Hello my viper v3 pro dongle is broken and its not connected to hyperpolling dongle how i can fix that

My Razor deathadder v3 pro sometimes randomly freezes for a a few seconds. This varies from less than a second to a few secondes. My keyboard and everything still works fine. Its only the mouse. 

My Gen 2 Razer Turret mouse has problems with the left click after 6 years of service o7. I want to know if i can replace it with any other Razer mouse options??? My girlfriend has an Obelisk but for whatever reason, it doesnt work when im using the turret keyboard. I would also get the left click switch replaced if it meant i could keep using my Turret. There is no better setup for couch gaming...

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse when using the 2.4 GHz connection. The problems are as follows:When I switch to 2.4 GHz mode, the green indicator light does not turn on, and the mouse does not work. The red sensor light remains on even when the mouse is switched off. Sometimes, the mouse does not connect via 2.4 GHz but starts working after a while. The mouse works fine in Bluetooth mode. When it eventually starts working in 2.4 GHz mode, the red sensor light turns off when the mouse is switched off.Since the problem persists, could you provide further assistance or suggest additional troubleshooting steps? If this is a hardware issue, what are my options for repair or replacement?Thank you.

MY deathadder v2 not working on any mouse pad . I tried differnent mouse pads like legion, cosmic byte , hyper x .It works on bare desk. Can anyone help?

Hi, I'm having a double click problem on my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. Do you know if I could fix this?

My mouse just stopped working. No light turns on tried many batteries NOTHING. I don’t understand it randomly just went. I am so confused it seems it just stopped? Nothing shows that it has any electricity running through at all. Is it just fr broken bec those batteries worked in everything else 😭

I have a naga v2 pro that feels like the switch on the underside of the mouse has gotten loose or something. If I change it to Bluetooth, it doesn't change to Bluetooth unless I apply constant pressure and will revert back if I stop. Similarly, changing down to 2.4ghz sometimes doesn't work given that the lights are all off.  If plugged in via cable everything is fine, but that defeats the purpose of the wireless aspect.  No warranty, so I'm open to mouse surgery if there's a tear down guide anywhere. 

Hi, about 1 week ago I started having problems with my scroll on my Viper v2 pro, when I’m scrolling down, it goes up a bit and the opposite happens when scrolling up, perhaps you know how to fix it? Firstly, I thought that it could be some software issues, so I tried all the official solutions that razer gives, but it didn't help. What else can I do, could it be repaired? It's an annoying thing. Thank everyone in advance.

First of all hello, I bought a deathadder V2 Pro about 2 years ago and now I noticed that the mouse moves back and forth during the game and I am very disturbed by this situation, it was not a problem before.And now I understand that when I hold the mouse upside down and try to shoot someone while in the game, it suddenly disconnects and comes back, please help me.

As per the title, my Viper Ultimate gen 1 is not charging on the charging dock. It is "breathing" as if it is charging, but it is not charging, it will remain red even after sitting on the dock for days. I have plugged it into different ports, directly to an outlet, and tried with the bluetooth usb dongle plugged into the computer and the dock. All the answers on here or other forums are to clean the pins and connections with alcohol and Q tips. Or they say to plug the cable into the mouse directly. I have cleaned it, with no success. Plugging the cable into the mouse directly isnt a fix, just a workaround. I paid for the the dock, I should be able to use the dock.

hi there,i use razer naga pro v2 about 3 month until  now. have a question about low power indicator.i ever use naga pro v1 and cobra pro before, if these mouse battey level reach low level,  razer rgb logo  will blink red repeatly.  but this naga pro v2 i use until 3% battery level,  lighting still static depending light setting i use, it not blinking red for give us a warning for low power and need to charge it asap. but if i log out synapse it will blinking indicate mouse  in low power. i try update synapse today from synapse 3 to 4, and give same result. power already low. but low power indicator not working if synapse on.please need advice for fix this problem

Why is my razer viper mini not connecting to synapse 3? I bought a razer viper mini and synapse 3 don’t show the mouse. Also i don’T know if it is because it’s a fake one. I bought it on a reseller. 

I bought a used viper v3 pro mouse a few weeks back, and just recently bought the hyperpolling dongle but the dongle will not recognize the mouse (the mouse works fine wired) I updated the firmware of the dongle with HyperPollingDeviceFirmwareUpdater from Razers website. This was able to detect the dongle and update, but after the dongle update when it was time to update the mouse it did not detect the mouse.I updated the mouse with ViperV3Pro_00C100C0_FirmwareUpdater. I first used the “just mouse” update option since backthen I did not have the dongle, but now with the dongle I tried to mouse and dongle option but it did not detect the dongle.Since both devices show up in synapse (different wires ofc) I tried the pair device utility under the hyperpolling dongle which did not detect the mouse.    I saw a comment implying that the viper v3 pro will only work with the dongle it comes with? I would like some assistance if at all possible otherwise im just going to return both and get my

I started to use this mouse about a week, and found slightly but it feels like it ticks over something when it does and once I remember it’s there it’s all I think about. This strange feeling even changed the way I hold the mouse, my fingers are now in the air to avoid feeling the shakingI was report the problem to offline dealer, but they think is a normal issue. It's an expensive mouse, it should not have this problem isn’t it?

Hello, i did get my viper v3 pro like week ago but today i started to feel like my left click is loosened and sometimes when i have finger on it makes weird sound like pop. I read this topic  Some of your admin said that i should use compressed air, i did it and nothing changed :/

Hello, I have had a brand new Basilisk mouse for a few days. At first everything worked fine. Yesterday, following advice from the forum, I did a firmware check on my new Black Widow keyboard because of a problem with the numeric keypad. It was already up to date. After that, my mouse no longer scrolls. Deleting the driver and restarting the computer didn't change anything. Please help, thank you!

hello i my mouse started disconnecting and reconnecting a week ago, it was playable but every 5-10 min the mouse was doing it and it was unplayable because the fps also were dropping because of that and today the mouse is unusable it is disconnecting and reconnecting constantly, there isnt even 5 seconds of it working fine i tried fixing it but no youtube tutorial or razer support post would fix it

To preface this article, I would like to state that the razer naga pro is by far the most expensive thing that I own. I run on an old laptop with broken keys, and a USB keyboard I won at dave and busters. I would SINCERELY appreciate any help I can get so as to avoid spending any of my very limited pocket money. My Razer Naga Pro out of the blue two days ago at about 9:55 PM lost charge. I have been charging it for the past two days to no avail. Different outlets, direct connect to PC, nothing. Ask me anything you need to know, I will answer, I am desperate to get this expensive problem fixed. This is my lifeline, how I do work and how I have fun, how I engage with all my friends and how I research for my job and my major. Many, many thanks to those who decide to help me, I cannot overstate the valence of this device in my life.Yours truly,Ichorous

I bought this mice Monday…I don’t know why it doesn’t work with Razer Synapse, then I’ve seen someone been ‘scammed’ with a product like this.Opinions? 

My Razer Deathadder v2 Pro dongle doesn't detect on my pc. How to fix this? I tried using every method online. If i plug in my Deathstalker V2 Pro dongle it detects and can be connected to the Deathstalker v2 pro dongle. But why is it won't detect on my pc? When i plug in my Razer Deathadder v2 pro dongle? Is it probably the dongle is not working anymore?

My Basilisk V3 Pro 30K keeps entering sleep mode, even though I’ve set the sleep timer to the maximum 15 minutes. Sometimes it enters sleep mode after just 2 minutes, and occasionally within a few seconds. What’s even worse is that the time it takes to wake up can sometimes be longer than the time it took to enter sleep mode. The most frustrating part is that it even entered sleep mode while I was actively using it.I’ve already RMA’d this mouse three times and received three replacements, but each one had different issues.
