In the event that we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution, the program will be suspended indefinitely.

With over 50 rewards on the Razer zSilver catalog, kindly note that rewards will always be on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis.

this sucks, i was hoping to get a razer keyboard but after suspension didnt get enough points for it so just got a headset

I think they won't bring it back until thet can achieve a better control in order to limit the abuse and double account.

It's extremely likely it'll never come back, too many people exploiting it and it'd be too difficult to try to stop. Saw this in the Mogul chat today and it sounds like people have multiple accounts there also, This is why we can't have nice things.:frown_: But oh well the zGold part of the program is great and the whole zVault as it is now is still sweet.
He should be banned from Mogul Arena so, or at least don't give him the possibility to earn zSilver.
If razer wants, they can report him and ask for refund via legal way, if i'm correct there was like a "contract" for earn zSilver that you had to accept and multi accounts was forbidden.
He admits that he cheated, so I hope Razer will do something to this guy (like what happen to a kid that cheat on fortnite https://www.theverge.com/2018/5/9/17333292/fortnite-cheater-lawsuit)
If they don't bring back paid to play, I hope they at least come up with a way to grind to earn zsilver. Just logging into Cortex every day isn't really enough to get anything. /:

love this idea! When i saw razer coins for the first time i said to myself " man, if this was mine able i would mine it". Now razer has put paid to play back
and made coins mine able. i love the idea. But please update the paid to play to othe games such as starcraft or other triple A titled games.

The community is always involved in some way. Be it through discussion on Razer Insider or through other social media platforms. The teams are always listening for feedback and over the years we've even beta tested programs through the Razer fans!
Brilliant idea straight away... ask the fans what they would like to see incorporated and offer rewards of some form for any ideas that are put in place.
Once a new system is then incorporated allow all members/insiders to beta test the new idea and be rewarded silver for participating and offer more silver to any valuable feedback and implementations.

I can't help but wonder if those who gave negative feedback in such a large amount..

I'm just thankful for the couple mouse pads and stuff that I have earned through zSilver. Unfortunate that others have to suffer when people aren't excellent, but...Well, guess we can't do too much. Just hope whatever comes after still lets us fanboys get some cool gear. Maybe eventually I'll get that Orbweaver ;P
Wow, that's too bad, really. My only issue with the P2P is that it takes me forever to earn big points, mainly because I can't spend hours and hours on the PC gaming. I have a job and family to take care of, so my time is more limited. Other than that, why complain about getting free stuff at a nominal shipping price? That's just crazy. A "special" few just have to ruin it for everyone else. 
that´s really sad news... You should stop expiration of zSilver after 12 months or its impossible to get rewards without P2P
I wish we were still able to get the 1 zsilver per minute instead of stopping the entire program all together that way people who are close to redeeming what they want are still able to get more than just the login reward. Being 35000 points off at the end of this month is a little disheartening.

A bit sad to see so many naive or really nice people. Loads of people complained about Razer keyboards and mice too, why wasn't production stopped for them ? Its all about the money
So sad we had to wait for another way to earn zSilver, I hope they reconsider and let us true fans keep earning Razer stuff by playing.

It's really sad to see the P2P system go, especially when I live outside the area of ZGold validity. Thank you, Razer, for the P2P programme up till this point in time. I really do hope they come up with a solution soon

Yep, new items will be added every month like they have been since the program was just put out. They will also be adding stuff to the current one, meaning stuff that is there now will stay but items will come and go like normal.
The only thing changing is paid to play, they might suspend the expiry date and maybe lower prices depending on what way the whole ecosystem goes.
