I have had my keyboard for around 9 months now and in the last 2 weeks, the D key has stopped responding. Any known reason for this? 

Hey everyone, I just bought the razer basilisk v3 pro 35K mouse. And from what I've read, I need to update the firmware of the mouse in order to have a polling rate higher than 1000. I cannot find the firmware updater for this mouse(I tried the updater for the v3 pro, and it wouldn't let me update it). does anyone have the link for the firmware update? or maybe a different way to update the firmware so I can finally have a higher polling rate? 

I know. The instructions say to simply plug the 2.4 GHz dongle into your PC (I now have a laptop) but the only thing that happens is that it asks if I want to load Razer Synapse and the other programs. It doesn't work via cable either and it only recognizes that an external keyboard exists but not that it is connected. Has anyone else experienced this? 

I have been searching for days and trying so many things and cannot seem to get synapse 4 to recognise Valorant as a game to be THX supported im missing out on the gaming modes like THX Conpetitive which funnily enough shows up for CS2 any help would be appreciated!!

Interested in purchasing this soundbar, the only issue is that its not available for sale in Asia. So i plan on ordering this from the USA Amazon site. Question is, for those who own the device, is it auto volt or supports 100 - 240v voltage? 

The screws on the back plate are absolutely horrible. They shred almost instantly even with the right screwdriver. How can an almost 5000 dollar system have such poor quality screws. I had to upgrade the system from 32gb ram to 64gb ram and updgare with another ssd but 2tb and i spent the better part of 3 hours unscrewing the back plate then another 45 mins screwing7it back up and not to mention the mouse pad screw fell out as soon as the back plate was off so i had to screw it back and then realize dependi7on how tight or lose the screw is, is what allows the mouse pad to function properly so i had to do it all over again and shredding another screw! Any suggestions on solid screw replacement would be appreciated 

As stated above the experience is absolutely horrendous.My headphones keep being unpaired so i need to turn off, turn on, connect and disconnect the dongle etc.And even if they pair there is a 30% chance that when I play a youtube video or stream the video gets paused the second i click play.Is there any fix for this or is this the experience I should expect? 

Hi,does the problem still exist, that the Wolverine v2 Chroma Controller is not supported by Synapse v4? Or am I too stupid to install it right? Hope anyone could help me.  Thanks :)

I've had the Razer Ornata Chroma for years now and it's served me well but very worn out and some keys starting to double click. I was looking to stick with Razer keyboards and liked the look of the Blackwidow v4 but have seen when they first came out people were having a lot of issues with it, like double clicking after a couple weeks.£170 is a little pricey but if it end up lasting me as long as my current one, I'm happy to pay that price. Is it worth buying or are the faults to common for this keyboard? If so what alternative can you recommend? 

Hi there, I have already a bunch of Razer products, but I usually don't go doing macros and stuff.. And an idea came to me, what if I could switch audio peripherals from a single key of my keyboard ?So, I'd like to know, is it possible ? If so, how can I do that, or where can I find how to do it ?I've read a Reddit post about using Sound Switch but I wanna know if there's any way to achieve my goal without another software.Thanks !

I recently bought the Hello Kitty and Friends Headset, as well as the Kuromi one. I love both of them, so much. I think it’d be amazing if they did other Sanrio characters. I think a Little Twin Stars headset would be cute! You could have Kiki on one side, and Lala on the other.

I just talk to customer rep and says that garena shells were Out of stock.

What are the Razer chairs like.  I have over 20 Razer Periphs, like 3 Mics, Razer case, 2 webcams, 3 mice 2 keyboards, 2 mouse mats, stream deck, leviathan and nommo, bungee, 2x base station, barracuda, nairi ultimate (honestly prefer my corsair virtuoso and Nova PRo). So wouldnt mind looking at the chairs.

I’m looking for a pro controller that I can play on my pc and ipad.

I just bought this mouse and expected a smooth scrolling experience with the two modes and the automatic switching. But when I use the free/smooth scrolling the mouse still scrolls in steps and not at all smooth. Is it possible to change this in anyway? This is otherwise really annoying as stopping the wheel sometimes causes a step backwards and without smooth high resolution scrolling this is a big jump on websites and huge text/source code files. 

To all of you people interested in buying this product , i would recommend you stay away , there is a reason why the warranty only is 1 year on it , mine stopped lighting up the whole way around just after 2 years , they can do absolutely nothing about it yet it is a hardware issue and i’ve never even moved this mousepad off of my table

My over scratched card please help

Just setup my Kraken V4 Pro, the headset is connected to the control module but I’m not getting any sound through HyperSpeed Wireless or anything. I’ve ran troubleshooters, made it the default device etc.  Also when pairing through bluetooth it shows in the devices as Paired but as soon as I hit Connect it says it didn’t work and that I should ensure the device is discoverable - it is. Bit frustrating as it’s a lot of money for a headset that doesn’t work on any mode no matter what.

I started working from home. I bought a KVM controller, to switch between my work laptop and personal PC. I wanted the chroma items to work when I switched between the two. The laptop is connected to a dock. The pc and Dock are connected to the KVM via HDMI and USB. Considering that I have 10 chroma items I have to use a powered USB hub to connect all of the chroma devices which are connected to the KVM. Everything worked well until I connected the headset base station stand and the Chroma laptop stand. When the PC is on the stand is recognized and lights up but when I switch to the laptop the stand and base station are not recognized. I tried connecting directly to the dock or laptop and it works. But then it will not work for the PC because the hub is the central connection. I thought that the issue was the hub in both devices but I am not sure. Trying to get around this where everything would work. There are other razer stuff I like but I would have the same problem. Any ideas? 

good evening, I purchased the Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed and it worked perfectly on Bluetooth until this eveningI wanted to use the keyboard in bluetooth mode on position 2 by pressing fn+alt+2after doing this all the lights in bluetooth mode are off on the keyboardvia cable or 2.4 GHz it works regularlyI updated the firmware to the latest version, I did the reset with "esc" + "space" + caplock"can you help me?

I would like to ask for help. I have already bought the Rezer Blackshark V2 X headset, but I am having problems with it on my Windows 11. The headset works fine, but I am unable to enjoy the 7.1 Surround Sound driver. I have tried many ways to update the audio driver on my motherboard, but I still cannot enjoy the 7.1 Surround Sound. I have asked on forums but have not found a solution. Maybe you can help me?  

Is the Razer kraken V4 headphones compatible with Xbox ? ,it says it’s compatible with pc , PlayStation and switch , would it be compatible with xbox also ?

Just got a razer blade 2022 15 inch i7 12800h 3080ti ddr5 32gb 4800mhz ram 240 qhd screen off ebay for 1200 after shipping in great condition - feel like I got a pretty good deal on it seeing they are all retaining for 1500+ stillI'm still waiting to recieve it in the mail but more of just curious and to feed my excitementHow's this thing performing in 2025?

Hello there Guys and Gals. I need some suggestions form you experts. My Wife is so creative and she makes almost everything Crafting like Sublimating Shirts/Cups, Print Vinyl designs for shirts, Party Favors, etc. So she first designs then prints. She is not a professional on designing but she has learned over the years and in my opinion her work is very good and she keeps growing.The problem is she is working on a very cheap HP laptop with the worst limitations: Ridiculous Display, non upgrade-able RAM and CPU is slow under pressure. I feel so sad watching her working on a project for hours when it should take her only 30 minutes because of the stupid Laptop she works with. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and we were thrilled with the display quality and how true the colors show in the display however, I returned it because she didn’t like the IOS and the way Apple limits the user in some ways. So I want to buy her an IBM laptop and I have read Razer is the one comparable to Apple.
