Hello,I’ve bought the Wolverine V3 Pro and the D-Pad button is stuck on the down arrow after 2 hours of use, any suggestions for a fix? Thanks
I've just returned 2 controllers to amazon now, ntue first had a sticky left stick thay made like a click when passing over centre left or right, and the replacement had a right trigger that was had tons of play and weak spring tension on locked shirt trigger pull mode... I like the controller bit really not impressed with the typical razer quality control l, now I don't know if to buy a 3rd... Or try another controller for PC.
Hey everyone,I’ve been using my Razer Blade 15 (i7 + RTX 3060 + 16GB RAM) for a while now. Lately I’m getting random FPS drops while gaming — even on medium settings. Temps are not crazy (75–80 °C) and I already updated drivers and Windows.Sometimes GPU usage stays low while CPU goes high, and I’m wondering if this could be some kind of bottleneck issue between CPU and GPU, or if it’s just Synapse / Windows causing the lag.Has anyone else with a Razer laptop experienced this? Any tips to stabilize performance would be great. Thanks!
Hello I’m at my wits end and need this laptop to work. I was doing my blender assignment when suddenly the whole screen turned black. I connected it to an external monitor which worked at first and updated everything + did almost every method show online (removing ram, battery, cmos, changing to dgpu). When I changed it to the dgpu on the bios it no longer displays on my external monitor. I don’t know what to do anymore and was hoping someone could help me.
Hey everyone, I've been eyeing the regular V4 for a while, but where I live it costs $250 which feels like way too much. So I started looking at the V4X for $120 instead. Is the difference between them actually noticeable? The main thing I care about is positional audio since I play a lot of PUBG. Funny thing is, I originally wanted the regular V4 because I thought it had haptic feedback for games like Hogwarts Legacy — turns out that's only on the Pro version, lol. And on top of that they don't even sell the Pro here, so now I'm kind of lost on which one to go with, the V4X or the regular V4.I asked an AI which one it recommended, and it told me that the Kraken V4 X was better and that I should buy the THX Spatial if I wanted it, since with the 50% discount it would cost me 10%. I honestly have no idea about this since I've never used this technology.
So I just want to make sure I understand this correctly.I buy a mouse… and now I need an entire software ecosystem to use it?Why does Razer have like 15 different apps that all feel required, all run in the background, and all somehow still don’t make the device work consistently?Half of it feels optional until something breaks, then suddenly you need all of it installed just to troubleshoot basic functionality. And even then, it’s hit or miss.Nothing better than spending an hour fixing a mouse so it can finally perform at the level it should’ve out of the box.No upgrade. No added features. Just baseline functionality after a full debugging session. Also can we talk about the “surround sound” stuff? Why does a headset require account logins, activation codes, and separate software just to do something Windows and literally every other brand handles without all this overhead? At a certain point it stops feeling like features and starts feeling like bloat.I don’t want an ecosystem. I don’t w
I’ve got the V3 Pro here right now, and honestly, I’m far from impressed. The sound is very tinny, quiet, and lacks any real punch.I tested it in Escape From Tarkov and Dying Light 2 — and in both games, my €25 Sennheiser USB PC8 delivers a much better overall sound quality.Firmware updates for both the dongle and the headset are installed. I’ve tried toggling THX on and off and played around with the audio settings a bit, but in both games, the sound still feels really poor — especially compared to that cheap headset.I also tried uninstalling the Razer software and running it without, but that didn’t help either.Anyone got any ideas?

I Emailed the razer support team and asked why the Reusable tote bag wasn't available in the Canadian Razer website. Can’t exactly Remember what they said but they said the Tote Bag would be available in Canada Soon. but I’ve literally waited maybe 7 or 8 months and they still haven’t added it to their website. anyone know why?
this past week the left rumble motor has been more intense and noisy like its rattleing inside is there anywhere I can buy a replacement rumble motor i rather just swap the part myself than send it into Amazon since I'm moving in the next two weeks
I'm completely shocked! I just joined the pack and was working hard to reach the Insider rank before the March deadline. I just got a DM saying I'm one of the winners of the 2,500 Razer Silver Reward, so the hunt was worth it!This is the best thing that could happen to me right now as I work toward a career in Software Engineering and set up my first real "pro" setup. I've been sharing my projects here, like my Gaming Family Tree and my Linguistic Lore world-building, and the community and staff have been so welcoming.Thank you so much to @Njord, @dekades, and the Razer team for the voucher. To all the other "Minis" out there: Keep posting, keep talking to each other, and keep the hunt going. It really does happen! Now is my time to redeem this and get one step closer to that dream Razer setup.I'll see you all in the forums! 🎮🌌
the power button on my leviathan v2 is flashing green. what's wrong
Yesterday, I casually opened Synapse3 and was fooled by the red triangle and pressed the "Update to Synapse4" button. That was the beginning of all the tragedies. My Razer Tarutarus V2 lost 3 layers and over 30 macro assignments. I can't remember which macros were assigned to which keys and I have to reassign them one by one by hand. This has devastated my CAD, illustration and video editing productivity. Razer is kind enough to call this a "seamless experience."After a few hours of fuming, I discovered that I could downgrade to Synapse 3, but then the macro module itself stopped working. It was working fine before I pressed the "Update to Synapse 4" button, so it's definitely related to the update to Synapse 4.There's an old saying that goes "If it ain't broken, don't fix it." I am painfully aware of how right this was. If you are not suffering with Synapse 3, do NOT upgrade to Synapse 4, no matter what threatening message you are being shown.Synapse3 is set to stop working in 2026, an
Can a razer blade 18 charge on usb type c? I was looking online and it looks like it can but I can’t seem to get mine to charge. I have tried multiple cables and bricks non of them seem to work. Is there a setting I’m missing that I need to enable to charge via usb type c?
This is the first time in a while I’ve genuinely been impressed by Razer products, namely the 2026 blade 16 which seems to have gotten everything right. At $5k for a fully specced out version, however, it’s pretty damn far from cheap. It’s actually about $1k more than the MacBook Pro M5 Max I was considering as my alternative - and honestly I need some input here. The biggest concern I have with making the purchase is the support aspect. I’d like to keep this laptop going strong for the next 5 years or so, and I’ve always heard terrible things about Razer support and age durability with their products. I’ve also been told that’s changed a lot in recent years, so I’d love to hear from y’all what you think if it’s worth the price.
Hi Razer team & community,I've recently noticed an odd issue with font rendering inside Razer Synapse on my Windows 11 PC. Some of the text appears blurry, slightly pixelated, or just not as sharp as the rest of the UI.I’ve already tried the usual fixes—changing DPI settings, enabling ClearType, reinstalling Synapse—but the issue still shows up occasionally, especially on high refresh rate monitors.Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if it's a compatibility issue with Windows 11 or a display scaling problem. Would appreciate any help or confirmation! Thanks in advance! 👊Henry
I need a new mouse and I have been thinking about getting a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro however I've seen some people complain about the scroll wheel. Is it a common issue with this mouse? Are there any other consistent issues people get?
I’m using a huntsman v3 pro mini and have the rgb colour setting to white in Razer chroma. Now when I set the colour white it will stay like that for the duration of however long my computer is. However once I turn it off, when I turn it back on the rgb is reset back to the default rainbow instead of the white I had chosen. I was wondering if there was any fix to this issue to I don’t have to keep setting it manually every time I turn on my computer.
Ello. So i have a blackshark v2x headset and for some reason the people im in call with/when im in class, they can hear themselves. This is the exact reason why i got a headset in the first place, to avoid echoing. it gets really annoying. someone please help
I ordered the Razer Thunderbolt 5 Dock from official site and it delivered yesterday. Connected a Skydimo RGB strip to it's USB A port and I got the windows "Power surge on the USB port" message. The RGB I have is for a 27 inch monitor and it covers 4 sides of my screen, so it does require some power. When I lower the brightness then it works as usual, but once I set the brightness back up to anything more than around 70%, it just turns off completely. I tried the other USB A port and got the same results. But if I connect it to the usb c ports via adaptor (including the non thunderbolt 5 one), its able to light up as usual.I tried searching on the web but it only says the USB A ports support 10gb/s data transfer and didn't mention anything about the wattage available. Normally I would assume its just what it is but just want to know if it's possible my dock is faulty because (1) it is a somewhat premium product, and (2) my old Dell dock that doesn't even uses thunderbolt 4 could suppo
I got a pair of Razer blackshark v2s of off fb marketplace and wanted to ask what I should do software wise to make them sound better.I heard synapse is really bad and I should get another software for them but idk which.I also have this issue where if im not using the USB card and plugging in js the audio jack, sound only comes out of the left side.
Hey I am looking to upgrade my huntsman mini. I've tried some other kayboards of course but I got quite used to dampened feel of the mini.I even got a cheap hall effect keyboard (very nice one mchose jet75) but I am not sure I like the bottoming out of the keys being so sharp.Any ideas? Was the mini the only one ?
what are the games available for optimization on razer cortex
Hi, I came here because I play Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR). The game has been sold to BroadSword and is getting ready for it’s 8.0 release of the game. I think that would be a good time for Razer to rerelease the SWTOR Naga mouse with SWTOR crystal codes. It’s something that many of us players would love to have access to all these years later. Thank you for your consideration.
I think this is due to the update, I am suddenly experiencing this static/popping sound. The headset is around 1 month old, anyone know a fix for this? it is pretty annoying.
