Why cant I buy the newest Mouse with a wired connection. I dont want to charge my mouse. only the v3 remains wired. I am ready to upgrade again but im not buying a mouse that needs charged. I dont want to find out mid game that my type c is unplugged or wearing out. I already had to find a non razer headset. For an almost 200$ mouse you would think I would have a choice.  In 2025 I just want a mouse with a working scroll wheel that doesnt need an antenna. The death adder v3 has had problems with the cheap scroll wheel out of the box. I feel like the product has gotten worse, even just scrolling the internet.  My only option is to find a third party with a new original death adder. 

I have Basilisc V3 (RZ01-04000) with USB. Can I connect it to Firefly V2 PRO? It will work or this USB in Firefly is only for wireless?

I’m looking for a gaming mouse that makes no noise with mouse clicks.  Are there any Razor products that do this?

why is my 1 to 3 buttons  respons hard and 6 to 12 easy ?

Hey Razer community, I’ve seen some similar threads and I’m hoping I can get some support. My Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse is out of warranty but I’ve been having battery issues with it for a long time (even during the warranty period). Every time I put in a new battery, it drains within 1-2 days and the mouse would die. Lately, even with a new battery, removing the battery and putting it back in temporarily fixes the issue but 30 minutes later, the mouse just turns off. I’ve tried interchanging with Bluetooth and 2.5 Ghz mode but the issue persists. I’ve also tried different brand of new batterys but nothing fixes it. It’s been very frustrating having the mouse constantly turn off while I’m using it. I’ve been seeing other threads about this issue so I know this seems to be a common defect with this product. I’m just reaching out to see if there is any continued support on this device and if there are any options for replacement? 

I like mouses with a prominent arc, or let's say with a lot of height. I don't like flat mouses since even with a palm rest they make my wrist painful. Which is the razer mouse with the most prominent arc? 

I had a Razer DeathAdder Pro V3 (wireless) suddenly stop working—it was completely dead. No response when plugged in, no wired mode recognition, and pressing the power button did nothing.After some trial and error, I found a fix that sounds strange but worked for me:Flip the mouse over and hold down the power button for 5–10 seconds. This seems to force a reboot or override mode. A white light started blinking, and suddenly the mouse came back to life. After that, I was able to charge it and use it normally again.This issue happened randomly while I was using my computer. I stepped away for about 5–10 minutes, and when I returned, the mouse was completely unresponsive—no clicks, no lights, and no reaction in wired mode.I'm not sure how long this fix will last, but if your DeathAdder Pro V3 suddenly dies, try holding the power button for 5–10 seconds. It worked for me!Hope this helps someone!

I just recently bought a Razer Pro Click Mini and don’t see a way to save anything to it’s on board memory. I want to specifically use Macros without razer synapse with my laptop but don’t see the on board memory icon like I do with my Mamba Elite mouse.. Is there something I’m missing? I did a fresh install as well as tried it on multiple computers with Bluetooth as well as 2.4. Side note: Synapse is also not displaying the battery percentage as mentioned in other articles I’ve found. Instead it simply shows a full battery icon 

I got one cobra pro and deathadder v2 x, but I lose my cobra pro hyperspeed dongle, the only I have is deathadder v2 x, my question is can I use hyperspeed unility change from deathadder v2 x to cobra pro ? Which is using deathadder v2 x hyperspeeed dongle but in mouse cobra pro 

I bought this mouse because I heard it was the highest rated razer mouse or one of them. I've loved it, best thing mouse I've ever used. Which made it all the more upsetting when it all of a sudden started not really working. While playing a game, sitting and waiting in said game for a friend, started moving again and realized my mouse (which was connected through USB dongle at the time) started moving then stopping, moving then stopping, like it was cutting in and out. Restarted my pc, nothing. When I try using the cord it makes the sound of something connecting and disconnecting repeatedly, which I found strange because it wasn't making that sound when just using the dongle, it seemed to be worse when using the cord. I've tried different USB ports, I've tried the ones in the back of my pc, I've tried a different computer and the same problem kept happening. when i scroll wheel up or down my scroll stops or dosen t work how do i fix it when i reset builds in fn with scroll wheel it stops

Hey all, just wanted to ask which mouse would be the best choice, the prices are all in cad. Razer viper v3 hyperspeed, Deathadder v3 and the Razer basilisk v3 all are 99.99 and the last mouse is the Razer cobra for 59.99. I’m also wondering if I should buy them in Amazon or from the official site. Last note is that I will get these around Black Friday so hopefully they will have discounts.

I’ve had my deathadder v4 since august and while it was great at first the past two weeks have been plagued with the squeaky scroll wheel but worst of all it will randomly become unresponsive requiring me to restart the mouse. Only ever have to do it once but I am always having to be ready for it, it will stop working I restart it and the rest of the session afterwards is fine, Ive used compressed air on the scroll wheel and a microfiber to try and maybe clean around the sensor? But nothing seems to fix my two issues. Anything I can do? I don’t game a whole lot work has me pretty backed up so for a rather lightly used mouse to be giving me these issues is frustrating. 

It’s only been 6 months since I got this mouse but out of nowhere it suddenly stops responding in either of the two modes (2.4GHz and Bluetooth).  To say it isn’t working at all isn’t exactly accurate as the mouse will still allow some button inputs to be registered if I spam click them (like once every 3 seconds of spam clicking) although after a while it simply stops responding and my laptop considers the mouse as no longer connected. An additional note, the cursor seems to slowly be moving to the top left corner of the screen, seems to be something the mouse is causing as I noticed the issue being replicated when I had the mouse connected onto a different laptop. Some quick googling allowed me to find some potential solutions involving firmware updates. I’ve tried the two firmware updates (one for the Bluetooth and the other for the dongle) and both encounter similar issues stopping them from completing being that the updates can’t proceed due to the mouse not getting detected.  As

Hi,I’ve been playing Fortnite a bit recently and noticed that sometimes my back sidebutton (button four or five I think) was not working for a few minutes. Today it completely stopped working and I’ve tried everything I could find online, regarding the topic. I set it back to factory settings, restartet my PC and even uninstalled the drivers of the mouse. Is there something I can still do to fix it or is it just broken and I have to buy a new mouse? I hope somebody can help me :(

Same issue as here and here. I plug the dongle into my PC, the mouse reconnects every second. I plug it into my laptop, same issue. I put it into bluetooth mode, the mouse works fine, but the polling rate is too low for playing FPS. Bought the mouse roughly a year ago, but the support page says that my mouse is out of warranty and I can’t even start a chat with the support. Tried reinstalling firmware and drivers, restarting the PC, using the pair utility, moving the mouse into the direct sight of the dongle. Nothing works, the mouse is, for now, unusable. Had to buy a cheap wired mouse for the time being and I’m not happy with my situation. If there is anything that can fix the issue, I would very much appreciate sharing that. If not, I’m saving up for a different mouse and probably not a Razer one.

I lost my Hyperpolling Wireless dongle of Viper V3 pro, and I bought a new Hyperpolling Wireless dongle from Amazon, but it cannot connect with my mouse, And I find that Viper V3 pro can only It can only be connected with the wireless dongle it comes with, I bought it from China, can I just claim the warranty and get a new one?

My mice stopped working it was working fine yesterday and today no light under the mice the red light is glowing i can see it under some angle i dont know how to fix it. 

I've had my mouse for a while now with no issues. Suddenly the cursor just stopped moving, the other mouse buttons work though. I've tried updating the drivers, uninstalling & reinstalling, cleaning out the bottom, replacing the battery, pretty much everything. I can't afford to replace the mouse so I'm hoping something will fix it.

everytime i turn on my computer the rgb on the mouse turns off. I know the rgb on the mouse works fine because if the computer is off then its on but when i log in it turns off i tried disabling dynamic lighting and it didn’t do anything and i also tried reinstalling the mouse drivers by deleting them idk how to fix it

Hello,  I would like to ask if there are any upcoming drops or restock plans for the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition (White).  I missed the last drop on June 21, 2025, and I’d like to know if there will be another drop in November or sometime soon.  Or has the product been completely discontinued?  Thank you!

Has anyone had issues with the number buttons on the side continuously spamming either the 1 or 9 buttons? This has just started happening to me and it is getting very annoying. Tried to contact the support about the issue but it is out of warranty.
