I bought a 50 dollar steam wallet code and the transaction is still pending although my razer gold has been deducted. I’ve also made a support ticket, been about 20 hours and have yet to receive a response.
I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio
Hello, today I purchased enough Razer gold to buy a Kishin V2 pro. How do I use the fund for the controller? I carefully did my research and different sources (including Razer) say that the gold can be used for games, DLC and peripherals.Please explain to me how I can use my funds as intended. If it is impossible to buy the Kishi like that then how do I get my money back?Is there a support number that could "Make it so"?
I just got the Viper V3 Pro and I'm just wondering if there is a way to charge it at night when your computer is on sleep mode because charging it by wire, keeps it on and its keeps my pc on. Both with the Razer wire provided and other wires that aren't connected to my pc it has this problem
All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.
It would be great if we could get some traction on adding support Mac OS X for Synapse 3. I just purchased my Blackwidow Elite and would like to use it for work too which is Mac. I am disappointed there isn't cross platform support, will there ever be cross platform support or should return my keyboard for another? Are newer devices also compatible with Synapse 2?
Hello,I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard that I hope to get some help with. Upon connecting the keyboard to my PC, everything initially works as expected – all keys function correctly, and the backlight is on. However, about 30 seconds after connection, the keyboard completely stops responding. At this point, it also disappears from the Razer Synapse software.When I disconnect and then reconnect the keyboard, it repeats the same behavior: it works for roughly 30 seconds before ceasing to function again. Interestingly, the backlight's behavior is inconsistent; sometimes it remains on after the keyboard stops working, and other times it turns off.I have already attempted to resolve this issue by disabling the demo mode, but unfortunately, the problem persists. This issue occurs every time the keyboard is used, and I have verified that the problem is not related to the USB port or the computer itself.Any advice or solutions to this problem would be greatl
So today my synapse just updated and I had no issues before. Now anytime I have the USB sound card installed my computer audio just cuts out and the Windows Audio service breaks. I need help.
Hello! I’ve been having a heck of a time tracking down issues I’m having with my RZ01-0440. EDIT: Goldarn it, the instant after I clicked Post, now no scrolling profile seems to apply correct, not even Custom. I can’t feel scroll steps hardly at all. This is horrible. Background:Mouse model: RZ01-0440 Mouse firmware version: 1.2.1.0 Synapse version: 3.9.331.32712 Central version: 7.15.0.675 OS: Windows 11 Business 23H2 I have several Synapse mouse profiles: Default, Shooter, etc. With Default, I set the Adaptive scrolling profile as the only one for that profile. I also use the Browser Detection to detect Firefox. With Shooter, I set the Distinct scrolling profile as the only one for that profile. It detects my shooter games (Halo, etc.)Problem:I’m finding that my scrolling profiles work (as in, get applied correctly) for maybe a week, and then they stop getting applied. Well, sort of.
