Just got this mouse on my birthday, and right out of the box the auto drifts like crazy to the left, tried wireless and with wire, updated the drivers, used synapse etc and nothing works she stills drifts
Does anybody else have the issue of when holding down the Naga V2 Pro right mouse button whilst on a created profile in Synapse 4, it auto shifts to the default profile until the right mouse button is released? Is there any way to stop this from happening when holding down the button?
There are downward lines on both sides of the Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse. Are these normal? https://imgur.com/a/AOFLB7O https://imgur.com/a/Epi0AcA
Is this normal? Should I return it and get another? It’s causing some ring finger fatigue.

Viper V3 Hyperspeed sensor not turning on and when i updated the firmware it inverted the directions.
Hello,I have a Razer DeathAdder V2, model RZ01-03210.After pressing the profile button under the mouse, it started disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. The same issue happens on another PC, so it does not seem to be a Windows-specific problem. When I connect the mouse, Windows sometimes shows a drive/device named “CRP DISABLD”, which makes me believe the mouse may be stuck in bootloader/firmware recovery mode.I downloaded the official DeathAdder V2 Firmware Updater v1.04.01_r1, but the UPDATE button stays disabled and the updater does not detect the device properly.Could you please provide the correct recovery firmware file or instructions to manually restore the mouse firmware?I no longer have the purchase receipt, as the mouse was bought a long time ago. I understand the product may be out of warranty, and I am not requesting a replacement. I only need help with the firmware recovery procedure, since the device itself appears to be physically working.Device: Razer DeathAdder V2M
Hello. My Razer Naga Trinity stopped working after a power interruption on my laptop. The mouse is not detected at all in normal mode: no USB connection sound no device appears in USB Device Tree Viewer no lighting However, it consistently enters bootloader mode when holding left button + right button + scroll wheel during connection.USB Device Tree Viewer shows:VID_1532PID_110EProduct: Razer BootloaderbcdDevice: 0x0067The mouse uses STM32L151RCT6 MCU.Razer Synapse does not detect the device.Firmware Updater does not detect the device either. Is there any recovery firmware, service firmware updater, or recovery procedure available for Razer Naga Trinity (RZ01-0241) stuck in bootloader mode?Thank you.
I have the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, and I have recently been unable to connect it to my laptop, either wirelessly or directly. As well, when placed on the charging dongle, it does not go above 96%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Razer software, but it still does not work. I plugged it into my old laptop, and it works without issue. Before that issue had started, I was having issues with the mouse, just stopping and having to wait a few seconds before it would move again, and then it would stop again. I am not sure what to do since I really like the mouse.
My friend bought me a Razer Strider Chroma. It's recognized on the device and in the Razer app, but the colors aren't working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and also turning off Windows backlighting.
I know what most people will say just to adapt to the new / current versions of the Naga. I believe the circular pattern is best due to how they positioned the side buttons so that when gripping the mouse it prevents your thumb from accidentally clicking any of the buttons. The original Razer Naga to the Naga Hex & Trinity all had this button layout. If anything at least make an additional side plate that will be compatible with your new Razer Naga Pro V2.
Apologies, as I’m a novice on the matter, but I’ve read different and sometimes conflicting responses online via search, so I’m hoping for an education from those in the know.I am considering purchasing the Naga Pro; however, the decision is heavily influenced by the ability to perform certain desired tasks based on the onboard memory, as I cannot run Synapse on my work computer. For example, in one program, I need to hit “alt” then “f” then “i” in succession to refresh the record. I presume this would require creating a macro in Synapse? If so, can it be saved to the onboard memory and used when I switch over to my work computer? I’ve read simple macros are possible with the Naga Pro, but am honestly confused by the rabbit hole I’ve gone down. I’m not looking to do anything more complicated than the above. If I CAN do the above with the Naga Pro, I presume I CANNOT do it with the single profile Naga V2 Hyperspeed from what I’ve read. Is that correct? Since I am mainly looking to utilize
My mouse DA V2 X Hyperspeed Wireless is suddenly stopped responding and the synapse is detecting the mouse and the dongle but it shows a power off logo next to my mouse and it says needs to be turned on by 2.4 GHZ but it doesnt detects. It was working fine a day before this happened and the power off logo says - Device is in sleep mode, switched off, or needs to be connected by 2.4 GHZ. and the same for when try to connect it through BT. the mouse is not waking up neither there is any light blinking or showing up on the mouse.I tried reinstalling synapse, removing all the mouse drivers from the Device Manager, tried restarting, new batteries. Please help.
How you all doing? So, I'm looking to buy a new Razer mouse, but I'm undecided on which one to get.I'm torn between two: the Naga V2 HyperSpeed and the Basilisk V3 Pro.Ever since I was younger, I've always liked the Naga line. But the thing is tha besides playing story-driven games, MOBAs and working with editing, I also play FPS games, so my question is whether the Naga would be good for that too (FPS), or if it's better not to and go with the Basilisk. What would you do?
Hello Razer Team,I’ll be direct: this isn't your typical customer support ticket. My birthday is coming up very soon, and instead of asking for random gifts, I decided to reach out to the brand that actually shaped my whole gaming childhood. You see, Razer was the very first gaming brand I ever touched. About 6–8 years ago, my journey started with a pair of legendary Razer Kraken headphones and a cool, fully-branded Razer mouse mat. Later, I upgraded to what I still consider a masterpiece — the Razer DeathAdder Elite / V2. I was absolutely in love with that mouse. Now, after a break, I am standing at a new starting point. I want to seriously dive back into gaming as a beginner, and I want to start this new chapter with the company that started it all for me.I want to run a little experiment and see how a beginner grows with the right gear. I’m looking to put any Razer mouse (even a budget one, an older model, or a refurbished unit gathering dust in your warehouse) through a passionate ga
I switched the mouse skates, modified the landing and lift-off distance and updated the software and firmware and nothing changed. Is there still any way I could make my mouse track on the glass mouse pad, because I have tried another mouse and it worked great on it… I’m really disappointed that this top of the line mouse can’t track on a surface specifically made for mice… So yeah, if anyone has any info on the subject PLEASE put it under. Thank you in advance everyone.
Hi,i’m needing help to restore my Razer Naga Left-Handed edition that i use in my daily work. After the auto-intallation of Synapse 4 and the profile import from the in-app tool, the mouse suddenly stopped working. Now, every time i connect it to a pc, it appears a window “CRP-DISABLED” with a firmware.bin file in it.I was fully satisfied with the mouse and how it works, til this happened. Since i think you’re a serious company that take cares of your customers, i hope in a soon reply.@Razer.sushi.boi, sorry to tag you directly, but i read in some other post you are the one helping the most of us left-handed community. Thanks in advance for your support. Nicola
Hey Guys, first time here but I’m in need of a dongle replacement for my Razer Viper Ultimate, unfortunately I can’t find it and I love this mouse is pretty much brand new, but when I go online and I can’t find an original replacement for it, I would hate to have to get rid of it or use it with a cable, can anyone help?
With no way to contact support , I’m just wondering if the lefty Naga will come back or should I buy from a 3rd party? I seen it in December for preorder now its out of stock with a notify me button.
I recently lost a usb and bought a replacement for my viper v3 hyperspeed, and there doesn’t seem to be any working software(the hyperspeed one wouldnt detect my mouse https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4048) to connect the new usb to the old mouse, is it possible to reconnect?
The mouse was working perfectly on the 2.4GHz dongle, but then it started dropping connection intermittently. Now it has stopped working on 2.4GHz altogether. Note the mouse is 6 months old.Bluetooth still works fine, and Razer Synapse detects the mouse properly when connected via Bluetooth. However, when I switch the mouse to 2.4GHz mode, Synapse shows the device as turned off.I have already updated the dongle to the latest firmware, but the pairing utility does not seem to do anything. It doesn’t complete the pairing or restore the 2.4GHz connection.I also tested the mouse and dongle on another PC, and the issue is exactly the same, so it does not seem to be related to my computer or Synapse installation.Could you please advise on the next steps? Is there a way to reset or re-pair the mouse and dongle properly, or could this be a dongle or hardware issue? Thanks. !--&-->
Hi guys if anyone could help me it would be appreciated! Just got my v3 pro SE yesterday and everything was fine until suddnely the left click stopped working completely and it also wont register in synapse anymore. I have tried reinstalling synapse, modifying it, and reinstalling the drivers with no luck. Other mice work normally! Id appreciate any help
Hi all. I was going to send a communication directly to Razer tech support, but it turns out I can’t; after entering my mouse’s Serial Number, it shows that it’s out of warranty…..but I already knew that and I had a question anyway and it had nothing to do with a warranty…….but nope, no questions allowed if your item is out of warranty. So I thought I’d come here. I have the Razer Mamba Elite; it’s quite old at this point but it’s still hanging on. I’m using the Razer Synapse 3 software program, File Version 3.1.627.5 On my Windows 11 Pro system (Version 25H2), I happened to have the Task Manager launched, and as far as the entries for Razer goes, take a look at this pic: https://imgur.com/a/RFUB4JD That’s 17 entries total for Razer. And, what’s with the 12 specific entries for Razer Chroma SDK? Now, granted, in that screenshot, as far as CPU usage goes, they’re at 0%. And then, out of all of the 17 Razer entries listed, the highest Memory usage is 92MB, and the lowest is 0.9%. Tota
yaklaşık 2 yıl önce aldım haziran 2024te. razer deathadder v3 mouseum pcye ilk açtığımda bağlanmıyor. kabloyu usb portuna takıyorum 30 dakika falan sonra bağlanıyr ve bu çok can sıkıcı. nasıl çözebilirim bilmiyorum ama (mouse güncelledim pc güncelledim usb portuna direkt takıyorum) bunlar önerilen çözümler. hiçbiri bir işe yaramıyor.
When will this dongle come back into stock? Is there a way to stay up to date when its back in? I’ve recently lost mine to my Razer Viper V3 wireless mouse (model number RZ01-0491).
