I received my hyperflux yesterday and it doesn't work. When I plug the mousepad in it lights up and the system recognizes it, but the mouse does not work when I put it on the pad. When I plug the mouse in directly to the USB the system recognizes it and it works. I talked to support and they sent me this:

"This is about your HyperFlux wireless mouse connection. I'm really sorry top inform you, that I was unable to gather more information about this.

This product is still new and we still have yet to acquire a master guide about this. The new "magnetic field" connection with the mouse is still a first of it's own, among mouse to mouse mat wireless connection.

We humbly ask for your patience, for us to provide you with better service, regarding this said concern.

We should have more information, by the end of the month, so please check with us again, till then."

Not the answer I was expecting after buying a $250 mouse. So the new drivers came out today and I installed them and it still doesn't work. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue since i have been sitting on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone on the phone.

Have you tried removing any nearby electricals that may interfere with the magnetic field?

  3. Ouch. That's kind of a shame that they can literally do nothing to help you yet they have it on sale lol. Best of luck to you in the future bro
