Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or previously used device.There is no option hard reset the mouse.Firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse get connected to the laptop on that slot.This is cursed  behaviour, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse when attempting to update the firmware using the Razer Synapse software.Issue: The firmware update reaches 99% and then stops, but when I keep pressing the left, right, and scroll buttons, the update continues until it reaches 100%. However, once it reaches 100%, it restarts and loops back to the beginning. If I release the buttons after starting the update, the process stops at 99% and doesn't complete. The "Update Successful" message does not appear, and the mouse's light never turns on. I have repeated this process multiple times without success, and the same issue occurs each time. Help please. i have right now Pro click v2 vertical edition. and i have mouse dock pro.  hyperpolling dongleno one can connect by hyperspeed with this mouse. 

I’ve had the mouse for almost a year now, and I have been experiencing this problem where whenever I lift the mouse of the pad it immediately disconnects.I have tried to use the support in the discord (Saiso) and didn’t manage to solve it, What I did notice is that this issue only appears to be on my pc, I have checked if it could be related to power management settings in the usb root hub but it doesn’t seem to be the problem.I have the latest firmware and the latest synapse version, I do not use a usb hub (connected to the usb 3.0 in my motherboard).

Today the Viper V2 Pro USB dongle stopped working, is not detected at all, I trying on 2 different PC, I saw that many people had the same problem.What I have to do? I bought this mouse from eBay on 30 June 2023

it disconnects and reconnects when i move it fast like a flick after letting it afk 

Hello All,Just bought the Naga left-handed specifically for COD6 on PS5, but unfortunately even after mapping the buttons on Synapse 3, and afterwards configuring on CO6 mouse settings with the same mapped keys, when in the game they are not working / being recognized.Any workaround or another to do this, or is just not compatible with PS6 / COD6 game?Thanks.

My basilisk isn’t charging via cable or dock. I have updated all firmware tried different ports and a different cable. Nothing works. It appears as though it is charging, but it will never go up in percentage. 

So i have a raaazer deathadder v3 pro my scroll wheel is like not working it sometimes goes up sometimes not but it used to work fine.                               btw i dont knoww if its still warrentied

i was looking at razer’s mice recently in anticipation of getting an updated razer trinity, as my old (wired) naga trinity is aging. i noticed that razer now only offers the razer naga trinity as a wireless mouse, the only wired versions of the naga being a naga with fixed 12 buttons and the left hand edition of the mouse. why is razer only offering the best edition of the naga (and i imagine many of their other models are doing the same thing now), the naga trinity, with only wireless connectivity and not wired? dear razer, wireless peripherals are a major security vulnerability. please continue to offer the trinity version of the razer naga with a wired version. not everyone wants to use insecure peripherals that do nothing but provide a majorly insecure attack vector for cyber attacks for literally no logical reason whatsoever; wireless peripherals are not only useless, they’re literally detrimental.

Razer Basilisk Ultimate Disconnects When Plugged InHello,I'm having an issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse. When I connect it to my PC with a cable, it immediately disconnects and I can't use it, especially when the battery is low or empty.I've tried using different USB ports and cables, but the problem still occurs. I own a Deathadder V2 and while i was simply using my pc and not doing anything special the mouse lights switched off and the mouse stopped working. I tried to reboot my pc, plug the mouse in another usb port and even on another pc but nothing worked and the mouse won't work again. It also doesn't appear neither in the device manager nor in razer synapse, anything I can do?

So I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed and a Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini HyperSpeed that I’d like to use with the same dongle. When I pair the BlackWidow to the HyperSpeed dongle of the DeathAdder, the RGB defaults to spectrum cycling and cannot be controlled from Synapse. This crossed my mind when I bought a new mouse. Grip tapes are quite good but there is something missing. It would be much better if there was a glass skate in the box. Some people may not like stock skates. It would be good if there were new mice, maybe they would want to change it.

Background: I used the Naga Epic for a super long time before it gave out. I’ve had a Trinity for ~3 years, but I’ve started to have issues with thumb plate buttons, so I’m considering a backup. My desk has metal support bands so wireless has issues.I’m wondering if Razer still makes or intends to make wired 12 thumb button mice. The Naga X is listed in the Naga family, but there’s no actual page for it, so I assume it’s just for reference.Honestly the fixed plate of the HyperSpeed would be perfect, but it’s wireless only.The V2 Pro looks like it’s meant to be wireless. There’s the usb slot on the front but I’m not entirely clear if that’s actually meant to be used for connection or if it’s for wired charging. The 3 mods of connectivity thing way towards the bottom says “can be connected via USB Type C for continued use while charging.” I guess all of this is a blend of question and request for a new round of wired Naga.

My mouse grip tape has worn out, and now I can’t find where to buy a new one. Any ideas where I could get it?

i have an razer hyperspeed v3 i bought it about 6-7 months ago but the problem is it stopped working the battary is  brand new  its not detected by software even when i try to update the firmware the usb ports working fine also its not blinking green thats all

I can no longer pair my pro-click-mini with my laptop/pc.I tried many laptop’s and pc’s, all work fine with other bluetooth devices, they all fail to see the pro-click-mini.Currently I have to use the usb dongle to use the pro-click-mini, but I need that usb-a slot for other devicesAnybody know how to get the bluetooth working again?Is there a trick to reset the pro-click-mini….For anybody who points to the faq and the manual, or the firmware upgrade ..been there done that, it’s still not working.
