Thank you, I have family members that are LEO and I take all this anti-police stuff personally. I proudly display the Blue line flag whenever possible and I enjoy seeing others who do the same.

For many people in the US Verizon is unmatched in service which is the most important aspect of having a cell phone. There is a lot of support for Verizon. If they bring it to Verizon i'd be willing to fork out the money for one but if not i'll just stick with the phone I have for now. It's a shame they don't support it.

Well as much as I'm not a fan of Verizon, they do have some of the best coverage and a lot of companies offer discounts to Verizon as part of their benefits package so it can be a hard choice for people to switch.

I'm one of them as stated earlier in the thread. If for some reason their was a way that verizon did pick up the phone, I would really contemplate trading my phone in even though I really like it and has not stirred me wrong. The things I do for razer :big_grin_:

I have Verizon and I’m so excited to switch because the service is horrible by me and I live in Chicago.

What about Greek Carriers? Are they working on this phone?

That sucks to hear man. Sorry! Verizon is great down here in FL, and always has been since the day I changed over (8 yrs?). I had Nextel prior before they joined sprint. They were great at first, then really started going down the tubes, and probably why the end result was ownership by sprint..

Back to it, its your gain if you get the phone with a good service provider. All the other services are not that great down here when it comes to carriers for the mobile phone. I'll still be holding out on Verizon adding or doing what they can to override the GSM phones. Better yet, hopefully the Razer phones at a later date will make it compatible with both GSM and CDMA as Apple Iphone has done, Samsung, etc.

This bums me out as well. I have Verizon as a carrier and i wanted to get this phone. They should unlock CDMA and GSM so that it can go on the Fi network Google has.

I purchased the Razer phone and am using Verizon with it. There is a work around that their tier 2 tech team can do. They add your line just on their LTE(GSM) network ( No band 13 CDMA is utilized). So if you are in an area that has good to great LTE signal then you can get the phone. Mine works great at work and outdoors. My only issue is at home. I always had one bar with all my other phones and now I have no service. I am waiting for a Samsung 4g LTE extender from Verizon so that I can correct that issue.

Rumor has it, Verizon will make the shift to just LTE by the end of 2018. If and when this happens, CDMA band and cellphones will no longer work with their network.

Hope I helped anyone who has the phone or wants to buy it. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays.

    Yasou,

As long as it is a GSM network like Vodafone. It should definitely work without any configuration.

    Hope that helps patriotic.

This is the case for our family. Verizon has unmatched service in many of the places we travel plus we get a 17% discount with my husband's company. Can't beat that.
