I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.

Why don’t you give Norway a version of Razer Ornata V3 Tenkeyless - Espeon & Umbreon Edition? Like.. I would Love to have that keyboard but it’s hard when it doesn’t have the 3 additional letters… 

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the Razer HyperSpeed Multi-Device feature and was hoping to get some help or see if anyone else has faced this.My Devices: Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow V4 LP TKL Mouse: Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed The Issue: I tried pairing my DeathAdder V3 to the BlackWidow's 2.4GHz dongle to save a USB port. The initial pairing process completes successfully.However, just a few seconds after they are connected, the keyboard completely drops its connection and becomes disconnected. Strangely, the mouse continues to work perfectly fine through the keyboard's dongle.I have tried unplugging and replugging the dongle, as well as restarting Synapse, but the exact same behaviour repeats: both work for a few seconds, then the keyboard disconnects while the mouse stays connected.Is this a known bug with Razer Synapse, a firmware issue, or am I doing something wrong during the setup? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.Thank

I have 3 Razer Tartaruses (Tarari?) and after the windows update that rolled out last night Synapse 3 would no longer display any of my razer devices.  I stopped and started razer services, turned off core memory isolation in windows security, tried different USB ports and nothing worked.  I updated Synapse to 4 which I really didn’t want to do.  Now my Naga Pro Wireless is appearing but my Tartarus is not.  Windows 11 Version 25H2 Build 26200.8875AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT 8-Core Processor (3.90 GHz)Memory 32GBRTX 5060 Ti (16 GB)  

Hi, My keyboard is almost new, i own it about 3 months. Today my battery dropped to 10% so i decided to charge it. However, at first it didn’t charge at all, then synapse showed me 100% battery level while connected by wire, then i unpluged it and the level dropped to 10% again. I already tried updating firmware, re-installing synapse, checked the wires, dongles and etc. Nothing helped.

My keyboard battery life drop very fast, just got it for almost 1 week. How can i extend my RAZER BLACKWIDOW V4 PRO 75% battery life? While the ads say it has a 2100 hours of battery lifetime on Power Saving Mode. And also on my 2nd charge, it only show 5% charging and no change.

I was saving up to buy the keyboard but i checked to day and saw that it was out of stock do collabs get restocks or do i have to go to a reseller

Where can I buy a full sized BlackWidow v4 keyboard in UK layout with orange switches? It’s frustrating to be able to buy everything in US layout but extreamilty limited in UK format. Does anyone else fine this to be an issue? I don’t want to jump ship to another brand with MX Brown switches (or equivalent) but I may have to…

I' have' tried' anything' including' a' new' Windows' installation' but' as' you' can' see' my' keyboard' has' this' strange' problem' of' adding' this'' apostrophe' before' the' space' character.Any' idea' ?Thanks' in' advance.

I picked up a BlackWidow V4 Pro Full Size about a month or two ago. About 2 weeks ago, my left shit key stopped working fully and now only works every 1 out of 4 presses or so and even when it does work, it will stop working about 50% of the time. Nothing has been spilt on it and I have removed the key to see if something was stuck under it but I didn't see anything. I also have an issue with certain keys activating twice with one click like my N and my S key, but that's not as much of an issue as the shift issue.Does anyone know how to either fix it or am I going to have to sadly replace my keyboard as I use my left shift key all the time?

I will preface this post by listing everything I have done to troubleshoot this issue, including buying a brand new Pro AND THEN having that pro replaced with another pro after contacting customer service:Previous tartarus v2, then new Pro AND NOW replacement Pro have experienced unplayable lag when keymap swapping for several months now, starting any time a game is launched. Issue requires unplugging and reinserting the device every time after starting a game for it to return to a properly functioning state. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Issues are actually worse with the pros, if that’s believable! The pros sometime outright wipe my current keymap after games start.I have attempted (in rough order)-Bought a new device-Different usb ports.-Deleting profiles and creating new profiles.-Disabling its recognition as a 360 controller so steam no longer recognizes it as such (with a computer restart after disabling it)-Disabling various parts and combinations of its drivers and restarting the computer

Hi, as in Tittle, keyboard doesn’t light properly. Only Left side of keyboard lightning in all colours to letter F. All that part. I cant change it through Synapse 2 and 3, my Pc even read it as Bw Ultimate 2016. For 8 years everything has been good. Evrything started since my pc started read my Keyboard as Razer Bootloader. I tried to fixed in my own and now I have Blackwidow Ulitmate 2016 xD.  Please help me I am starting loosing my mind

So as a razer fan boy i bought this keyboard to add to my collection. Well this is by far the worse keyboard i have ever owned. The Keyboard gets about 3-7 hours of use a week, max Question ***  Its beeen ovver a year from my purchase, and i was hoping i could maybe replace the switches?yes i tried cleaning, contacting support, updating software , switching USB ports and telling the kyboard (cmon man!) nothing has changed, but growing frustrations when i get canceled mid sprint playing Tarkov.) ^ (thats how it works lol, playing games on this keyboard is a headache, or writing emails to my boss)  HALP  GL HF GG

Hey, i got my Blackwidow v4 75% about 2.5 years ago. I recently stepped on my wristrest on accident. Is there any way to just order the wrist rest? Or am I forced to buy a new keyboard for 200€?  Perhaps there is someone in the community willing to sell me theirs/knowing a reseller. Thanks in advance.

So my black widow v4 stoped working out the blue.no light no key is working. tried to hock it to my girls pc without razer-no sign of life.made windows update and closed all razer apps too

Hi all,tried to update the firmware on my Huntsman V3 Pro, as required on Synapse,  using this linkhttps://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13706When the bar reaches 60% it bloks an than gives out an error, suggesting to retry unplugging and plugging back the devices (OFC i did it, still error at 60%).Anyone knows how to complete the update?

Keyboard just spam button, I cant insert my password to authorize, its happening only when Razer Synapse 4 (4.0. [removed by moderator] ) launchedAnd there is some “Firmware update” that doesnt working (404 on page https://rzr.to/gcbgjd), and no firmware on support pageI saw other conversations about it on reddit and here, but theres no fix of that problem (only delete Synapse, which I dont wanna do because of Macro and Chroma settings)I already tested it on some different PCs - same problem

Hi! So I got the razer Huntsman v2 (Optical switches) for like 2 years now and it worked perfectly fine. Now.. yesterday I went into the game Outlast Trials and idk why but it destroyed my Buttons.. The Buttons: Q, W, A and 2 arent working correctly anymore. Whenever I type ´´w´´ it seems like a copy and paste and turns it into ´´w2w2w2w2´´ same with ´´a´´: ´´ayvayvavyavyavy´´ also same with Q: ´´qaqaqaqaqaaaaaa´´ basically turns the q into an a when i hold it, the w into a 2 whe i hold it and the a into vy or only y when i hold it. Its pretty weird and I did a lot but cant fix it. Also tried the keyboard on a laptop but it did the same thing. So is my keyboard broken now? Because I legit had no problems before, all started when I started the game Outlast.. Also, when I did a hard reset, it sometimes wouldnt work at all anymore. All the other buttons do work BTW! Just those 4 are bugged or broken. Any ideas how to fix? id be so greatful because i dont got any warranty and cant buy a ne

My keyboard finally ‘almost’ working after a clean uninstall of Synapse 4. It was cycling / resetting every 7 minutes like the USB device was being unplugged/plugged back in. So, following other advice, I Unchecked the boxes that says Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power in  DEVICE Manager.Didn’t work. But, thought about this: the USB C cables have different functions: Primary is ‘signal and power’ and Secondary is just a ‘pass thru’ cable to attach other USB devices. So, I tried swapping the cables , that were attached to my motherboard USB ports.FIXED. NO MORE CYCLING. 

Is there anyone here that knows the fix for this? I’ve searched the entire reddit and razer forums and it seems this is happening for a long time now. I just got this keyboard and well it looks like its busted again as it keeps on turning off the custom actuation points whenever i move to a different profile or tab like lighting. i need to manually reselect all the keys for it to work again with the custom actuation points. it defeats the purpose of having the profiles. im having second thoughts and just return this and move to a different brand. 

Is there an option to order a single button or fix that problem somehow?That mute button cannot be placed in keyboard again because the plastic holder of that button just brokeKeyboard: Blackwidow v3 pro  

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask if someone has had the same issues as myself. I bought Razer blackwidow chroma V2 a week ago, second hand. Turned it on and everything was good, later on, I wanted to test it out and play with it. Turned it on and after 5 minutes of playing with the RGB in synapse, RGB froze in white, then was not responsive, and lights turned off. Ive been troubleshooting it for th past couple of days, I even changed its cable and RGB still wont come on but keyboard is working. Numpad 0 glows from time to time but that’s it. Seems like it had been watered or it has coffee stains from previous owner, but it is strange that it happened to me right after I bought it. Is it fixable if I disassemble all switches by unsoldering them and make a deep clean of the board from the inside of that steel piece or it is a permanent hardware problem and requires a new chip or a new board

So I bought this keyboard 6 months ago and now it started to make that unblucked sound and starts to drift in cs. So I tried to do everything and nothing helped. I saw so many other ppl complaining about same issue so I just said "I'm done." and I threw the whole thing into trash. So 70€ and didn't even last a ONE YEAR. So I hope different keyboard, which is not Razer will work at least one year and so on. Thank you I'm so done. :D
