Glad to see Razer is finally spending some time fixing the software, i have had tons of complains when it comes to Synapse 3 being slow, resource heavy and most likely very insecure but it had one key feature that is missing in Synapse 4.I like to disable auto updates from third party suppliers like Razer because i find it hard to trust the security of such companies. Its very easy for an attacker to do something like a supply chain attack on a razer server and essentially compromise all of its customers attached to their update channels.The problem is with Synapse 4 i have no ability to disable auto update. So now my computer is at the mercy of Razer not being compromised by an attacker and having it automatically send infected software to my computer.Why can't i disable automatic updates? 

I'm unsure if the dongle or the keyboard is the issue but it basically stopped working.I've tried using different computers and ports but result is the same. Is there a way to attempt to re-pair the dongle to the keyboard?Failing that, is it possible to get hold of a dongle that will pair with the board?Bluetooth isn't great for this and I suspect it's a Linux + Bluetooth issue (if you know you know)

I hate Razer's headphones. They're cheaply made and come with some pointless software that I'm forced to use. I’ve bought two pairs from Razer: the original Krakens and the Blackshark V2 Pro. The Krakens' headband broke after just 6 months, even though my head is pretty normal-sized.Now, with the Blackshark V2 Pro, after 8 months, the leather on the headband has almost completely peeled off, leaving behind this ugly yellow sponge. After about a year and a half, the volume knob became super wonky. I have to position it just right to hear from both speakers, and if I lower the volume too much, the right speaker cuts out completely.I even tried disassembling it to clean the volume control, but it didn’t help. I'm done with Razer. Never buying anything from them again. 

I found these on Amazon looking for a new headset, the V3 X USB is about 20€ cheaper, what is the difference tho ? Could not fint any.

I was wondering How do i use Razer Wolverine v2 Pro Chroma Touchpad on pc? Its recognized in playstation mode in steam but i want to actually use it as a touchpad to control my pc. Do i need DSX or any software like that? 

Please remake Razer Raiju | RZ06-01970 it was the best controller ever made. Please start to make it again . I now have the tournament edition but the Razer Raiju | RZ06-01970 was so mutch better. Do you guys have one laying around i would love to buy it please!

just changed my batttery to a knockoff. razerblade stealth 2019 i think. now i cant see the battery percentage. what do i do? 

Hi all,I need some help with the airflow in my PC case. I know that the current fan setup is not right and optimal and I’m asking for your help to create a proper configuration.Since I’m using an i7-14700KF processor, my case gets quite hot. I’m using a Cooler Master MasterLiquid Core II 360 AIO, but the radiator’s heat is being exhausted directly into the case. As a result, the inside of the case (even the glass panel) gets warm. I want to find a way to expel this heat efficiently from the case.If you have any suggestions for a better fan layout, or a recommended position to mount the AIO for better airflow, I’d really appreciate it.Here's some pics of my setup;Note: I don’t have any extra thermal paste at the moment, so if I carefully change the position of the AIO fans and radiator without removing the pump from the CPU, there shouldn’t be any air gaps between the copper cold plate and the thermal paste, right?  

I use my controller on an xbox series x. I've had the controller since early November last year and it has worked fine untill today. The controller won't turn on unless it's wired to the Xbox and when it does turn on it doesn't connect an doesn't register any inputs. I've never dropped or spilled anything on the controller. The dongle isn't loose and I've tried it in every usb port on the Xbox. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am planning to buy the RAZER KRAKEN V3 PRO, but I have seen that they say that they have many problems but that they were going to solve them! Has this time in 2025 already solved those problems or are they not worth it? 

When i start playing after some time it starts to unrespond to movement and later keys it doesnt happen at exact moment it just gets weaker and weaker until it dies again it works for a small moment when replugged i tired different usb ports it worked until now, i had it 8 months 

Hi everyone, I wanted to buy some headset and my budget is a maximum of €70. I saw the BlackShark V2 X and I liked them, I should use them on Xbox... Has anyone had one and can tell me if it's worth the money or if there are any issues? Also, I noticed on Amazon that there's a version that says Xbox..

Pretty much have concerns on point with most others. But one that seems a bit more subtle is that of DPI changes. Going back to the DPI that I had no longer feels the same... Is this placebo, or is it possible that the newest software doesn't quite treat DPI the exact same as Synapse 3? 

I recently purchased a 15" razer blade laptop on eBay for 300 USD. Apparently it has a very rare screen flicker when unplugged. I'm very familiar with working on PCs and some macbooks, and looking up repair guides on the 2019 and 2020 models, I don't see anything that looks out of my comfort and skill set. I'm going to start with cleaning it out, repasteing, and repadding everything and was wondering what size thermal pads are correct to use. I saw one reference to 1.5 mm pads and was wondering if that was indeed the correct size?

I had originally downgraded my Razer Blade 14 laptop to Win 10 but with the EOS upcoming I upgraded to Win 11 with a factory reset. However upon doing so my wi-fi connection is now incredibly slow. The Wi-fi is not slow on any of my other devices and was fine on my razer blade laptop when it had windows 10. Is there a wi-fi driver update that I need?
