park: The Stick of Truth. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Hello! I've had my Razer Iskur for awhile and it was good but last year it had a forward leaning tilt so I stopped using it.Forward a year later to today and my back has been hurting sitting on my kitchen chair and I'm wanting to use my Razer Iskur but I cannot figure out why it has a forward leaning tilt?I've searched online and people are saying its due to the base but my base is fine its the seat of the chair itself.When taken apart and the chair is on the ground it sits leaning a little back like it should but the minute I flip it so that the seat is now in the air I can put pressure on the front and it leans quite a bit unlike when I put pressure on the back it does not lean or tilt without me using the handle.My chair only has height adjustment, Lumbar Adjustment and the recline lever I do NOT have the tilt lever on the other side. Add as many details as possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier for others to reply

Can anyone recommend some Mac branded keycaps ? Can’t seem to find a whole set ,let alone the for the bottom row. I know razer on Mac is dumb, but I had this keyboard for when I was on pc , and now given the recent compatibility update seems like a good time to try and use it.

I’ve setup my PC completely new. Until recently I didn’t cared much about the sync. I’ve had everything synced before with a community application from GitHub I think. Is this still working with the new armoury crate from ASUS? Thanks in advance 

Hello, I opened a case with razer regarding my controller disconnecting in wireless mode a lot. I've done firmware updates etc, but it still does it. Has anyone also experienced this and sent off their controller? What were the results? Did they fix it or replace it with the 8k one? I've heard it has better connectivity 

Been using a deathadder v2 pro but the side rubber grips are wearing off and it’s time for an upgrade. What are the main differences between those three models? My hands are kinda big, not sure if that’s a factor 

I've been investing (stocks) in razer for a while.  Recently, I recommended a razer head set in a 500 plus female gaming community/forum. It seems like a particular ad has angered quite a few and a lot were swearing off razer products. I viewed the ad and normally I would have taken it lightheartedly. BUT in 30 years of off/on gaming and 15 years of more hard core gaming, within the past 2 years I have run into way more misogyny then ever before. Women are turning away from games where mics are required or just not playing as seriously in those games because they refuse to mic up without a voice changer. So the environment with female gamers has become worse and this ad is not helping;. It is alienating female gamers even more and I cannot recommend razer products now within those groups. There needs to be some serious PR work. In light of todays environment razer could have just as easily made an ad with a black gamer noise canceling the chirp from the fire alarm. Can anyone recommend a new battery for Naga Pro V2? I know only that original battery is Li-Ion 3,7V 1000 mAh.My mouse's warranty is already over and battery has degraded significantly so I have to charge it every 2 days with all RGB off. Originally, once per full week was enough. 

I have a Razer Viper 8K and I am happy with the mouse, but the Synapse software is JUNK, today I learnt it takes up to 6 SERVICES running on Windows, dude wtf. Now I understand couple of things.Since I don't care about lightning and random shit. Can I just uninstall this. I always use 3200dpi on every game and desktop. 

Bonjour a tous,j'ai telechargé synapse 4 sur mon PC, et quand je connecte le dongle a ma tour (via adaptateur USB A pour le dongle USB C) rien ne se passe, le casque est bien repertorié sur window et ca marche, mais sur razer rien du tout, du coup je peux modifier aucun parametre et surtout le parametre qui m'interesse c'est le fait d'avoir le retour voix dans mon casque.Quoi faire ?

Im new to Razer and have been loving my products so far. Just wondering why there’s so much hate behind Razer products and then why there’s so much hate behind Synapse 4, I thought the UI and functionality is solid.

If you are using Synapse 4, it will not tell you that your Dock Pro requires an update from firmware 1.xx to firmware 2.xx.You've gotta manually download from their official website by searching on google for "Razer Mouse Dock Pro Firmware".Once you have updated to firmware 2.xx, head over to Razer Synapse 4 to do the pairing process again. And this time it should pair and you should be able to move your mouse.Enjoy your 8k polling.

I was normally using my Razer laptop, which I’ve had for six years, when it suddenly started emitting a large amount of thick smoke along with a very strong burnt smell. What could have caused this? How should I handle it right now? I have never modified any parts or replaced the battery. Is this kind of situation normal? I nearly burned down my house! 

I was playing a Xbox game (2k25) and ordered some pizza. When it was ready I left everything connected and went to pick it up. I came back and my monitor was screen was dim due to being afk. I tried unpausing the game and nothing happened. I restarted my Xbox one and tried selecting my profile but the controller isn’t responding to anything. It still lights up and I can turn it off by holding the Xbox button on the controller but it isn’t responsive with my Xbox? I’ve tried wired and the dongle and still nothing. Any suggestions? 

Hi there. I have a razor basilisk v3, and a logitech g915 keyboard. And I was wondering if its possible to creat a macro that, with a click of a mouse button it will select keyboard #1 and if i press again it will select keyboard #2 and with every click, 1 then 2 then 1 then 2 and so on. If anyone knows how to, could they help me out with how to write it Thanks peps  

I have an issue. I was going through my Authentication microsoft app and was deleting accounts that I no no use and accidently deleted my Razer ID and now when I go on the website it asks me for a code. I don’t know what to do in regards of putting up a new one. Please help.

I have a black widow v3 pro, I've been using Bluetooth because the dongle is sadly lost to history,I've heard that razer has a feature that can pair two devices to one dongleIs it possible to pair my keyboard to a mouse that supports this feature, or is there a way to pair the dongle with onlythem keyboard and no mouse? , don't have that razer money anymore to be honest 

Are the sides of the new Phantom White Basilisk V3 Pro 35k still rubber, or have they moved to plastic? I've had the rubber fail on both a Basilisk Ultimate and now a V3 Pro, so hoping they've moved to something a bit more durable. 

Anyone else having issues? It was working a couple days ago. Just stopped all of a sudden, compared to others saying that Synapse 4 NEVER recognized their Raptor monitor.

Hello, I have a Razer Blade 14 2023, the space bar key has been having problems for months regarding that it only works when it wants, I followed the recommended solutions in a post I made to which they responded, currently I have not been able to solve anything but because I cannot be without a computer at this moment what I did was assign the space bar to the "right alt" key, a few weeks ago I updated the computer and the "f4" and "~" keys changed colors to the preselected ones, normally I have the keyboard in "Static" rgb configuration in white but these keys appear yellow, when I apply other rgb configurations these keys turn other colors, I would like to know if you can give me some advice or help me solve these problems, thank you.

Hi i have this pair of some version of Razer hypersense headset (cant remember which one) it has the option to remove the mic from the headset and is also wireless with one of Razers USB’s but it wont connect and google isnt of anyhelp at all! They all say to ”just go into sound settings and choose it” but its not there and its not findable through bluetooth or any of the other wireless connections. I have razer synapse and they arent showing up there either? 

My blackshark v2 X was working just fine until i updated my pc to windows 11, i could not fix it no matter what i tried, today i went back to windows 10 and it still does not work.i tried uninstalling my drivers and installing again i just dont know what to do, pls help 

Recently bought a Razer DeathAdder which maybe 1 in 100 clicks, minimises all windows and takes me to my desktop. Extreemely annoying on FPS games. Anyone ever seen this before? Probably just gonna buy a new mouse, but seriously wtf ?
