  1. Hi guys,

I just purchased the new Razer Blade and I have run into a problem with the chroma keyboard. I have managed to change colors and set new effects, but every time I hold the "fn" function key down, the function keys light up in a solid blue light. I don't want that blue color and for the life of me cannot figure out how to change that. Has anyone run into this problem or knows a possible fix?

Here is a picture of the function key held down and what it produces.

    I think this is normal.

Unfortunately there is no way to get that changed.
  4. Hmm that's super strange, especially since green is Razer flagship color. Thank you for the quick reply, I'm assuming maybe in the future this can be changed with a Synapse update.

It looks as thought it's a feature to distinguish the fact that you're actually depressing the Fn button, as opposed to when you are not. Kind of like when you use the screen keyboard on a smart phone - while you hold what would be the 'shift' key the letters go to caps. It's just telling you "Hey, you're in this special mode now."
  6. Well I understand that, and I like the fact that it only illuminates the function keys. But I would like to change the color of those keys from that blue to a white or something. You'd think you would be able to in Synapse but so far I cannot find any solution.

Maybe a future firmware upgrade, if they get a lot of complaints about that. I can see the value in always having it the same color, though, no matter what customization is done to it.
  8. lol everybody request this feature to be added in Synapse and we'll see what happens!
