My razer viper v3 Pro is not charging with plug with its original mouse. If with dongle its working. Now its no battery and cant use it. I really love the mouse. Is there any fix?

i’ve had this problem for a while now and i’ve followed so many fixes to no avail. the problem would sometime disappear (mouse sensor/cursor would stop glitching and work fine) but then it’d reappear again some time later and gets worse than before. i’ve already contacted support, but it’s gonna take a bit till they get back. i’ve already tried much of the fixes suggested by razor’s basic mouse support (that didn’t work):Verified Windows is up to date.Connected the USB dongle directly to a PC's USB port and not a USB hub. Verified there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.Updated the firmware on mouse if it is on the list.Tested the mouse on a different surface.Checked if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.Check if the issue persists with a different PC.Btw, i’ve already tried to clean the sensor with a cotton swab, didn’t workAlong with that, i’ve also follow and try many other fixes that i could find on the internet which all didn

What happened with this mouse sensor? On the Viper V3 Pro, I played with the medium LOD setting and everything was perfect. With this mouse, I don't feel comfortable even using the minimum LOD. I have the latest firmware (v1.04.01_r1) installed.

Hi. Just like the title. My Basilisk V3 pro mouse takes like 10 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. If I move the mouse, it will light up but it will not move my cursor until 10-15 sec later. Here’re what I have tried and none of them worked.I updated both the mouse and the dongle to the latest version. I tried connect both the Basilisk V3 pro and the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard to the same dongle. Please help.

Hello. Few weeks ago i bought a Deathadder v4 PRO. I was stunning with the Mouse, however this past few days i found a big issue ( at least for me).The mouse clicks 1 and 2 are so large, they almost reach the middle of the mouse, and sometimes on stress situations, when i grab the mouse harder, sometimes i touch with my palm onthe middle of the mouse,and i randomly activating the click 2 of the mouse. This situation triggers not desired inputs on the game, that caused fail situations. Is anyone having this problem?

I have created a plugin in SignalRGB to make this happen. If Hyperflux v2 is detected as a dongle. A: Can be connected to it directly Same options as Synapse. B: Gives all compatible mice a new battery optimizer option. When this is activated it forces use of that mouses battery to be watched. It also brings a dropdown to choose what level the mouse is to charge to. When Hyperflux is sent a battery level above the threshold it disables Hyperflux's charging. When the mouse reaches 5% below threshold it enables charging on Hyperflux. Make this happen in Synapse please!

i was looking at razer’s mice recently in anticipation of getting an updated razer trinity, as my old (wired) naga trinity is aging. i noticed that razer now only offers the razer naga trinity as a wireless mouse, the only wired versions of the naga being a naga with fixed 12 buttons and the left hand edition of the mouse. why is razer only offering the best edition of the naga (and i imagine many of their other models are doing the same thing now), the naga trinity, with only wireless connectivity and not wired? dear razer, wireless peripherals are a major security vulnerability. please continue to offer the trinity version of the razer naga with a wired version. not everyone wants to use insecure peripherals that do nothing but provide a majorly insecure attack vector for cyber attacks for literally no logical reason whatsoever; wireless peripherals are not only useless, they’re literally detrimental.

hi i was moving house and seem to of missplaced and lost my usb dongle for the mouse the bluetooth isnt working the best and wondering what i can do to get another one?! or if there is any place to get one or if its covered by anything 

Hello, I would like to buy a razer pro click, but it is already old and not even in stock + it doesn't even have USB C. Do you know if razer is planning a successor to this super mouse? :)

anyone else have there mouse cursor shake so much even when your not touching it. it just glitches and shakes so much when its not even moving.

I have been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse for about 1 month, and during operation I noticed that the backlight corner, next to the button where the additional Hyperspeed button is located, sometimes strangely blinks a barely noticeable red color.Does anyone know what is going on? Is the problem hardware or software?I tried reinstalling Synapse 4 and Chroma, but the problem persists.The mouse itself works fine, so the problem is not critical, but I would still like to know what is going on. Sharp unexpected blinks, especially in the dark, are sometimes strange. A video with an example of blinking is attachedApproximately 20 to 23 seconds and 32 to 38.

I want the RAZER NAGA HEX V2 back. The layout was perfect for me and it was build to last. I've had 3 Naga Trinity since, but the build quality isn't on par with the Hex v2. I now use the Naga pro v2 but i't's 6 number faceplate layout isn't what I want, so I slapped the trinity hex panel on the pro although it doesn't give me access to the “7” button.  The Naga Pro v2 built quality is on par with the Naga Hex V2, but the trinity isn't.PLEASE!! Either give us the Hex V2 back, or make a side panel for the Naga V2 PRO that resembles the one on the trinity. 

I installed synapse4 but it does not open and launched . why its like this i cant understand what is the problem!

So up till a few days ago my Razer Basilisk Ultimate worked without issue. Suddenly 2 days ago i recharged it via my laptop then threw it in my bag and took it to office and plugged it in my desktop. It stopped responding altogether in both wireless mode and direct wired mode. I checked it on multiple PC-s and same issue. Even Windows does not recognize it as a device and it does not show up at all on Device Manager. The mouse simple does not turn on. I tried recharging it via the dock multiple times, and no response. Literally no lights, no sound plays on windows when connecting it, it is simply dead. Can anyone help me in this situation?

The problems have been ongoing for a few months now, and the mouse has become very frustrating to use.Here are the specific defects I am experiencing:Connectivity / Sleep Mode Issue: Whenever the mouse is idle for more than 10 minutes, the computer completely stops detecting it. I'm a long-time Basilisk user with large hands who loves the shape and thumb rest, but the V3 Pro is way too heavy for competitive FPS. I’d love to see a Basilisk V4 Pro that keeps the ergonomic design but uses the new tech from the DeathAdder V4 Pro—like the 45K sensor, Gen-4 optical switches, and lighter build. Strip the RGB, drop the weight under 80g, and it could be a serious esports contender.

Hi, I’m having a trouble wwith my Deathadder v2 hyperspeed mouse.It keeps on phantom clicking and jumps across the screens. I have tried to fixed it by changing out the battery, reconnect the dongle in a different port as well as cleaned the lens but it still bugging out. Other mouses seems to be fine when plugged in my computer

Tried every solution on the internet but my device didnt show up in Razer Synapse 4. Appreciate for the helps 

Hey,tried everything:reinstalled synapse updated firmware to 2.2.0.0 used RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.16_r1 removed every device from device manager that was named Deathadder and HID-compliant  restarted the pc, the mouse tried different usb portsThe mouse worked yesterday fine, and my blackshark v2 works fine too. Generally don’t know what other troubleshooting steps to take - any suggestions?

Hello,The wireless dongle for my Razer V2 pro won’t detect on any device. I’ve tried several devices and different usb ports I think it’s dead. My mouse works perfectly if I connect it via usb and cable. Where can I purchase a replacement dongle.
