Razer Core Not Working Properly!

    I got my second razer core today after i RMA the first core that razer support says it as defective, and did everything step by step as the instruction tells to. my blade 2016 970m says the razer core is connected to the computer, but the synapse does not recognize the core nor show any update.
    The graphic card in the razer core is a GTX 1080 founder edition. I reinstalled the thunderbolt drive, reinstalled the synapse several times, reset the BIOs, registered a new razer synapse ID and rebooted my system several time. Still the synapse doesn't recognize the core. The lightning of the core goes off couple seconds after rebooting, I can hear the exhaust fan is spinning. The four USB ports on the core are not working either.

    I contacted razer support again, all they did was telling me to reinstall everything again which i did many times. and the problem still exists.

    My blade is working properly, the two razer core can't be both defective, only the synapse is not detecting anything.

    bend the rail for the magnetic switch very slightly and you will be able to tur on the core by plugging it in... the rail is too stiff and the magnet is too weak... the rail needs to be just a smidge closer to function properly

    thanks bro, but the problem is the synapse not detecting my razer core. the razer core is turned on and connected to my blade

    Now after several days, my razer core stop connecting to my blade completely. razer support rarely response my email, i send two email to them 3 days again, no response
