So i hopped on the beta after the email was send out and downloaded it. My only problem is that when it boosts my game it blocks mouse movement of a chunk of the screen. I think this may be a small bug for i haven't seen it here but it is one that should be fixed. my current fix is that I've disabled the boost altogether. So long noticeably quicker boost, hello playable game.

    Hi Anaorak_Gaming,

Thank you for joining us in this beta version and sorry to hear what you encountered.

To track this down, please help us with more info:

    1. What mouse are you using?
    2. Please go to BOOST tab >> MY RIG >> click GENERATE DIAGNOSE REPORT and send it to us.
    3. Please download and unzip the file and run LogCollector.exe from http://rzr.to/cortexlogtool, then fill out the Game and Description, then click Output button. There will be a zipped file generated on his desktop with all logs needed.

Please upload the logs to services like Dropbox or Google Drive and paste the link here in the forum.

    Hi Anaorak_Gaming,

This is a rather tough issue to investigate. To locate the cause of this issue, we need your help with some more operations. (Alert: this is gonna be a long post again:frown_:)

    1. Please tell us the version info of Synapse in your computer.
    2. Exit Cortex and run Synapse only, then restart your game to see whether the sensitivity problem exists.
    3. Exit Synapse and run Cortex only, then restart your game to see whether the sensitivity problem exists.
    4. If the sensitivity problem happens again, please go to Task Manager immediately. Maximize the Task Manager window >> click on Name under Process to make it list alphabetically >> take a screenshot of all processes starting with letter R and send it to us.

These 4 steps are very important for us to track down the cause. We really appreciate your effort and help.

    SO,
    1. I currently was running the latest version of synapse.
    2. With cortex off the issue still was there, I could not access a portion of my screen.
    3. Problem persisted, was thinking was an issue with something with the install.
    4. This is where I Apologize, during a match of Counter strike GO I had Internet issues (in order to play normally in the first place I disabled boost) this was the first time I've had these issues and in my panic to reconnect I Uninstalled cortex. Now cortex I can confirm was the problem in the original issue of it limiting my playable area. (Think of it how when you see the diagrams of the resolution on a monitor, you can see it all, just are limited to the preceding resolutions mouse area ) after a cortex reinstall it works fine with cs:go at the moment.

I'm sorry to have messed up the bug, but if it fixes on reinstall, that is an option to gift if this problem occurs again right? I'm really sorry I messed up.
