Hi there...  I'm looking at buying a Black widow V3.   It's second hand.  Is there a way to find out how old is it from the serial number?   And does the units store how many keystrokes / hours it's been used?  

Hey I have been having this problem since I format my pc.Every time I boot my pc the keyboard doesnt work and I need to unplug it and plug it again, I already download all the softwares and searched thru every configuration but I still dont know why this keeps happening.Before I formated my pc I didnt have a single problem with the keyboard

Hey guys! Half a year ago i bought the Huntsman V3 Pro (not TKL) Keyboard on amazon. Pretty much since i have the keyboard im experiencing this one, and only this one error: So the Keyboard got the USB C cable plugged in, and the USB 3.0 plugged into the PC itsself (no hub). 90% of the cases where i start my PC, my keyboard remains black, except for the white LED on the Profile Display. So it does have power, it just doesnt wake up basically. So then i plug off the USB C cable on the keyboard side and plug it in again. It instantly turns on and works 100% correct. How can i fix it? Ive already tried things like ALWAYS enabling my USB Ports in my BIOS but that also didnt work. Not even resetting BIOS to default settings had any effect on my keyboard. Ive also tried using a USB hub, or using the other USB Ports on my PC: even 2.0 instead of usb 3.0 . I got my Huntsman V2 yesterday and I noticed a very annoying high pitched noise from my keyboard when the brightness is up. When I change the color to white, you can‘t hear it. Is there anything I can possibly do to make it disappear?

I just bought a Cynosa Lite keyboard to use with my Acer Nitro 5, which has a standard American keyboard, but I use the notebook with the ABNT standard. Because of this, I'm unable to configure the keyboard's RGB lighting, nor can I use the F1 to F12 keys. How can I fix this?(I'm Brazilian, hence the keyboard layout information) Acabei de comprar um Cynosa Lite para usar no meu Acer Nitro 5 que tem o teclado padrão americano, mas eu uso o notebook com o padrão ABNT. I can’t think of any reason other than stupidity that on-board memory doesn’t save Chroma settings as well as synapse. There are threads going back years on this same issue. Why do I need on board memory for synapse, when I HAVE to open synapse for the chroma effects to take place? When your room is dark, and you can hardly see your desk I bet the last thing you want to do is have to turn on a light to see your RGB keyboard… well have fear and maintain caution because Razor will keep you guessing as to why an RGB keyboard with onboard memory needs software (or to be accurate malware) to keep the lights, yes the lights… on. If I could nominate one reason no one should purchase their keyboards, it would be that the only thing they do on their own is type. Is this all an opinion? Yes. Hello, I have a Huntsman v2, but the backspace key isn't working. If I type something incorrectly, I can't delete the letter unless I select it and use the delete key. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this?

hello i realzied my play skip button left of mute button below the volume button is not working. not sure what to do . i can’t even change the butoon on synapse and i have taken the keyboard out of demo mode. thank you 

Dear Razer,PLEASE release an updated Tartarus with a full analog stick. The keys should be either mecha-membrane like the v2 or fully mechanical. I, like the majority of us, did not like the keys on the Pro. Seriously, the Tartarus v2 was almost perfect, but the d-pad on all THREE of the ones I purchased have issues. Please don’t allow me to buy an azeron, I want to stick with you guys!sincerely, a gamer dad

Hallo zusammen . Ich hab hier ein Problem  mit meiner Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro Tastatur und Synapse bzw. Chroma. Ich habe mir mit Chroma Studio zwei Profile erstellt eines für Desktop und eines für World of Warships. Wenn ich meinen Pc starte sollte eigendlich das Desktop Profil geladen werden. Es passiert aber nichts. Erst wenn ich Chroma öffne passiert etwas. Aber es wird dann das Profil geladen was zuletzt benutzt wurde. Heist, wenn ich zu letzt World of Warships gespielt habe wird das Profil geladen. Wie kann ich erreichen das beim Systemstart das Desktopprofil geladen wird?

Hello everyone!I've been using the keyboard for less than a week, today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.

I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard, purchased in 2021. In the past, one of the keys stopped working, but I was able to fix it by manually installing a firmware update. Recently, however, a new problem has appeared: several letter keys, such as U, O, and E, only work intermittently or very rarely. All drivers, software, and Razer Synapse are fully up to date. I plan to test the keyboard on another computer to rule out system-related causes, but at the moment I don’t have the ability to do so.I’m not sure whether this issue is related to the age of the keyboard (even though it has been well-maintained, never damaged, never exposed to liquid, and always cleaned carefully), or if it’s another software-related problem. I bought this keyboard about a year ago, and at the same day when I started using the keyboard the issues appeared. I decided to ignore it at first, but now I just want to fix the thing. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method I saw, but none worked. Uninstalling drivers, reinstalling drivers, switching from Synapse 4 to 3, update firmware, plug the usb into a different port, nothing worked. I am really desperate to get this keyboard fixed and make it work properly, and I am slowly considering to send it to Razer myself to get it repaired.

Dear Razer,I have been a PC gamer for 30 years+ and I have been a user of the left handed versions of Razer mice products for 5-10 years. You make some great products, thank you!For a left handed player (mouse in left hand, using the right hand for the keyboard), there is a massive need for a right handed small keyboard/key pad for the most used FPS games etc. A right hand version of the Razer Tartarus 2 (or Pro version) would be SUPER AWESOME.  https://www.razer.com/gb-en/gaming-keypads/razer-tartarus-v2  Using a normal keyboard for games when you are left handed is a massive task for each game to remap keys etc. At the moment I use an ambidextrous key pad called the Delux T9 that at least has two space bars, so one of them can be used by the right thumb. I’m sure Razer could make a much better version, especially if it was dedicated for the right hand use.While there is only 10% or so people who are left handed, the need for such a gaming keypad is huge due to the significant issues

I’ve lost my 2.4Ghz USB dongle for my razer pro type ultra keyboard, I’m just wondering if there’s any replacement such as the replacement available on the razer website but it doesn’t explicitly mention my keyboard. However it does mention the pro click mouses which are the mouse partner of this keyboard. If anyone knows any replacement dongle for this, it’d be much appreciated. Recently I got a pc my uncle gave me the keyboard as a gift and I’ve been trying to use it since but nothing works I’ve tried everything I’ve been able to find online related to my issue but nothing works the pc sees it it registers it as a keyboard and it shows up on synapse but none of the keys work only the volume scroller works but everything else doesn’t I have no clue what’s going on if it’s broken or what I’ve tried all ways of connecting it Bluetooth, the dongle, wired nothing it only shows up on my pc when it’s wired never any other time I’m defeated I don’t know what to do or what’s wrong

I cant use a controller since I got my huntsman v3 pro mini, unplugged it, did all the disabling of devices, closed synapse, nothing worked this keyboard is malware you have to spend 200 dollars on , its a joke, it’s been years of people complaining about the same issue and you do nothing to fix it or let them know you hear their frustrations.

Can the switches in the Deathstalker V2 be swapped to full sized switches, such as the standard purple ones to give it a full profile?

Is it anyway that i can buy or get a set of new keycaps for BlackWidow Chroma as many of the keycaps stems have started to crack and lose plastic and colour lol and the keyboard is still fuctioning fully after all these years its soon 10 years old so its like 10th anniversary for me and the keyboard Hah but back to the subject is it anyway to buy or get new set of caps for it ?

The Huntsman keyboard really surprised me with its revolutionary optical switches. But I think there are still more potentials to be unleashed beyond rapid trigger or  virtual controller.Since the keyboard’s raw input is analog rather than digital, it should be possible to convert those analog signals into MIDI signals for musical instruments by just writing a programme, and let the computer identify it as a generic MIDI keyboard. In that way you can play the piano or other instruments that requires varying input forces. This may be a novel approach for music fans or professional composers. Do anybody know how could I achieve this?

So here’s my problem, I’m German but located in the US currently to work for the next couple years. Unfortunately my old keyboard is at the verge of dying. So I’ve done some digging and to me the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro seems  very appealing. The thing is… I am SO not familiar with the US layout of keyboards, as I’ve used the German layout for about 20 years daily now. Is there ANY way, I can order a Keyboard within the US with a German QWERTZ layout, without having it shipped over from Europe for +100$ in shipping costs? I’ve also tried to see if I can just buy the keyboard here and also buy the Phantom Keycap upgrade.. but well they don’t sell the German layout here either lol. Anyone ever faced this problem?
