So I've had my razer phone for over 3 months now and I absolutely love it and it is a great daily driver. Today however i ran into my first major issue and I'm very lost as to how to fix my problem. i use my phone all day long as for my job i do a LOT of driving and I'm always using navigation (I.E. - google maps) and today my phone acted significantly different than it normally does. on any normal given day even with constant screen on time and sometimes multiple apps running throughout my whole day as i need them for work (its only a work order app, navigation, and sometimes spotify or youtube for music while i drive), i can normally just pop it on the car charger and it may not be as fast as the quick charger but it will slowly work itself back up and ill even put on battery saver and that normally helps it charge faster. today while working i plugged it in and it didn't begin charging. i went out and bought a new charging cable and a new car charger because i thought that may be the problem. that did not change my situation and i tried plugging in my wireless headphones and they were charging just fine. i really became concerned because after dying on the road i came home and plugged it into the wall mounted charger that it sits on every night and it still will not charge or turn on. I've seen that other people are having similar problems and im not sure what to do.

Maybe you have some dirt stuck in the port, maybe use compressed air or contact cleaner to clean it out. If not it might be a dodgy wire in the phone that is broken or has been unplugged, if so I think you will need someone professional to fix it. I am just guessing, what I am saying may not be true in your case :/

I agree with trying to see if there are dirt in the port. Aside from that, have you tried to do a hard reset? Just press down the lock button and the volume down button both at the same time and see if it turns on. Let me know how it goes.

So last night I made sure the charging port was clear, I sprayed some condensed air and gave it a good ol’ “Nintendo kiss” where you would blow into the cartridge. Tried to plug it into the charger and got no response from the phone at all. Tried to hard reset it both on and off the charger. Held down the power/lock button and down volume key for about a minute while again both unplugged and plugged in and still got nothing any other suggestions???

That sounds like an unplugged cable (on the inside) to me, but I’m still not sure.
