This looks really nice. However, my question is this: what is the price on this going to be? With all of the technology in it and all of the money that has to have been spent on R&D, prices will likely be high, but how high is what worries me.
I wonder this would look on my Blade Pro, I'm already running out of USB slots and use an external hub. The core might fix this if I the next Pro iteration is compatible with the core.
This is pretty stellar! (yeah, see what I did there. lol) I haven't used a webcam for anything in a long time, but I'm pretty excited about this one. Maybe I would use video chat more often if I had something reliable on my PC. (the one on my laptop is questionable. lol)
It's nice that you don't need a green screen anymore, and I understand why, but it's a bit on the bigger side if you ask me.(or maybe thats a small monitor)
i was totally looking forward to this cam but i didnt anticipate that price, I would like to see a demo of it before I ended up getting one but im def diggin the design and i have high hopes for the overal quality
Seems pretty cool, although, if you're making a camera for streamers with an awesome integrated mic then what was the point of the seiren XD -edit: Actually super pumped about it now that I can see all the other cool stuff it can do.
There's quite a couple of demos of it from the CES coverage, here's one - http://www.tomsguide.com/us/razer-stargazer-hands-on,news-22015.html I'd really like to point out that elaborate and space consuming green screen setups/arrangements might just cost you a lot more in time and money. With the Razer Stargazer, we're making it a whole lot easier... and that's just one feature.
looks like I'll be going for this instead if the logitec, when i get my boom for my seiren. will the streamers you sponsor have an option to receive this lovely webcam?
