it doesnt want to work please help

I recently purchased the Basilisk V3 Pro with the wireless charging station. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now. When I first got it, I had a hard time getting it to charge wirelessly but after unplugging the doc and reinserting the puck, it started to work.  2 days ago, it was to about 4% battery so I put it on the charger during my break and it charged up a bit. The dock lit up red and went up to about 10%. All good there. I finished my workday and put it back on the charger. Again, it lit up red like it was charging. I left it alone and when I went to use it today, the dock was cycling through the colors and the mouse is unresponsive. I have unplugged and replugged the dock, removed the charging puck, cleaned the pins, and put it back on the charger. Nothing. So I plugged it in via USB to my computer to try that. Again, nothing. I have also tried the reset with the left, right, and center buttons but it didn’t do anything either. I’m fairly confident its completely dead since it was

Anyone know how to find the 7.1 surround sound activation code if I threw away my packaging for my barracuda x headphones? I also threw away my receipt so I cannot give proof of purchase either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 My Razer Deathadder Essential isn’t showing up on the Synapse 3 software, I have tried so fixes but nothing worked so far, does anyone have any idea how I can fix this issue?

my old 3500dpi Deathadder (v1?) just stopped working properly, i bought the Deathadder v3 as a replacement but i do not like the loud clicking sounds, is there any razer mouse which is more quite when clicking? My old one was perfect in that regard.

I can remember they worked at the beginning, then just stoped. I did firmware updates cleaned the metal sensors on the side. I tried remaping those top buttons. I tried usb dongle, cable and bluetooth connections, no luck. I have a little Software that monitors all incoming keypresses and mousclicks and I can confirm now: The two buttons dont send anything like they dont exist.If anyone could point me in the right direction to fix this, that would be absolutely amazing.Thx in advance 

Could you please release a 60grams 8k Mamba Elite V2 Pro Wireless with the same build quality as the Viper V3 Pro wireless? 

i’ve had this problem for a while now and i’ve followed so many fixes to no avail. the problem would sometime disappear (mouse sensor/cursor would stop glitching and work fine) but then it’d reappear again some time later and gets worse than before. i’ve already contacted support, but it’s gonna take a bit till they get back. i’ve already tried much of the fixes suggested by razor’s basic mouse support (that didn’t work):Verified Windows is up to date.Connected the USB dongle directly to a PC's USB port and not a USB hub. Verified there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.Updated the firmware on mouse if it is on the list.Tested the mouse on a different surface.Checked if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.Check if the issue persists with a different PC.Btw, i’ve already tried to clean the sensor with a cotton swab, didn’t workAlong with that, i’ve also follow and try many other fixes that i could find on the internet which all didn

Hi,I am using it for more than 4 months and it feels rough, and my deathadder v2 x hyperspeed mouse glides are scratched. Are there any recommended mouse glides for Razer Sphex V3 mousepad? 

Hi, I bought this mouse around 6 months ago.While playing today, my mouse suddenly stopped working completly, and is only slowly moving the cursor down, no matter what I do with it. I tried to connect it with the bluetooth and with the usb adaptor, nothing changed.I also tried to change the surface of which I use the mouse and to clean the laser sensor : nothing is working. The mouse is powered, but do not move apart from the slow going down I described prior.I never used Synapse while I was using this mouse, so I tried to download it to see if it somehow changed anything, but while it does see the mouse it is stuck in the connecting phase, only charging forever with a loading circle on it.I’m out of options at this point. Does anybody have an Idea on how to fix it ? I would like it if I didn’t have to bug another mouse only 6 month after buying one. Thanks in advance.

My razer viper ultimate is skipping when I use it wirelessly on my Xbox via the charging dock after some time and it becomes unplayable. This has been happening on both of my xbox's with the same mouse since I bought it like 2 years ago. It works perfectly only on PC and also works fine when I use wired connection on my Xbox. Please help me fix it.

I broke my deathadder v2 x hyperspeed dongle. Can I find a replaceable dongle or do I have to buy a new one  ? I won't use BT as I use it for gaming. 

So I currently have a Razer RZ02-01910700-R3M1 Goliathus Large Gaming Mouse Pad,  now the dimensions say: ‎44.4 x 35.5 x 0.3 cm; 330 g  I’m wondering what mouse mat is similar to this? as I’ve had this one a while now and whilst it’s lasted me a long time it’s starting to show and upon looking I’ve seen they’ve ceased the current but the new one the dimension seem different? (unless im reading it wrong?) so im confused there. it’s always been a good sized mat for my desk so I don’t know if anyone knows if there is something similar size or exact, that’s not going to be  breaking the bank? 😅thankyou !

The mouse suddenly stopped working after watching a 10 minute video and not using it during that time. Neither the dongle or wire works for the mouse, and when the wire is plugged in, the rgb lights immediately shut off. The mouse is definitely charged as I usually use it wired and has always been plugged in.

Evening lads and gals, Earlier today my mouse was working fine via the dongle (connected to the USB port on the charging dock), when I came back home few hours ago it wasn't working fine at all and all of a sudden it started freezing after I moved it for a certain distance (repeatedly), clicks and scrolls didn't register immediately and would have taken several attempts until they would register. I've already tried the following: Connect it directly with the USB cable - the mosue was still not working properly and it was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, working for less than a second between each disconnection/reconnection so I couldn't reach anything on the screen. Use it via BT on my work laptop (it was already paired before the issue started) and it didn't work on the laptop via BT as well. Updated Synapse didn't help. Uninstall and reinstall Synapse didn't help. Uninstall the device from the device manager, restarted the PC for it to automatically install the device

I am looking for the older Razer Naga Chroma to purchase... (razer rc30-005101). I only havea right hand and I cannot seem to get used to the new profile. When synapse is on, it returns to normal, and I can use the onboard profile for a while. But after some time, may be hours, or triggered by the disconnection to the PC, the onboard profile looks like disappeared. It feel like just unboxed. Sometimes only the wheel configuration is lost (reset to default 5 types, lost the costomized one), but all other key bindings are still there. Can somebody help to solve the problem?

Hello Guys,I have a big Problem the title can sayed who i updatet the firmware the BT and the 2,4 switch under dosent work anymore so that mouse dont light up and search and on 2,4 when i put that directly on USB with cable thank works i tried so many things can i downgrade the firmware? Thanks guys

Hi, I am a little confused about the hyperflux mat. If I understand correctly, if I have the wireless puck for the razer naga v2 pro, will this mouse mat charge the mouse without any need of a wire or dock?

i was playing a game and then my mouse just shut off and wouldnt turn back on i tried every usb plug in spot on my laptop and it didnt work and  i verified that the usb plugins worked cuz i stuck something else in that worked idk why its not working though

I just purchased the Viper V2 Pro and I’m having issues on setup and navigating the website/forums. I installed Synapse 3 and went to disable the mouse buttons 4 & 5 (side buttons) But I can’t seem to figure out how to do this.
