the first razer laptop i bought was just shortly after a covid began being a 1660 ti 15 inch - that served me until this year. of course i experienced battery bulging but honestly if i replaced the battery it still would have been fine.ive recently upgraded to the new 16 inch 5080 and its probably imo the craziest and coolest tech product on the market- i can do just about anything i want on it, graphics on games are insane and the fact its this slim (i really have no idea how they did it)

I still use an Orbweaver Chroma. Yesterday, it worked fine. Today, it isn’t recognized. I reinstalled Synapse 2, from the Razer Synapse 2 folder, and it still didn’t recognize it.  Even after unloading and reinstalling it.. Yes, I know that all support ended, but it was still functional.  Were the database files removed?  If so, is there anyway to get the orbweaver working again?  If the online databases were removed, was there any notification? If so, I missed it.

need advice, my $40 mouse got delivered with photo by FedEx but when I got to check for it after notification, it's just GONE I walked around neighborhood seeing if it somehow drifted off and it's just nowhere to be seen, some jerk just has to ruin thing for people, what's can razer do about this?It was a mouse that had clicking issues so I did an RMA AND 2 weeks later I got it back only for it to be stolen, is there any success stories getting a package redelivered or am I just screwed

Hello,Couple days ago I cleaned my laptop and took the battery out because it was swollen even though I never really had problems with it be charging it fully or even using it without power supply, but yeah, now it makes sense why my track pad was so stiff. Anyways, I took it off and now synapse wont turn on any other performance mode besides balance. Ive looked into the internet and it seems this is due to razer’s somehow made a sensor on motherboard that detects if theres no battery on and then limits power supply, hence synapse wont turn on any other performance modes and you can see how it can be bothersome for a gamer.Is there a way to bypass this? Where can I buy og battery because I can’t seem to find it online, neither at razer’s website or any other place in EU and Im skeptic about buying a compatible one from any other seller.I appreciate if somebody could help me with this asap, I wanna go back to gaming.Thanks so much in advance to whoever takes the time to read this.

Back before the pandemic I used to be a day one Razer fan for most products. The Razer Phone 2, the water bottle, the chargers, the ornata, everything, but looking back there's one thing I gotta ask. Did the Ice Cube Tray ever come out? I remember seeing it, a toaster, and a gas mask thing on their site ages ago yet everywhere I look people are saying it was some sort of promo only item. Can anyone give context to that? I just wanna know if it ever actually went live lmao

I'm an avid Orbweaver Chroma user, and have three units, two of which were acquired on Ebay. I think the Orbweaver needs to be revived with 1000hz polling, onboard memory storage, and a lower resting wrist (more ergonomic). The Tartarus is alright, but I immediately returned mine when I purchased it. It's wrist sits too high, the rest isn't very adjustable or comfortable to me, and the thumb-stick just isn't grippy or concave enough, and is therefore too slippery. The keys weren't clicky, which is necessary physical feedback (perhaps an issue with the version I bought). But worst of all (as has been mentioned by another user), it's missing the 20th key, which is instead replaced with a scroll wheel nobody asked for. Just my 2 cents. Lots of people buy the Tartarus, but perhaps that's because the Orbweaver is no longer in production? I have no idea. Just giving my opinions here.

I love how the Razer Kitten v3 Pro usb headphones look, but they cause so much ear pain. The ear cushions with my v2 were wider and more comfortable. I thought about putting them on the v3, but they are much wider, and I don’t think they will fit. I’d appreciate any suggestions. 

2023 BSV2Pro and when I plugged it in for the first time it was blinking red in even intervals for several hours. Then It started blinking green but in uneven intervals. Is this normal? It’s been 12+ hours on charge but the uneven blinking won’t stop and turn solid green

Been checking new reviews about the laptop, while it does seem to offer great things, I just wonder if there is any issues in the long run or should I just find another gaming laptop instead?

Hi, my headset (razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed) is squeezing a bit too much on one side, and I was wondering if rotating the earpad 90° is possible without any issues,

Feel like I'm running in circles on the website trying to find any kind of support. I'm trying to file a warranty claim for my Viper Mini but cannot for the life of me find out how to do it. The website just rambles on about proof of purchase etc and provides no clear way to file a claim. Any links I click to get to 'Support' just loop back to pages I've already read. 

Has anyone found good EQ settings for gaming on this headset yet? I’ve been using ChatGPT to help but so far it’s hard to get EQ settings that beat what my V2 Hyperspeed has which is crazy because I would think the V3 would have better audio quality.

Hi all, I JUST bought a new Razer 14 (2024) laptop 3 weeks ago, and since then, every single time it starts up from sleep, it works for a few seconds and then powers off and completely restarts. Saying it ran into a “video memory management error”. The event viewer says critical error kernel power error. After it does this reset once, the laptop works perfectly fine until the next time I have to wake it up from sleeping.Everything is up to date with the latest updates. Including the graphic drivers.Razer support didn’t try much to fix the issue and then instructed me to completely wipe the laptop, get a USB stick(which I don’t have on hand) and perform a system image recovery. Which is a LOT of work for something that is a minor inconvenience, but is starting to get more and more annoying as the novelty of a buying a new laptop starts to fade.Can someone please help me fix this without such a drastic step?

I attended PAX last year and spoke with a few of the Razer team on the floor. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have their own stall, but it was still cool to chat with them (they even featured me in a video on the ANZ Instagram account, although that account’s gone now).I’m attending again this year and wondering if they’ll finally be able to have a booth, or just roaming again?Would love any info!I’ll be rocking my new Xanthus shirt!

My boyfriend was using some very old Razer Kraken phones, but he is in dire need of a new pair. I already heard him say he was very happy with them and wanted new Kraken ones. He's the type to usually stick to what he already likes and knowsI wanted to gift him new ones and I've seen some reviews about Kraken v3 and v4 and they were ok, but not great. Problem is I know jack shit about computers, phones and whatnot and I need some help deciding what to get. I'm getting confused with all the technical terms and scared to get something too different and him not liking it so I could really use some helpBecause of his schedule he's more of a casual gamer, not very much into FPS and likes to just chat and play with his friends too. So I don't think there's really a need for ultra quality sound, but good enough quality and a good phone would be greatShould I just get a safe kraken model since I know he likes it? Should I try a different line? What would you recommend?

I need to switch the keycaps of my Razer Joro, because I bought a used Joro with the french layout (AZERTY) I want to convert it in an Italian layout (QWERTY) knowing it will still have some french "special characters" but I don't want to buy another keyboard just because I bought the wrong layout.Can anyone help about it?

Hi all,I'm facing an annoying delay when I press a button on my Tartarus Pro to temporary switch to another keymap. I use the thumb button but it happens with any button I set.I didn't have this issue before. This thing make the switching function useless because I need to wait to press a button from the keymap 2.I think it could be the last update of Synapse 4 that introduced this problem.Am I the only one?Thank you.

In the title, I’m wondering how everyone’s thermal performance is on the razor blade 16 2026 particularly the 5080 model but whatever model you have? I’ve seen some Reddit posts here that the thermal performance was actually better and the fans didn’t kick in as much and on the 2025 model they were on all the time and annoying people, but I’m curious what were people impressions? Another reviewer was saying that it ran a bit hotter so I’m not sure what to think…..Thanks!

I'm looking to upgrade my dock as I need more USB-C ports and use thunderbolt for my external drives and my 43" 4k monitor. My primary use is home recording and music production.I'm considering the Razer Thunderbolt 5 dock for its added m.2 slot to support an extra 8TB of storage. However, I've read the fan noise is quite loud and frequent.Does anyone have experience with this dock? How frequently does the fan go off and is it loud enough to add background noise during recording?
