O teclado ficou travado quando tentei subir o firmware acabei subindo o firmware do blackwindown ultimate 2016 agora as teclas nao acende a luz e quando acente só 15 % das luzes e tudo errada. Eu so quero o arquivo para instalar correto no meu teclado e recuperar por favor.🙏🏻 

Not very happy. Paid a lot of money for this gamepad and now I'm having issues with the thumbstick. I cant go left anymore and sometimes going forward doesn't work. I've tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it and still nothing. I've had this less than a year and not impressed at all

I picked up a BlackWidow V4 Pro Full Size about a month or two ago. About 2 weeks ago, my left shit key stopped working fully and now only works every 1 out of 4 presses or so and even when it does work, it will stop working about 50% of the time. Nothing has been spilt on it and I have removed the key to see if something was stuck under it but I didn't see anything. I also have an issue with certain keys activating twice with one click like my N and my S key, but that's not as much of an issue as the shift issue.Does anyone know how to either fix it or am I going to have to sadly replace my keyboard as I use my left shift key all the time?

I managed to get one of the recently released Razer Artisan Keycaps but the stem mount is too short I think compared to BlackWidow V4 X keycaps for the stem. The keycap falls off so easily. Is there a permanent way to help it stay on sturdily? 

All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.

I will preface this post by listing everything I have done to troubleshoot this issue, including buying a brand new Pro AND THEN having that pro replaced with another pro after contacting customer service:Previous tartarus v2, then new Pro AND NOW replacement Pro have experienced unplayable lag when keymap swapping for several months now, starting any time a game is launched. Issue requires unplugging and reinserting the device every time after starting a game for it to return to a properly functioning state. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Issues are actually worse with the pros, if that’s believable! The pros sometime outright wipe my current keymap after games start.I have attempted (in rough order)-Bought a new device-Different usb ports.-Deleting profiles and creating new profiles.-Disabling its recognition as a 360 controller so steam no longer recognizes it as such (with a computer restart after disabling it)-Disabling various parts and combinations of its drivers and restarting the computer

I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.

Hello, last time i encountered that issue i created a new account which let me start the software, good enough for me, i recreated my macros, job done .This time, no luck with the same method, i do not care about anything online, all i would like is to be able to access the configuration page for my tartarus, why it needs to be connected to the internet for that is something i just cannot grasp, anyway …i already uninstalled and reinstalled, opened my firewall (never needed to do that), all those operations didn’t help.All of this is happening on an Intel mac running Ventura 13.7.8thx in advance

Made the mistake of buying a razer huntsman keyboard which by itself, is a good keyboard. But the software for that keyboard is so unbelievably bad and buggy the first week I got it, it would randomly hit escape without me ever touching it mid game constantly. I looked up everything to fix it, from unbinding escape and binding it back, reinstalling, and everything under the sun. Then randomly yesterday, my keyboard wouldn’t read any of the inputs I was doing at all. THE KEYBOARD RANDOMLY PUT ITSELF BACK INTO DEMO MODE. I then had to figure out how to get it out of demo mode, and then immediately just got rid of the razer software and no it’s no longer randomly hitting the escape button anymore. So now, the keyboard finally works normally but I cannot use the lighting effects because I need the software downloaded, and I can’t use the other features that you can do with the keyboard. You have one of the worse software for keyboards I’ve ever seen, the amount of stuff that runs in the ba

I need to to function keys to be primaly function keys not multimedia keys. i cant install synapse on work pc, how can i switch to f1-f12 for good? fn+ escape doesnt help

i have an ornata v3 but some keys like (B, N, left arrow, down arrow, right arrow, etc.) aren’t working. how can i fix them?

I’m interested in the upcoming Razer Artisan Keycap Triple-Headed Snake. The Support and FAQ page states it fits any “cross-stem (MX-style) switch”. The problem is, I’m not sure if this includes low-profile keyboards like the Deathstalker V2.Will the upcoming triple-head snake keycap work on a Deathstalker V2? Is there an exhaustive list of Razer keyboards that’ll work with this or other custom keycaps? – Dave

I have been using this keyboard for quite a while and it was fine until it started double typing some keys. Now everytime i click most keys just once it will type it 2-3 times. I have tried cleaning the keyboard fully (taking off the keycaps) and i have also tried updating firmware, reinstalling synapse, closing all razer apps, and using it wired. I also plug dongle/cable into motherboard usb port directly. Please help.

since Huntsman v3 pro has aluminum top plate material it sometime shock my finger while im gaming does anyone else have this problem with their huntsman v3 

Hey all,I am having the following problem on all keys.When I press the key halfway (like 2mm) - it’s registered as if it’s fully pressed down (the max 4mm), basically making the rest of the move a dead move, rapid trigger does not work properly because of it.I tried everything, reinstalling Synapse (I know how to properly clear all logs and everything), tried different device, tried a device without Synapse. It’s always like that.Even the keyboard’s onboard LEDs also show the same behavior, anyone found a fix, please help me...

I’m experiencing the same kind of HyperSpeed input reliability issue with a new Razer Joro.My setup: Razer Joro Joro firmware: v1.03.00_r1 DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed + shared multi-device dongle DeathAdder/dongle firmware: v1.02.00_r3 The keyboard intermittently misses individual key presses completely when connected over 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed. There is no specific key or typing pattern involved — even something as simple as Ctrl+C can occasionally fail because one of the key presses is not registered.The issue is reproducible on both Windows and Ubuntu, so it does not appear to be related to Windows or Synapse.Wired mode works normally. I’m actually using the keyboard wired now because I don’t consider the 2.4 GHz connection reliable enough.The keyboard is only 4 days old, fully charged, and the dongle is connected directly to a USB port on my Razer Blade with no hub involved.I reported this to Razer Support as case #260815-000033.Since Joro + DeathAdder V2 X multi-device HyperSpee

I recently purchased a razer huntsman v3 pro (not 8khz). I came across a wierd issue, where the sensor detected a 1mm/4mm press when i infact had the key fully pressed down. to fix this i modified my accuation point to be 0.2mm instead of 1mm, this makes the key function properly, but analog inputs & rapid trigger now function incorrectly & overall the key performs with less fine-grained prescission. i purchased the keyboard through “saturn” the german retailer, and i still have the box which the keyboard came in.I have already performed a firmware update & tested seperate devices. Wierdly enough the maximum acuation detected matches perfectly with the actuation point i set manually, could it be that the software has messed with the calculation of the magnitude of the acctuation?If this issue is related to the switch itself, then dirt or damadge are un-likely, since i have not dropped the keyboard or spilled any liquid on it, is un-likely. Hi everyone,I wanted to share my recent experience with the Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile TKL HyperSpeed and voice my frustration regarding a major issue with this model.I am a long-time Razer fan—my setup currently features two Razer mice and a Razer keypad. Naturally, I wanted to complete my ecosystem with a low-profile keyboard so everything would run smoothly under Razer Synapse.Unfortunately, the experience has been a complete nightmare: 1st Unit: Bought a few months ago on Amazon. The battery stopped charging completely. The moment I unplugged the USB cable, the keyboard died instantly, even with the solid green light on. 2nd Unit: Received a brand-new replacement from Amazon today. Straight out of the sealed box, it suffers from the exact same defect. No charge accumulation at all. A few weeks ago the color red in my ALT CTRL WIN and SPACE keys has stopped working. I have replaced the LEDS, and no dice. It still displays the same symptoms. (Yes I have tried resetting the profiles on the various razer apps, and I have updated the firmware as well) I'm at the end of the line here, so if anyone could help it would be appreciated!

I have the deathstalker v2 pro tenkeyless keyboard for about 6 months now and after all this time my keycap for the up arrow broke. I would like to know if there is any way to buy a new set of keycaps for this specific keyboard in general or to order a single keycap for the up arrow.

Will there be a white version of the Huntsman V3 HE soon or should i just go with a different keyboard?

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the Razer HyperSpeed Multi-Device feature and was hoping to get some help or see if anyone else has faced this.My Devices: Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow V4 LP TKL Mouse: Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed The Issue: I tried pairing my DeathAdder V3 to the BlackWidow's 2.4GHz dongle to save a USB port. The initial pairing process completes successfully.However, just a few seconds after they are connected, the keyboard completely drops its connection and becomes disconnected. Strangely, the mouse continues to work perfectly fine through the keyboard's dongle.I have tried unplugging and replugging the dongle, as well as restarting Synapse, but the exact same behaviour repeats: both work for a few seconds, then the keyboard disconnects while the mouse stays connected.Is this a known bug with Razer Synapse, a firmware issue, or am I doing something wrong during the setup? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.Thank
