Hey, i got my Blackwidow v4 75% about 2.5 years ago. I recently stepped on my wristrest on accident. Is there any way to just order the wrist rest? Or am I forced to buy a new keyboard for 200€?  Perhaps there is someone in the community willing to sell me theirs/knowing a reseller. Thanks in advance.

So my black widow v4 stoped working out the blue.no light no key is working. tried to hock it to my girls pc without razer-no sign of life.made windows update and closed all razer apps too

Hi all,tried to update the firmware on my Huntsman V3 Pro, as required on Synapse,  using this linkhttps://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13706When the bar reaches 60% it bloks an than gives out an error, suggesting to retry unplugging and plugging back the devices (OFC i did it, still error at 60%).Anyone knows how to complete the update?

Keyboard just spam button, I cant insert my password to authorize, its happening only when Razer Synapse 4 (4.0. [removed by moderator] ) launchedAnd there is some “Firmware update” that doesnt working (404 on page https://rzr.to/gcbgjd), and no firmware on support pageI saw other conversations about it on reddit and here, but theres no fix of that problem (only delete Synapse, which I dont wanna do because of Macro and Chroma settings)I already tested it on some different PCs - same problem

Hi! So I got the razer Huntsman v2 (Optical switches) for like 2 years now and it worked perfectly fine. Now.. yesterday I went into the game Outlast Trials and idk why but it destroyed my Buttons.. The Buttons: Q, W, A and 2 arent working correctly anymore. Whenever I type ´´w´´ it seems like a copy and paste and turns it into ´´w2w2w2w2´´ same with ´´a´´: ´´ayvayvavyavyavy´´ also same with Q: ´´qaqaqaqaqaaaaaa´´ basically turns the q into an a when i hold it, the w into a 2 whe i hold it and the a into vy or only y when i hold it. Its pretty weird and I did a lot but cant fix it. Also tried the keyboard on a laptop but it did the same thing. So is my keyboard broken now? Because I legit had no problems before, all started when I started the game Outlast.. Also, when I did a hard reset, it sometimes wouldnt work at all anymore. All the other buttons do work BTW! Just those 4 are bugged or broken. Any ideas how to fix? id be so greatful because i dont got any warranty and cant buy a ne

My keyboard finally ‘almost’ working after a clean uninstall of Synapse 4. It was cycling / resetting every 7 minutes like the USB device was being unplugged/plugged back in. So, following other advice, I Unchecked the boxes that says Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power in  DEVICE Manager.Didn’t work. But, thought about this: the USB C cables have different functions: Primary is ‘signal and power’ and Secondary is just a ‘pass thru’ cable to attach other USB devices. So, I tried swapping the cables , that were attached to my motherboard USB ports.FIXED. NO MORE CYCLING. 

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the Razer HyperSpeed Multi-Device feature and was hoping to get some help or see if anyone else has faced this.My Devices: Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow V4 LP TKL Mouse: Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed The Issue: I tried pairing my DeathAdder V3 to the BlackWidow's 2.4GHz dongle to save a USB port. The initial pairing process completes successfully.However, just a few seconds after they are connected, the keyboard completely drops its connection and becomes disconnected. Strangely, the mouse continues to work perfectly fine through the keyboard's dongle.I have tried unplugging and replugging the dongle, as well as restarting Synapse, but the exact same behaviour repeats: both work for a few seconds, then the keyboard disconnects while the mouse stays connected.Is this a known bug with Razer Synapse, a firmware issue, or am I doing something wrong during the setup? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.Thank

Is there anyone here that knows the fix for this? I’ve searched the entire reddit and razer forums and it seems this is happening for a long time now. I just got this keyboard and well it looks like its busted again as it keeps on turning off the custom actuation points whenever i move to a different profile or tab like lighting. i need to manually reselect all the keys for it to work again with the custom actuation points. it defeats the purpose of having the profiles. im having second thoughts and just return this and move to a different brand. 

Is there an option to order a single button or fix that problem somehow?That mute button cannot be placed in keyboard again because the plastic holder of that button just brokeKeyboard: Blackwidow v3 pro  

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask if someone has had the same issues as myself. I bought Razer blackwidow chroma V2 a week ago, second hand. Turned it on and everything was good, later on, I wanted to test it out and play with it. Turned it on and after 5 minutes of playing with the RGB in synapse, RGB froze in white, then was not responsive, and lights turned off. Ive been troubleshooting it for th past couple of days, I even changed its cable and RGB still wont come on but keyboard is working. Numpad 0 glows from time to time but that’s it. Seems like it had been watered or it has coffee stains from previous owner, but it is strange that it happened to me right after I bought it. Is it fixable if I disassemble all switches by unsoldering them and make a deep clean of the board from the inside of that steel piece or it is a permanent hardware problem and requires a new chip or a new board

For  about  the  past 2-3  months  or so  my Razer Blackwidow V4 %100  keyboard has  been double  typing keys  for no  reason. I’ve had  this  keyboard since late  last  year. At fiirst this  problem only  occured  with  the: F,  T, O and  P  keys. Now  it’s  efffecting the:  Space, I,  and multiple  other  keys.I’ve ttried everything I  could think  of, or  saw on  fourms/dicussions,  such  as takiing  the keys  ooff  and cleaning  the board,  uninstalling/reinsttalling the  synapse  app, unplugging/replugging the  keyboard  in,  reinstalling  the drivers,  updating the drivers, decreasing the polling rate etc.  And  nothing has worked yet. I’m only making  this post as  a last ditch  effort to get some  actual  help with  an actual solution because  I have some very  important projects that are password protected, not  to mention in order  to  get  into my  computer I  must  put  in  a password. So  Ii assume you can understand how ffrustrating tthis can  be when a  problem like this

So I bought this keyboard 6 months ago and now it started to make that unblucked sound and starts to drift in cs. So I tried to do everything and nothing helped. I saw so many other ppl complaining about same issue so I just said "I'm done." and I threw the whole thing into trash. So 70€ and didn't even last a ONE YEAR. So I hope different keyboard, which is not Razer will work at least one year and so on. Thank you I'm so done. :D

Hi all, like most of you, I use my numpad primarily for typing numbers, and since that means number lock is on, there is a bright undimmable light on my keyboard which indicates this. Is there a way to invert the display light so that it is on when numlock is off and vice versa?I understand that there is no such feature in Razer Synapse app, but mb there is some way to configure it using some PowerShell command or script, or any other way to get it to work. As far as I understand, it’s possible to achieve in software way. So, can anybody help with inverting numlock indicator light?

I’ve been using a Logitech G910 Spectrum for the past roughly 10 years. I’ve replaced it a few times with the same keyboard off of E-Bay and such but im wanting to replace with something similar with Razer Products, I got  a  Razer mouse, Headset and microphone (Hopefully in the future have a full razer base set-up) and the g910 has started giving me some issues i wanted to get the peoples suggestion on replacing it?I’m looking for something that is as big or slightly smaller with the ability to customize the Lights of keyboard ( Or mousepad im unsure if theres something like that) and a full keyboard not a 60% i need the numpad portion of it for work. and if possible somethin  that is mechanical or something that doesnt have a clicky/clacky sound

Just built a new PC with a fresh Windows 11 install, and decided to try Synapse 4 (previously used 3). I’m seeing some odd behavior with my profile in Synapse 4 that works OK in Synapse 3. I’ve duplicated the problem on a brand new profile to rule out import issues, and duplicated it with a spare (older) Tartarus Pro that I have.I’m curious if anyone can duplicate this, or if I should start looking elsewhere for the problem.On a fresh profile, these keys in particular demonstrate the issue.I’ve set:07 to keyboard alphanumeric 7 16 to keyboard modifier ALT 17 to keyboard alphanumeric 7 with CTRL modifier (CTRL+7)When I hold the 16 key and press 07, I expect the output to be ALT+7, but it appears to send BOTH the 07 and 17 keys in parallel, resulting in overlapping outputs. Hello Razer community,I am writing not as a tech enthusiast, but as a mother whose daughter has used the same Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard for over a decade of playing World of Warcraft.That keyboard is more than a peripheral. It is her portal — customized with macros, color schemes, and shortcuts, shaped through years of play and connection.Sadly, the keycaps have started to fade badly. I reached out to Razer Support asking not for a new keyboard, but for replacement keycaps, or even spare ones from a used unit. Despite a respectful dialogue, the request was denied based on warranty expiration and reseller status.I now turn to you — the Razer community — to ask: Does anyone have an old Cynosa V2, even non-functional, from which I can recover keycaps? I recently bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro (full size) and it has pretty bad coil whine (when LEDs are on) that I can even hear with my headset on. I will be returning it shortly, its not usable for me that way even though I really like all other aspects of the keyboard.Now after googling a bit, it seems this is not an uncommon issue for the Huntsman and I see people reporting the same issue even after replacing the unit multiple times. Is it even worth replacing it or should I just move to another keyboard?Does your Huntsman have coil whine?

My Razer Blackwidow V3 Keyboard stopped working for the second time this year. I have read all the other discussions and tried multiple ways suggested not only in the Razer Community to solve this issue. It disconnects and reconnects constantly or just does not connect at all. I will try to list the basic stuff at least that I tried: unplug it for a while, plug it in different usb stots, in device manager made every usb driver to always work rather than “<...> save power”, deleted everything related to Razer, updated everything possible, downloaded synapse 3 again and when it did not work after again deleting everything downloaded synapse 4, I wanted to update the keyboard firmware but am unable to do it because it constantly its disconnecting and reconnecting or connected (based from the chroma effect and the fact that I can see indicators change when clicking on numpad or capslock) but my pc does not see it as a device or when it does then synapse (3 or 4) does not see it, if i

Idk how I manage to do this but my factory default setting has changed to my valorant setting closing synapse or switching to other computer doesn’t help how can i fix this  

Getting pretty frustrated with this keyboard and connectivity. I have to pretty much keep it wired to work. On boot up it will connect but once the PC goes into sleep mode it will not reconnect.If I go into Synapse to change settings it disconnects. Look at it wrong and it disconnects. It’s not the dongle, I have a Viper V3 Pro paired to the same dongle and it has zero issues. When in wired mode sometimes two installations show in synapse with only one of them active or powered on. Sometimes not. There’s no rhyme or reason that I’ve been able to find. I’ve reinstalled Synapse twice, changed USB power settings, etc. Seems like a driver or hardware issue to me but I’m using the latest firmware and driver.  Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Hi there, I recently got myself the BLACKWIDOW V4 X Pokémon collaboration with the Green Switches, but I’m slowly learning that I don’t really like how loud they are. I saw the Yellow Switches and I love how much quieter it is, but it isn’t an option for the collaboration keyboard.  Would anyone know if the Pokémon keyboard has the capability of swapping out the Switches?  I’ve been reading about some keyboards requiring the need to solder/desolder. I’d prefer not to do that due to inexperience, but I can’t determine if this would apply to this model.

My computer broke down earlier this summer and I had been using my Huntsman Analog keyboard with it and it worked perfectly but now I got a new computer from my brother, a stationary Asus computer with RGB lights on the fans in the cabinet, and I thought those would match my Huntsman keyboard perfectly. But when I plug it in, the keyboard shows no response whatsoever so I’m wondering if there’s a compability issue between it and the Asus compute? I believe the Asus computer is a gaming computer (though I’m not using it for gaming, nor did I ever use the keyboard for gaming) seeing as it has RGB lights inside it, looking very similar to those on my keyboard so I hoped it would work and I’ve tried every possible USB port on my computer but still nothing. Are they not compatible or shouldn’t it really matter what brand one’s computer is when it comes to connecting the keyboard to it? Thanks in advance for any help!

Good morning, i've bought a Blackwidow V4 X keyboard and the W key was working not all the time. Now a bit of time passed and it got worse. I've tried the things on the troubleshooting guide but they are not working. What can i do?

Hi guys, So here is the problem; Few days ago my Blackwidow V3 started to disconnecting from my pc.After switching ports from 3.0 to 2.0, worked for 2-3 days. Gone again.Tried everything from uninstalling to installing. Demo mode works flawless. Connected on different devices, the same.So theres no light nothing. Just a little 5% light on the numlock led. Long term search some suggested it has to do with B550 chipset. Also no succes. Is my keyboard death? Thanks.

When playing rhythm games I have recently noticed that sometimes my J key will drop inputs. I opened up a text editor to double check and confirmed that the inputs are either dropped or are delayed by ~0.5 seconds. If anyone could help that would be great. I will provide a video if necessary. I use default settings and usually keep the razer software turned off but have confirmed that it happens even when the software is on
