Mice and Surfaces

I switched the mouse skates, modified the landing and lift-off distance and updated the software and firmware and nothing changed. Is there still any way I could make my mouse track on the glass mouse pad, because I have tried another mouse and it worked great on it… I’m really disappointed that this top of the line mouse can’t track on a surface specifically made for mice… So yeah, if anyone has any info on the subject PLEASE put it under. Hi,i’m needing help to restore my Razer Naga Left-Handed edition that i use in my daily work.After the auto-intallation of Synapse 4 and the profile import from the in-app tool, the mouse suddenly stopped working. Now, every time i connect it to a pc, it appears a window “CRP-DISABLED” with a firmware.bin file in it.I was fully satisfied with the mouse and how it works, til this happened. Hey Guys, first time here but I’m in need of a dongle replacement for my Razer Viper Ultimate, unfortunately I can’t find it and I love this mouse is pretty much brand new, but when I go online and I can’t find an original replacement for it, I would hate to have to get rid of it or use it with a cable, can anyone help? 

With no way to contact support , I’m just wondering if the lefty Naga will come back or should I buy from a 3rd party? I seen it in December for preorder now its out of stock with a notify me button.

I recently lost a usb and bought a replacement for my viper v3 hyperspeed, and there doesn’t seem to be any working software(the hyperspeed one wouldnt detect my mouse https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4048) to connect the new usb to the old mouse, is it possible to reconnect?

 The mouse was working perfectly on the 2.4GHz dongle, but then it started dropping connection intermittently. Now it has stopped working on 2.4GHz altogether. Note the mouse is 6 months old.Bluetooth still works fine, and Razer Synapse detects the mouse properly when connected via Bluetooth. However, when I switch the mouse to 2.4GHz mode, Synapse shows the device as turned off.I have already updated the dongle to the latest firmware, but the pairing utility does not seem to do anything. It doesn’t complete the pairing or restore the 2.4GHz connection.I also tested the mouse and dongle on another PC, and the issue is exactly the same, so it does not seem to be related to my computer or Synapse installation.Could you please advise on the next steps? Is there a way to reset or re-pair the mouse and dongle properly, or could this be a dongle or hardware issue?Thanks.   !--&-->

Just got my v3 pro SE yesterday and everything was fine until suddnely the left click stopped working completely and it also wont register in synapse anymore. I have tried reinstalling synapse, modifying it, and reinstalling the drivers with no luck. Other mice work normally!  Id appreciate any help

Hi all. I was going to send a communication directly to Razer tech support, but it turns out I can’t; after entering my mouse’s Serial Number, it shows that it’s out of warranty…..but I already knew that and I had a question anyway and it had nothing to do with a warranty…….but nope, no questions allowed if your item is out of warranty. So I thought I’d come here. I have the Razer Mamba Elite; it’s quite old at this point but it’s still hanging on.  I’m using the Razer Synapse 3 software program, File Version 3.1.627.5 On my Windows 11 Pro system (Version 25H2), I happened to have the Task Manager launched, and as far as the entries for Razer goes, take a look at this pic: https://imgur.com/a/RFUB4JD That’s 17 entries total for Razer. And, what’s with the 12 specific entries for Razer Chroma SDK? Now, granted, in that screenshot, as far as CPU usage goes, they’re at 0%.  And then, out of all of the 17 Razer entries listed, the highest Memory usage is 92MB, and the lowest is 0.9%.  Tota

When will this dongle come back into stock? Is there a way to stay up to date when its back in? I’ve recently lost mine to my Razer Viper V3 wireless mouse (model number RZ01-0491).

I’ve had the razer mouse for 1 year-ish, I started off using it with my steelseries QCK heavy XL, no problems at all. A few months after getting the mouse I won a raffle for a new mousepad, a steelseries QCK performance speed XL. After using it for a bit I noticed my mouse having zones where it would skip/lag and not track properly. These zones grew bigger and the mat was unusable. I switched back to my old pad, no issues. I tried a different mouse on the new one and no issues. I figured I needed to wash the new pad, so after putting that off for a while I recently got that done. The issues persisted. I went in to the store where I bought the mouse, they tested it with other mouse pads and there seems to be no fault with the mouse, except for when using it on my pad, and similar ones from the store. My question is, is this a known thing? Because I googled before choosing this pad from the giveaway and no results came up, and even googling it now, it doesn’t seem to be a widely known is

Any plans to release a standard editionof the Viper v4 Pro with the small 2.4hz adapter? Or even the normal pro version but with both the 8k dongle and the 2.4 small adapter?I hate having to connect the dongle with the included cable when I’m going to use 1000hz polling rate only. I’d rather have a clean desktop with the small adapter instead.

Hi Support! Recently bought a Pro Click v2 Vertical Edition as a gift, and the device seems to be bricked. Plugged it in, it updated/installed in Synapse, then after a restart, never turned on again in wired OR wireless mode. Important notes:The power indicators on top and bottom both do not work. Have tried it on another computer, same issue. Have tried holding every individual button for a long time, no reset. Plugging in with different cables that are verified to be working all result in the same dead result. Left it plugged in for 4 hours to see if it needed to charge, no luck.Would love to know how to remedy this, or if the device simply needs to be replaced. Also, if this were to happen again on a replacement, would we be able to fix it outside of warranty? Is this as simple as there being no power button for OFF, so there’s no way to reset it unless we were to open it up and disconnect the internal battery?

Hello. This is a topic that’s been touched on earlier  as well, but with the Razer synapse for mac out, I’ve been trying to connect my basilisk v3 mouse, but the software seems to not recognize it at all. Have tried the typical debugging, restarting the PC/software, reinstalling the software, reconnecting the mouse I need to be able to remap my mouse buttons to use this mouse for my work, which is only avaiable via synapse. Anyone have any suggestions? Or should I consider returning this mouse since it seems like I’m not the target audience for this :/

My mouse recently stopped working all together. For a couple months it would only woked wireless not wired so i couldnt use it if it was charging which i found strange but I ignored it because i only use it wireless anyways. It randomly stopped working all together now, dongle doesnt work, cable doesnt work, usb pairing doesnt work. I got a message from windows saying that usb wasnt recognized at first but now that doesnt even show up. its as if i am trying to plug a rock into my computer my mouse isnt recognized in any way. I uninstalled and reinstalled synaspe, tried downloading firmware and pairing utility but in both cases my mouse doesnt show up. I should mention that i have a razer keyboard and a viper mini that i am using in the meantime that both work perfectly fine. I know the mouse is fully charged because i initially thought that it just died when it disconneted and when i reconnected it, it was fully charged and worked briefly up until i restarted my pc and now it doesnt wo

when i plug my mouse with the cable it works but when i plug the dongle it doesnt work is it a defect

Hey all!I was having an issue with the macro auto turn off when your mouse gets into “Wireless Power Saving” mode and it drove me crazy. I googled everywhere and people had the same issue. Then I noticed the feature name “Wireless Power Saving” mode, so I tried to use the macro with the cable plugged in the mouse. And yup, the macro didn’t go off, I set it to auto turn off in 5min, then use wired mode and the macro ran without being interrupted. So I guess problem solved then!But yeah...Razer….Please add the toggle to turn on/off the power saving mode please. Shouldn’t be that hard :(.TLDR: Use macro in wired mode then you are good to go. Hope this help and work for everyone!

If you do a quick search you will find nearly a hundred different posts and comments detailing issues with this mouse! (even more including reddit). How has Razer gotten away with not doing anything about this, especially when it is apparent the issue is with their firmware and software updates. If you buy a product from a company, and they push an update that breaks your device, are they not required to fix it? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?!?!?!?!?I’ve linked some threads below so you can see what I’m talking about, they must know about this right!? RMA won’t fix a thing if it’s their fault these mice are breaking! I feel like I’m losing my mind, is there any way to make Razer give us an answer!!! Hello, I’ve lost the dongle to the viper v3 pro while travelling, can’t find it or a replacement online is it possible that I get help with this?

Bought the mouse yesterday and returned it today.How can you make the click sound so loud?  Its impossible to use it if u dont have a headset on.Currently i m using Deathadder V2 and the click sound is in comparison to v4 pro so much better. Silent and conform.Come on Razer , You can do it better

I have been trying to find skates for my Naga left handed edition but I cannot find them anywhere. I have contacted support and the answers I get are not acceptable. They say they “will let me know as soon as the skates are available for order”. They have never been available for order. I don’t even believe they make them.Now I have a perfectly funtional mouse, that I paid more than GBP100 for (!!!) and I cannot use it because the skates are too thin!!This is not good enough Razer!

When I use my mouse wirelessly, it randomly disconnects for about a second during games.When wired, it works normally. I have updated drivers, firmware and everything.  I saw someone else had this problem also, any solutions?  Br​​​​​​​Juho

This means I have to rely heavily on the onboard memory. However, saving to the onboard slots isn't always reliable, which is a huge pain. Since I rely on a left-handed setup for health reasons, getting this to work properly isn't just a preference—it’s essential for me to work fluently.After a lot of trial and error, I found a workflow that actually makes the settings stick.The Workaround: Install Synapse: Use the latest version. Direct Connection: Always plug the mouse directly into the PC (avoid KVM switches during setup).
