From broken firmware v1.02.0 updated to v1.03.0. It does solves the manually disconnect-connect on the USB cable to mitigate the keys freezing issue BUT The freezing persist for like 1-3 seconds before went back to normal for only around minutes after that then it keeps on repeating couple of times during mid-game. This does indeed dangling the quality of life though. We need a major fix on for this Huntsman V3 HE line ASAP.

Hey all,I am having the following problem on all keys.When I press the key halfway (like 2mm) - it’s registered as if it’s fully pressed down (the max 4mm), basically making the rest of the move a dead move, rapid trigger does not work properly because of it.I tried everything, reinstalling Synapse (I know how to properly clear all logs and everything), tried different device, tried a device without Synapse. It’s always like that.Even the keyboard’s onboard LEDs also show the same behavior, anyone found a fix, please help me...

Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz keyboard connected via a wired USB connection, the keyboard occasionally becomes unresponsive during use.This issue started occurring after I updated the keyboard firmware.When this happens, the RGB lighting remains on, but none of the keys work. If I unplug the USB cable and reconnect it, the keyboard starts working normally again. However, the same issue keeps occurring repeatedly.

Hi, As many users already reported, I have an issue with my new keyboard Huntsman V3 HE TLK. Some keys are being triggered unexpectly, while not pressed. Even when not using the keyboard at all.I noted the “ESC” and “F5” keys are mainly affected like some people reported. The issue seems to disappear when Synapse is closed.I already tried to reinstall Synapes several times, and I did use the driver cleanup utility as well.Switched to different USB ports. Can you please help and this fix issue ? (New firmware fix ?)

I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.

For  about  the  past 2-3  months  or so  my Razer Blackwidow V4 %100  keyboard has  been double  typing keys  for no  reason. I’ve had  this  keyboard since late  last  year. At fiirst this  problem only  occured  with  the: F,  T, O and  P  keys. Now  it’s  efffecting the:  Space, I,  and multiple  other  keys.I’ve ttried everything I  could think  of, or  saw on  fourms/dicussions,  such  as takiing  the keys  ooff  and cleaning  the board,  uninstalling/reinsttalling the  synapse  app, unplugging/replugging the  keyboard  in,  reinstalling  the drivers,  updating the drivers, decreasing the polling rate etc.  And  nothing has worked yet. I’m only making  this post as  a last ditch  effort to get some  actual  help with  an actual solution because  I have some very  important projects that are password protected, not  to mention in order  to  get  into my  computer I  must  put  in  a password. So  Ii assume you can understand how ffrustrating tthis can  be when a  problem like this

hi all, em using Razer Huntsman V2 Analog for quite a while n i genuinely love this keyboard for it comfortablity and feel but unfortunately its almost been been a month n none of the light is working. i mean it was working completely fine n i shut down my pc n the next time i turn it on, the lights are not there. i have tried every possible way but they are just not there. keys are perfectly working but no lights n even the lights for num lock, caps lock etc are gone too. i have tried updatign the firmware, reintstalled windows, tried it on another pc, updated synase, reinstalled keyboard drivers but still nothing works. please please can someone help me with this

Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz key input not workingI am experiencing a strange issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE  (65%). Out of nowhere, the keyboard completely stops responding to any key presses, and no inputs are sent to my PC. However, the RGB backlighting is still fully turned on and working.Here is what I have tried so far: Reconnected the USB cable directly to a USB port (bypassing hubs). Restarted Razer Synapse and checked for software conflicts. Performed a hard reset. Unfortunately, the issue still happens randomly.

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the Razer HyperSpeed Multi-Device feature and was hoping to get some help or see if anyone else has faced this.My Devices: Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow V4 LP TKL Mouse: Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed The Issue: I tried pairing my DeathAdder V3 to the BlackWidow's 2.4GHz dongle to save a USB port. The initial pairing process completes successfully.However, just a few seconds after they are connected, the keyboard completely drops its connection and becomes disconnected. Strangely, the mouse continues to work perfectly fine through the keyboard's dongle.I have tried unplugging and replugging the dongle, as well as restarting Synapse, but the exact same behaviour repeats: both work for a few seconds, then the keyboard disconnects while the mouse stays connected.Is this a known bug with Razer Synapse, a firmware issue, or am I doing something wrong during the setup? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.Thank

Hi, since I updated my keyboard it stop working randomly. I already tried uninstall razer synapse and everything else but it looks like a software problem. Please guys do you have any solution for it? My first razer keyboard and Im experiencing it…. “From gamer to gamer”

Good evening. Like many others posting to this forum, I have problems with my Tarturus 2. I had a Tarturus 1 running Synapse 2 which generally worked well with Win 10. I upgraded a couple of years ago to a Tarturus 2 and Synapse 4; it worked fairly well, requiring periodic unplugging and plugging back in the device to make it work. Then I got a new PC running Win 11 64. Again, the Tarturus 2 seemed to work just fine until it stopped functioning properly this summer. Suddenly it started transposing keys; the actions programmed in to the first row of buttons shifted to the second row. No matter what I do (reinstall software, try to reset the device, create a new profile) it runs the same values for the buttons: first row-profiled rmw space-bar Lshift, result: 12345, second row-qsdfc, result-tab qwer. I plugged the device directly into the PC (without a hub), same result.  Can someone please tell me how to reset this damn thing, or give any recommendations for moving forward? Thanks

Hi, i am not sure other people have the same problem two. I have the Tatarus V2 i had it replaced 3 times already means i am on my fourth one. Every time the thumbstick breaks and it is stuck to the right means if you try to game even you touch nothing your character will move from alone to the right and you can not go to the left anymore. I am so tired of this BS i am a big fan of Razer but now i am thinking to buy from other companies. To this point i ordered from Amazon from Razer the Tatarus V2 but i do not think they will replace it a fourth time. First one was holding a year, second one 6 month, third one 2 months and this one now after two months thumbstick broken again. I am saying what i am thinking. Razer did a horrible job with the thumbstick…..everything works fine on this gaming pad except every time the thumbstick what is wrong with this company? 

My Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz (RZ03-0592) has been randomly freezing since I updated the firmware to 1.02.0_r1. The RGB lighting remains on, but the keys stop responding until I unplug and reconnect the USB cable.I tried downgrading to 1.01.09_r1, but the firmware updater blocks the installation because it detects a newer firmware version.Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a way to downgrade the firmware? Could Razer please provide an official firmware rollback tool or a fix for this issue?

I am experiencing a serious freezing issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz (RZ03-0592), currently running firmware/device version 1.02.00.During gaming, the keyboard will randomly become completely unresponsive. Every key stops registering input, while the keyboard remains powered and the RGB lighting stays on. Once this happens, the keyboard does not recover on its own. The only way to restore functionality is to physically unplug the USB cable and reconnect it.This makes the keyboard extremely difficult to use for gaming. A complete loss of keyboard input in the middle of a match can immediately ruin the game, especially in competitive titles. This is a premium 8KHz gaming keyboard, and reliable input during gameplay is one of its most fundamental functions.I have already performed extensive troubleshooting, including Windows USB power-management settings, USB selective suspend, relevant BIOS/USB settings, checking the USB connection, and connecting the keyboard

i tried to unplug it, restart it, plugging it in from another port and removing it from device manager and the “n” key is still the only unresponsive one. how do i get it to work again.my keyboard model no. is RZ03-0469

Dear Razer,PLEASE release an updated Tartarus with a full analog stick. The keys should be either mecha-membrane like the v2 or fully mechanical. I, like the majority of us, did not like the keys on the Pro. Seriously, the Tartarus v2 was almost perfect, but the d-pad on all THREE of the ones I purchased have issues. I typed wrong is I can’t update my firewarei used the updater download from Razer website I follow the steps replug the keyboard and it starts downloading but the updater crash when it shows around 43% then I try few time it just crashes around 43% after the crash the keyboard will remain I useable and off lights until I replug and it go back to normal but I just keep crashing the firmware update current keyboard firmware 1.01.09trying to update to 1.02.00did anyone have the same experience ,Thank you.

Can Razer please add mouse functions to the DKS actions? Pretty please with a cherry on top? I just switched from an MCHOSE HE keyboard to the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL. Unfortunately, Razer Synapse has no option for mouse functions in the DKS action list. However, you can bind a single mouse function to the key, so it’s certainly possible to extend that to the DKS actions.Can Razer please add this?

However, I would like to know how to configure custom commands for the command dial located at the top left of the keyboard. Specifically, I want to create custom modes tailored to the games I play, the websites I use, and other applications.
