Hello, My basilisk v3 rz01-0400 just stopped working a few days ago. The mouse keeps blinking intermittently and connects briefly and disconnects immediately non stop. I’ve tried doing a clean reinstall of synapse after uninstalling all razer related drivers but the issue persists. I cannot install any firmware update because when the prompt to connect the device appears the install button is only briefly clickable and even if i manage to click it, it automatically fails because the mouse disconnects.The mouse doesnt work on any device, synapse or not. Is there any other option available to try?
Hi the support locked the other thread as resolved but it WAS NOT RESOVLED. He misunderstood the issue. The problem isn’t the dongle light going off when you turn the mouse off it’s the light on the mouse. Before the update on the v3 pro and on the DAV v3 and viper v2 pro - even the signature (I have them all on my desk) when you held the button to turn the mouse off the indicator ON THE MOUSE would flash to show it is turning off. Since the update on the v3 nothing happens with the light ON THE MOUSE when turning it off so you don’t know if it has switched off or not - you just have to hold the button for a bit and hope it does. as this has happened to multiple people it’s clearly a bug in the firmware - the indicator light works when turning the mouse ON or switching DPI.

Hello, I used to have BatteryBar but for some reason it's not installing in my new laptop anymore. I also used to have a different app from Microsoft Store but that is off the Store now. I also looked at other Microsoft Store apps but none of them show the battery draw. Any recommendation on a light app that shows the current battery draw and charge rate? TIA.
I know this sounds like a very dumb question, but to be clear, I am not talking about the sound of clicking the buttons. I bought a Basilisk V3 last night, and when it turns on, it makes a little click sound. It's fairly quiet, but audible enough for me to clearly hear it's happening. I believe it might be the sound of the RGB lights turning on, but I've had two other mice with RGB before, and they didn't make this sound. However, I've never owned a Razer mouse before, so I thought I'd ask here to see if I should be concerned and consider swapping it for a new one, or if it's normal and I'm just being paranoid.
Weird issue with my Deathadder pro v3 and I have tried everything under the sun to get it back to 8000hz Polling rate. 2.4 GHz dongle connection problem Hi, My mouse (Razer Basilisk Ultimate) has a problem. If I use the normal wired USB to connect it to my PC, there will not be any problem, but when I try using my 2.4 GHz dongle for wireless use, after a couple of seconds, the mouse keeps reconnecting (keeps connecting and disconnecting by itself). I tried using it on another device. I was still facing the same problem but really less than on my PC. I tried updating the firmware and unfortunately, it did not help. I don't know how I can know if this is a hardware problem or software. Also, on my PC, I definitely tried all the USB ports that I am sure work fine.
Hi there. I upgraded the firmware of my Kiyo Pro from whatever it was when I bought it to 1.5.0. Since then, I experience constant disconnects/failures of the cam.How do I downgrade the firmware and where do I find old firmware versions?
I cannot update Kiyo Pro Firmware. Update Button is disabled.It says Contact Support? but doesn’t say how.
Hi guys, as many of You i have read on this forum and reddit, I cant update the firmware on my almost brand-new Razer Kiyo Pro. It came with a software version 1.0.1.8 and i cant update it to newest or any that i found online. Im so disappointed, great camera but it is not working properly in windows 11, read online that FW update solves issues. Tried with few PCs and different OSes - Vista, 7 both 32bit and 64bit, 8, 10, 11. I tried eveything that i could. Please help me, this is brand new camera (has like 2-3 weeks) and razer site tells me that warranty on this cam is over(!). Thanks for help. have a great day!
