When I use my mouse wirelessly, it randomly disconnects for about a second during games.When wired, it works normally. I have updated drivers, firmware and everything.  I saw someone else had this problem also, any solutions?  Br​​​​​​​Juho

Hey everyone,I wanted to share my findings so that nobody else has to spend evenings testing how to properly configure the Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition.I use this mouse on several different PCs—some of which don't have Razer Synapse installed. This means I have to rely heavily on the onboard memory. However, saving to the onboard slots isn't always reliable, which is a huge pain. Hey, I’ve been having some really stupid and unfortunate batches of the V4 units as far as I know?  All of them (I already had 3) seem to have uneven m1 and m2 buttons that differ in height by a slight margin does this fit as a small manufacturing tolerance with all batches or am I being unlucky at this point, i have two V3’s none of them had this kind of issue whatsoever 

I’m having an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 HyperSpeed that I haven’t been able to resolve.The mouse suddenly stopped working properly — I can’t move the cursor at all. I tried re-pairing it with the USB dongle using the Razer Mouse Pairing software, and while the pairing process completed successfully, the problem persists.Right now, the buttons on the mouse still work, but there’s no cursor movement being detected.At this point, I suspect it might be a firmware-related issue. Would anyone happen to have access to an older firmware version or know how I could downgrade the firmware on this mouse?Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Mat detected but not lighting up. Tried everything I’ve found online, uninstalled, installed some driver, reinstalled… nothing. Anyone found a way? Windows 10, and if it’s to update to 11, kindly point to the linux fix

Is it possible to use the same dongle on another mouse? Looks like the dongle I have with the V2 Pro doesn't work any longer. May have to find the dongle that came with the Ultimate. Will trading them off work?

I’m planned to buy a new mouse, but kinda confuse between orochi or viper whether which one is better as they got the nearly same price

How to fix this problem, I try everything on the apps but it not working. Is this issue could be part of the warrantee, if no can I fix it by changing parts ?

Hello Razer Support Team and Community,I recently received a notification regarding the discontinuation of Synapse 2.0, prompting me to investigate the transition to Synapse 4. Upon reviewing the list of supported devices for Synapse 4, I was surprised and concerned to find that the Razer Naga Epic does not appear to be included.As a dedicated user of Razer peripherals, I rely on Synapse for customizing my device settings and optimizing my gaming experience. The potential lack of support for my Naga Epic in the new software version presents a significant challenge.Could you please clarify whether the Razer Naga Epic will indeed not be supported by Synapse 4? If this is the case, what are my options moving forward to ensure continued functionality and customization for my device? I am eager to understand what solutions or alternatives Razer can provide for users of older, yet still highly functional, hardware.Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello i bought this mouse but i have weird issues with games like Valorant or CS, doing specific motions like looking left and right the mouse is acting weird freezing for couple seconds, dongle in USB 3.0 port its even worse, in 2.0 motherboard its better but i still have those issues especially in Counter Strike. First it was also on desktop like mouse would lag and all, I updated the firmware for both dongle and the mouse, it fixed desktop stutters but not in game.  I have tried other things,  like disabling fullscreen optimization made it better in valorant nothing seems to completely fix it. One thing i did not try yet is to use USB adapter and keep dongle close to mouse. I also have on my desk wifi router, tried movong it below desk more on right but it doesnt seem to change anything

I recently re-found my beloved Razer Viper Ultimate (RC30-030501) that was lost during a house renovation.Unfortunately, the receiver dongle is missing 😭 This is entirely my own fault, but I haven’t been able to find out what the proper replacement would be.Some say that a 1:1 replacement is need as  the Viper Ultimate dongles are unique.Others state that the HyperPolling wireless dongle could work, essentially pairing with a “generic” Razer receiver.So I’m at a loss and don’t know how to proceed.I would really appreciate any help or guidance, since this is was a gift from a now deceased relative and I’d love to keep using it (I know it sounds silly, but it has sentimental value)Thanks in advance for your kind response!

Hi thereI have searched alot but i cannot seem to find firmware for my left handed naga, not even a firmware updater.I have an issue where my mose stops moving for just under a second at random times, and its annoying in games. its POSSIBLE that this is only the case while having synapse open so that might be the issue. but in any case can you please provide me with new firmware as I bought the mouse a few years ago and never done a firmware update.Thank you kindly

Hi folks,I want to make it so one of the side buttons is used to return "1" when I first press the button, then "2" when I press it a second time, "3" when pressed a third time, etc (ie cycling through potions 1-4 in an arpg for example).I was hoping the "Cycle" functionality would help me do this, but it's always greyed out (ie even when I have keystrokes in the macro) - see below. I can't update the firmware of my RZ01-0523, but it's pretty new (6 months) so I doubt that's the problem.Any help greatly appreciated, thank you!  

My Razer Viper V3 Pro takes several days to charge and runs out of battery very quickly, while my previous Razer Viper V2 Pro took about an hour to charge and lasted for a week.

My dongle is faulty for my Razer Vyper Ultimate and I can't find a decent replacement and the one that might work on the Razer store is sold out. Is there a way to get another one?

I create a macro and start it (assigned to a mouse key) but my mouse is going to sleep after 5 minutes and the macro stops. I can change the time to 15 minutes max but I want to disable the sleep mode. I need this macro to work 1 hour. How can I prevent the mouse from sleep?

writing again since one of razer supports just ignoring me i cant configure my razer hyperpolling wireless dongle for my razer hyperspeed v3 when i enter synapse to configure i only see 1 second of settings and then straight grey screen i already updated dongle and mouse and updated synapse ane reinstalled it and used diffrent usb cabels and plugged in pc. Bought this mouse 6 days ago. Used it pretty light these 6 days and when I was trying to charge the mouse by connection the mouse with the cable to the pc, the mouse is no longer recognizable to the computer. Tried connecting with my mac, other pc and even my friend’s computer and it all didn’t work.Dongle does show connections and the cable does connect the dongle to the computer, but just the mouse itself is no longer recognizable. I updated my windows to the latest and I waited an hour before plugging the mouse back to the computer. Don’t know if this is a known issue but I can find similar forums with similar topics but non has a solution to the problem.Someone Please help.

My Razer mouse seems to have an issue. Its polling rate doesn’t appear to reach the specified frequency. Why am I only getting about 350 Hz on Scroll Test? Is something wrong? Can anyone explain what might be causing this?

If you brought back the Left Nagas in 2026, you would make bank.  You would not even have to create a new mouse evither, just re-release the existing model.  Maybe, tweak it to modern firmware/software standards, but just create a new batch.  Hell, I’d buy at least 2 of them.  I own both versions you’ve came out with and was one of many who signed the petition for the 2020 release.  Being only able to use my left hand for my passionate gaming, it made things 100x easierhave programmable side buttons. With Left Handed Gaming Mice niche being as barren as it is today, you would be the only source of the old school product.  The community of left handed gamers would flock to Razer. 

The wheel of my mouse “Razer Naga X” fails to work properly.whenever I scroll down, the page jumps UP .. frustrating as hell. I’ve tried to clean/blow out the wheel a couple of times but it comes back very fast.Any way to fix this or should replace? My purchase was ‘only’ made in may 2024.  Thanks!Best regardsBrian

I’ve had this mouse for maybe 6 months. It worked flawlessly for those 6 months, but now, I cant use the 2.4 ghz mode on my mouse. The mouse will stay blue and then after a few seconds the blue light shuts off. The mouse still works wired and in blue tooth mode. The mouse isn’t recognized in synapse either unless wired or in blue tooth mode. I really enjoy using this mouse and would like to hear about some options I have.
