And don't forget that it also makes it harder for them to release anything non-Chroma now because they know if they do, the criticism is coming. Chroma pressure, hehe.

Wow, I totally overlooked that, I just assumed that the green lettering was a fixed green backlighting... It didn't even occur to me that they would release a keyboard like this without backlighting of any kind. No Chroma configuration is one thing, but no backlighting of any kind is a completely different story altogether.

Now I know why they released this without Chroma, because it has no lighting at all... Crazy.
  5. No I don't think it's Cortana, looks more like an Android Home button, remember this device was targeted primarily for the Razer Forge TV

  6. You get the idea!

I just realized it wasn't backlit either...Shame, shame... :frown_:

Yeah, I never questioned whether the keys were backlit because I just assumed they'd have to be. The pictures show the keys as being very bright relative to the background - almost as if they are lit, but sure enough the features don't state "back-lit keys".

Lmao oh yeah huh...duh. You just ruined my hopes and dreams.

I guess the signature neon green lighting might have something to do with that (also happens to be the spectrum of light that human eyes are most sensitive to). Plus some photo wizardry.

This is really cool, but I can't see myself using it.

This looks awesome but how strong is the magnet exactly? Enough to keep it from sliding around or strong enough to keep the mouse on it if you held it upside down?

Cool idea, I want to try it now. But i don't see this in games like CS:GO..

The problem is : nobody have a Razer Forge TV, because nobody wants to sell 119$ to play Android Games.
Steam understand that, and that's why the Steam machine make possible this incredible equation : PC GAMES ON COUCH.
But if the Razer Turrent can be use with a Steam Machine or a PS4, sure I will buy it.

I've been anxiously waiting for this announcement!
I'll finally be able to move my PC into the living room, or bedroom, and game from a position where the entire family can gather around and share the experience. Honestly, the reach of the keyboard/mouse was the only thing keeping us from doing just that, because we had to set up a special folding table just so the person in control could be close enough to the chassis. Hooray!!!

Gotta get it :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: still hoping to see a large mouse mate attached to it! :wink_:
