HelloI have lost my dongle for my Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard when I moved..Is there any way to get a replacement for it? 

Hello everyone!I've been using the keyboard for less than a week, today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.

I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard, purchased in 2021. In the past, one of the keys stopped working, but I was able to fix it by manually installing a firmware update. Recently, however, a new problem has appeared: several letter keys, such as U, O, and E, only work intermittently or very rarely. All drivers, software, and Razer Synapse are fully up to date. I plan to test the keyboard on another computer to rule out system-related causes, but at the moment I don’t have the ability to do so.I’m not sure whether this issue is related to the age of the keyboard (even though it has been well-maintained, never damaged, never exposed to liquid, and always cleaned carefully), or if it’s another software-related problem. I’ve already reinstalled the software several times, but manually updating the keyboard firmware doesn’t work because it says the device is already up to date.I’m looking for potential solutions or explanations for this issue, and I’m wo

I bought this keyboard about a year ago, and at the same day when I started using the keyboard the issues appeared. I decided to ignore it at first, but now I just want to fix the thing. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method I saw, but none worked. Uninstalling drivers, reinstalling drivers, switching from Synapse 4 to 3, update firmware, plug the usb into a different port, nothing worked. I am really desperate to get this keyboard fixed and make it work properly, and I am slowly considering to send it to Razer myself to get it repaired.

Dear Razer,I have been a PC gamer for 30 years+ and I have been a user of the left handed versions of Razer mice products for 5-10 years. You make some great products, thank you!For a left handed player (mouse in left hand, using the right hand for the keyboard), there is a massive need for a right handed small keyboard/key pad for the most used FPS games etc. A right hand version of the Razer Tartarus 2 (or Pro version) would be SUPER AWESOME.  https://www.razer.com/gb-en/gaming-keypads/razer-tartarus-v2  Using a normal keyboard for games when you are left handed is a massive task for each game to remap keys etc. At the moment I use an ambidextrous key pad called the Delux T9 that at least has two space bars, so one of them can be used by the right thumb. I’m sure Razer could make a much better version, especially if it was dedicated for the right hand use.While there is only 10% or so people who are left handed, the need for such a gaming keypad is huge due to the significant issues

I’ve lost my 2.4Ghz USB dongle for my razer pro type ultra keyboard, I’m just wondering if there’s any replacement such as the replacement available on the razer website but it doesn’t explicitly mention my keyboard. However it does mention the pro click mouses which are the mouse partner of this keyboard. If anyone knows any replacement dongle for this, it’d be much appreciated. Recently I got a pc my uncle gave me the keyboard as a gift and I’ve been trying to use it since but nothing works I’ve tried everything I’ve been able to find online related to my issue but nothing works the pc sees it it registers it as a keyboard and it shows up on synapse but none of the keys work only the volume scroller works but everything else doesn’t I have no clue what’s going on if it’s broken or what I’ve tried all ways of connecting it Bluetooth, the dongle, wired nothing it only shows up on my pc when it’s wired never any other time I’m defeated I don’t know what to do or what’s wrong

I cant use a controller since I got my huntsman v3 pro mini, unplugged it, did all the disabling of devices, closed synapse, nothing worked this keyboard is malware you have to spend 200 dollars on , its a joke, it’s been years of people complaining about the same issue and you do nothing to fix it or let them know you hear their frustrations.

Can the switches in the Deathstalker V2 be swapped to full sized switches, such as the standard purple ones to give it a full profile?

Is it anyway that i can buy or get a set of new keycaps for BlackWidow Chroma as many of the keycaps stems have started to crack and lose plastic and colour lol and the keyboard is still fuctioning fully after all these years its soon 10 years old so its like 10th anniversary for me and the keyboard Hah but back to the subject is it anyway to buy or get new set of caps for it ?

The Huntsman keyboard really surprised me with its revolutionary optical switches. But I think there are still more potentials to be unleashed beyond rapid trigger or  virtual controller.Since the keyboard’s raw input is analog rather than digital, it should be possible to convert those analog signals into MIDI signals for musical instruments by just writing a programme, and let the computer identify it as a generic MIDI keyboard. In that way you can play the piano or other instruments that requires varying input forces. This may be a novel approach for music fans or professional composers. Do anybody know how could I achieve this?

So here’s my problem, I’m German but located in the US currently to work for the next couple years. Unfortunately my old keyboard is at the verge of dying. So I’ve done some digging and to me the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro seems  very appealing. The thing is… I am SO not familiar with the US layout of keyboards, as I’ve used the German layout for about 20 years daily now. Is there ANY way, I can order a Keyboard within the US with a German QWERTZ layout, without having it shipped over from Europe for +100$ in shipping costs? I’ve also tried to see if I can just buy the keyboard here and also buy the Phantom Keycap upgrade.. but well they don’t sell the German layout here either lol. Anyone ever faced this problem?

So yesterday I got my new Blackwidow V4 Pro, and I got immediately very exicted. That excitement however was short-lived cause I soon realized that Razer seems to not really fix issues in their software. I don't know if I did something wrong here. but from all I've read online so far Synapse 4 is VERY buggy and does not AT ALL deserve to be called a finished software.Once I first plugged the Keyboard in. Synapse 3 popped up, so I naturally installed it, thinking it was the like "newest", or "most developed" Version there is right now. Once I wrapped my head around the software, understanding how it worked a bit I noticed **two** VERY crutial things about Synapse 3.1. Firstly: Snap-Tap is only available for Synapse 42. Secondly: You cannot lay customize the Command Dial (which, in case you didn't already know is like the "main"  gimick of the keyboard)After a quick internet search though I was delighted with the solution being as easy as just installing the newest version of Razer's sof

I am looking to purchase Razer Joro keyboard and I have seen on multiple sources that it supports 3 mode connectivity (Wireless Hyperspeed Dongle, Bluetooth, Wired). The supported wire comes inside the box. Where can genuine supported dongle be bought?I have Razer Pro Click Mini which came with a 2.4 GHz wireless dongle. Will that be sufficient?Any timely response is much appreciated.Thank you

I am looking to buy a Blackwidow v4 Pro (not the 75% one) to replace my old v3 Pro and I would prefer a wireless one. But I can not find any specifications stating specifically that it is wireless. Am I just blind or is there not a wireless model?

OK, I have looked up everything un der the sun to get this to work.  I can only fly in GTA online using the gamepad.  Everything else is via Keyboard and mouse.  but since getting the Huntsman V3  Pro, I can not get the Wolverine to work.  I have removed all controllers disabled game controllers etc.  everything I have seen on the forums. with no luck, the wolverine does not work in GTA online.   Any help would be great.   Thank you. 

Hi Fam,Does anyone know if its possible to buy the optical switches?I have just one switch that gave up on me and I really don’t want to buy an entire new keyboard just because of one switch.Thanks any help will be greatly appreciated. 

Been looking around for an answer but I booted up my PC and the KB isn’t working with only the G button lit green above the number pad area.  The KB isn’t responding as the first thing I tried was holding the FN button with F11 to try to turn it off, but no go.  Attempted the holding Esc + M5 and plugging it in and release like one post said and that didn’t work and a few other posts I found didn’t have a reply for it, or one was going to just be in DMs to help. Anyone have any suggestions as what I can do?  Had to use my KB from another PC to type up this message! Appreciate any help!  =)

Just curious when the official page with all the details be released about this, as the box has some but likely not everything about it - Wouldn’t hurt to have a bit more details about it being I have it now on a few setups. 

my razer blackwidow v3 pro keyboard is doesnt light up blue, when i light up blue, it light up red, when i light up green and red, it perfectly works, i thougt blue leds are died. but if blue lights died, i think it doesnt lit up, but it lit up red, i didnt think it is broken, because it happened suddenly, can somebody help :(my warranty ended.   

I’ve had this keyboard about a year and a half and it just started doing this. I have all the keys set to purple, and they all are, with the exception of the “C” key, which stays red. I don’t really know what to do with this. The key works, just annoying. 

I am really interested in this keyboard but read reports that it’s bugged and NKRO is locked to only 3 simultaneous keys. Was this corrected anyhow in the newer releases?

Hello everyone. Woke up today with my huntsman keyboard not registering key strokes. The keyboard lights up and is recognized by synapse 4. Firmware and drivers are up to date. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted. Tried using the hard reset if perhaps it was in demo mode. When I first noticed the issue I unplugged and replugged and it worked for a split second before stopping again. Now it doesn’t even do that much. Currently running windows 11 64bit. Keyboard was working fine until this morning. Nothing has been changed and nothing was spilled on it. Haven’t had the keyboard for more than a month. The keyboard registers the key presses because of the lights reflecting my color settings.
