Hello. Do you know how to solve the problem with the smooth transition of the “wave” effect on the keyboard? My software is up to date, dynamic lighting in Windows is turned off, but during the “wave” effect, the colors still stop at random moments for about 1 second. 

Hello, I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro Full sized keyboardModel #: RZ03-0468S/N (date): IO2528FI was setting it all up and everything seemed to work great. I left the Lights for the Media Keys for last. Well…. If you number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, 4 to identify them for clarity. In chroma studio if you put the color blue in the studio key #1, it turns Keyboard key #4 blue. In chroma studio if you put the color Green in the studio key #2, it turns the keyboard media key #3 green. The same happens for studio Key #3 changes the color for keyboard media key #2, and of course studio key #4 changes keyboard key #1.I then put a slow wave on those 4 keys. In the studio if the wave goes from left to right, the keyboard media keys go right to left. If the studio wave goes from right to left, the keyboard keys go left to right. Also the top lights showing the left arrow (1), right arrow (3), Play/pause (2), Mute (4) do not light up under the cen

Hello,Sorry, I don't speak English.I bought an Ornata V3 for Christmas, but I'm having a problem.I'm left-handed, so I use the arrow keys on the keyboard (with my right hand) and the keys around them to play (FPS).However, if I press three keys at the same time, it doesn't work.For example:Forward (top key) + Left (left key) + Jump key (0 key on the numeric keypad) isn't recognized.It seems to only understand two simultaneous key presses.Is this normal?(I have the latest firmware version)

I would really like to upgrade my keyboard, but the Razer PBT keycap upgrade set only comes in US/UK layout.I have waited years and years for the set to come out in Nordic layout, but they just don’t 😕

Hi All, I had recently dusted off my blackwidow chroma and started playing games with it. Synapse updates the software and my device starts receiving the wrong inputs on keystrokes and repeats keys. I unplug and plug it back in not thinking anything of it, then the devices is non responsive and shows up as Razer Bootloader in device manager. The device will not function and is not recognized by synapse. Is there a simple driver fix for this issue? any help is appreciated, thank you!

  I have a razer blakwidow v4 pro not 75%, does anyone know why the keyboard sometimes runs rgb? Doesn't know what's going on or is it someone? Is it a software issue? 

When can we expect nordic versions of the Black Widow V4 Low profile or Huntsman V3 Pro 8Khz? I need to replace my old Corsair keyboard and mouse with a Razer setup. I already decided to go for the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k mouse but I need keyboard at the same time and I want either the Black Widow V4 Low profile or Huntsman V3 Pro 8Khz. They have to be with nordic layout.I want to avoid having to run both Corsair iCue and Razer Synapse.

So I was going through the razer software today and I found a feature on my razer huntsman tournament edition called “snap tap” and when I went into some games to try it it didnt work, any fixes?   

Just built a new PC with a fresh Windows 11 install, and decided to try Synapse 4 (previously used 3). I’m seeing some odd behavior with my profile in Synapse 4 that works OK in Synapse 3. I’ve duplicated the problem on a brand new profile to rule out import issues, and duplicated it with a spare (older) Tartarus Pro that I have.I’m curious if anyone can duplicate this, or if I should start looking elsewhere for the problem.On a fresh profile, these keys in particular demonstrate the issue.I’ve set:07 to keyboard alphanumeric 7 16 to keyboard modifier ALT 17 to keyboard alphanumeric 7 with CTRL modifier (CTRL+7)When I hold the 16 key and press 07, I expect the output to be ALT+7, but it appears to send BOTH the 07 and 17 keys in parallel, resulting in overlapping outputs. The Razor Huntsman mini still works in demo mode but is unresponsive outside of it. I do not currently have a backup keyboard. I can’t access my computer because of this, tried looking it up but only found how to get out of demo and not how to make it responsive.

Idk how I manage to do this but my factory default setting has changed to my valorant setting closing synapse or switching to other computer doesn’t help how can i fix this  

Where can I buy a full sized BlackWidow v4 keyboard in UK layout with orange switches? It’s frustrating to be able to buy everything in US layout but extreamilty limited in UK format. Does anyone else fine this to be an issue? I don’t want to jump ship to another brand with MX Brown switches (or equivalent) but I may have to…

Hey guys! Half a year ago i bought the Huntsman V3 Pro (not TKL) Keyboard on amazon. Pretty much since i have the keyboard im experiencing this one, and only this one error: So the Keyboard got the USB C cable plugged in, and the USB 3.0 plugged into the PC itsself (no hub). 90% of the cases where i start my PC, my keyboard remains black, except for the white LED on the Profile Display. So it does have power, it just doesnt wake up basically. So then i plug off the USB C cable on the keyboard side and plug it in again. It instantly turns on and works 100% correct. How can i fix it? Ive already tried things like ALWAYS enabling my USB Ports in my BIOS but that also didnt work. Not even resetting BIOS to default settings had any effect on my keyboard. Ive also tried using a USB hub, or using the other USB Ports on my PC: even 2.0 instead of usb 3.0 . But now i’m literally clueless about it.As i said, 90% of the time it doesnt wake up. ive also experienced it not working, t

I got my Huntsman V2 yesterday and I noticed a very annoying high pitched noise from my keyboard when the brightness is up. When I change the color to white, you can‘t hear it. Is there anything I can possibly do to make it disappear?

It was mentioned and the description also shows that cs2 edition can handle 8000 polling rates, but there is no way to set this in Synapse.So is the description misleading to buyers?Based on the poling rate test, I don't see it reaching more than 1000.Should this information prove to be false, I will pursue legal action, as it is misleading to all consumers.  

I just bought a Cynosa Lite keyboard to use with my Acer Nitro 5, which has a standard American keyboard, but I use the notebook with the ABNT standard. Because of this, I'm unable to configure the keyboard's RGB lighting, nor can I use the F1 to F12 keys. How can I fix this?(I'm Brazilian, hence the keyboard layout information) Acabei de comprar um Cynosa Lite para usar no meu Acer Nitro 5 que tem o teclado padrão americano, mas eu uso o notebook com o padrão ABNT. E com isso não estou conseguindo configurar o RGB do teclado nem Consigo utilizar as teclas do F1 ao F12. Como faço para resolver isso?  

Hello, last time i encountered that issue i created a new account which let me start the software, good enough for me, i recreated my macros, job done .This time, no luck with the same method, i do not care about anything online, all i would like is to be able to access the configuration page for my tartarus, why it needs to be connected to the internet for that is something i just cannot grasp, anyway …i already uninstalled and reinstalled, opened my firewall (never needed to do that), all those operations didn’t help.All of this is happening on an Intel mac running Ventura 13.7.8thx in advance

I can’t think of any reason other than stupidity that on-board memory doesn’t save Chroma settings as well as synapse. There are threads going back years on this same issue. Why do I need on board memory for synapse, when I HAVE to open synapse for the chroma effects to take place? When your room is dark, and you can hardly see your desk I bet the last thing you want to do is have to turn on a light to see your RGB keyboard… well have fear and maintain caution because Razor will keep you guessing as to why an RGB keyboard with onboard memory needs software (or to be accurate malware) to keep the lights, yes the lights… on. If I could nominate one reason no one should purchase their keyboards, it would be that the only thing they do on their own is type. Is this all an opinion? Yes. Hello, I have a Huntsman v2, but the backspace key isn't working. If I type something incorrectly, I can't delete the letter unless I select it and use the delete key. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this?
