I'm looking for a new setup
i.e monitor, laptop, headphones, mouse, mouse mat etc.
I want to completely re-strip my current setup and replace it with a new one
I have a very tight budget and can't go that big with the sparkles and glamor.
    Any suggestions?

So you're looking for . . . a middle of the road laptop and monitor, FHD only, etc? The good stuff will go over your budget already, and that's without the cool Razer brand. 3k max will have you looking to build from scratch, and not go top of the line or possibly even new, no matter the brand.

You might be better off looking at Craigslist or something like that to see if anybody is looking to sell used gear so that they can upgrade to brand new.

OR look at selling your stuff, and see how much that increases your budget.

Well you could go with the low end peripherals and have more for the system. Why not go for a build your own desktop, where you can get higher specs for the amount of a laptop. Monitor wise a decent fullhd one will suffice.
Depends what your current setup is maybe can just upgrade some parts.

May I reccomend an asus rog laptop with a 1070, a 4k display around 28 inches and razer mouse and keyboard?

    Laptop- $1600-1800
    Display- $400
    Mouse- $100
    Keyboard- $130
    Desk- $150
    Chair (dx racer)- $300

    Total $2680-2880

If you dont specifically need a laptop, a desktop PC will get you more bang for your buck.

With a 3k budget you can buy almost whatever you want bro. Use pcpartpicker to help decide on some of the configurations.
