Razer Chroma RGB

I have a Biostar B550 MXC PRO motherboard that came with the MAX model of AVGPC, and I want to upgrade to T-Force Delta DDR4, those comes with RGB and since my computer came with VividLEDDJ that as you can see is compatible with RAZER. So I wonder if I can also control or at least the RAM sticks will sync with the effect I choose in RAZER Chroma, through RAZER Connect. Does anyone know a fix for this? I was expect it would have been fixed in an update, but it seems not.Usually when copying an effect from one device I would use Selector, then Paint Bucket. This worked fine in previous versions of Chroma / Synapse.In Chroma App 4, when I click on Paint Bucket the Selector-clicked effect is lost and it resets to the default effect.However this does not seem to happen with the Pen, and after experimenting, as a workaround I can switch from Selector to Pen and then Paint Bucket and it seems to retain the effect, it’s only when going from Selector to Paint Bucket it seems to be lost.

Yesterday I spilled a bit of beer at my keyboard (razer blackwidow) and the thing is that numpad’s rgb is working fine just as arrow keys and 2 rows. I don’t know how half of the keyboards rgb just stopped working

I am having trouble getting the marvel rivals chroma app listed here https://www.razer.com/chroma-workshop#--games--look--bmV0ZWFzZS9tYXJ2ZWwlMjByaXZhbHM_-_ to show up. i have launched the game several times but it does not work. additionally,  it is already listed on the workshop, but elsewhere i see that it is supposed to come out on april 18.is the marvel rivals chroma profile currently available, or will it be available later? additionally, if it is currently available, what steps should i take to try to make it work?

My synapse doesn’t recognise my razer chroma devices anymore, i have a keyboard, mousepad, mouse and mouse dock, that all worked perfectly fine. and now NONE of them get recognised by synapse.I recently re built my gaming setup, so i would really like it to match my other colours.

I want to have a way to connect my Razer chroma setup with my pc fan lights. I have a gigabyte b450m ds3h WiFi motherboard.

I have had this problem for a while, and it hasn't been bugging me at all until started changing the effect from spectrum cycling to toner ones like starlight and wave, and the only way for it to work is by opening the app, which wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take so long and a lot of system resources

I recently got a new set up and on Synapse 3 terraria chroma worked great. Now with Synapse 4 and the separate chroma app. It is now gone. Checked the website and its not listed anymore. How can I fix this or is it just razer now made it no longer compatible?

PLEASE HELP!I have two chroma RGB controllers. I have 7 fans, 6 connected to one controller and 1 in another. Both controllers are getting detected in Synapse and the lights are getting synced. But the fan connected to the second controller is not showing in the chroma studio. What should I do? 

Can you create specific lightening effects for each profile on the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro?  For instance, I want to have Profile 1 be RGB lightning and when I switch to profile 2 I want the lights to all turn RED automatically. Is this possible to do? 

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the ornata v3 keyboard.On Razer Chroma when I select the "columns" to set the colors everything is wrong.The first column remains off (as shown in the photo) and the other columns do not correspond to those selected.Ex: if I select the first "column" the second one lights up, as for the others.. if I select the number keys the keyboard in the middle lights up...How can I fix this ridiculous bug?Thanks to whoever will answer. 

Tonight, 03/26/25, the Chroma Generate effect just stopped working, all other effects are working correctly.I rebooted the system, reinstalled the program, the latest firmware for Razer Huntsman TE TKL, tried to take a different image, different formats, video, gif - nothing works.

I bought an Ornata V3 X today and everything worked perfectly before I got to the software. When I enter the chroma studio everything looks normal but I cant select any keys what so ever, clicking just selects the whole keyboard, not just every key, it outlines the entire keyboard on the software. Trying to click on anything after this happens doesn’t do anything except deselect and reselect the whole keyboard. I tried searching up a solution to the problem on google, youtube, and the insider threads and it seems I am one of the only people with this problem. 2 other people somehow fixed the problem by simply trying to click the keys to select them but obviously this isnt working for me. Ive restarted my computer and the software, the only remaining idea I have is redownloading the software but I did nothing on the software prior to trying to select the keys so that tells me its not a problem with my inputs, other than that I am completely lost.

Blackwidow V4 Pro keyboard and Synapse 4 installed.Chroma supported games page says there’re different type of effects, but my keyboard only switches to red and stays red all the time. Any ideas?

Hi All,Not sure if this should be in Synapse 4, support or Chroma forums, but I’ll start here. Have moved to synapse 4, and am having some issues.  Not sure if its me or the software.  Before I revert back to 3, which was working fine.  Checking in here for any solution Basically, when starting up - my Govee integration with chroma doesn’t trigger, until I launch chroma manually, and then it always defaults to “spectrum cycle”, which I want it set to “static” Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Synapse doesn’t appear to save my light settings properly either.  I have everything set to “wave”, and while it does wave, its not the same wave as if i manually set wave if that makes any sense?  Its like all the LEDS in the fans are not being detected.Anyway, anyone have any thoughts or similar issues (and suggested fixes) before I revert back to Synapse 3, which was working perfectly….. Thanks

Hi, I just got 240mm Razer AIO, I was just curious is there any option to save the AIO rbg color settings, so I won’t have to manually open razer software everytime I want my fans to turn purple?

I am beyond lost trying to get my Fortnite to work with Chroma. The keyboard sometimes only goes white. Sometimes, it will turn the color of the profile I downloaded, but nothing is reacting when there are things happening in game. The profile seems to work in Windows, though. Synapse is so confusing with the different possibilities of options set for profiles. Do I enable the Fortnite app in Synapse or do I use the Chroma Visualizer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi all,I am a Razer keyboard, mouse, mouse pad user, all of them have chroma support, I also have a Philips light strip hue gradient for my monitor. I cannot determine the capture areas of the LED strip in the Philips application, the software captures colors from certain areas according to its own mind, but I can specify the area I want it to capture in the Razer application.My problem starts exactly here, Razer is color capture does not give vibrant colors and the ambient colors are constantly flickering, it bothers the eyes even if I set the sharpness setting to the last setting.In Philips' own software, the colors are quite vibrant, very soft transitions are never disturbing even at 100% light and the sharpest setting, but the Philips software does not allow me to select a region. From here, I call out to the Razer software team, correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think I am wrong, so please revise this ambient mode and release the corrected version. I just ordered a Lian-Li Razer Edition Case and still have to get the motherboard for it. I am looking at GigaByte X870E Auros Elite for that, not yet decided.I can not see anywhere on the GigaByte product specs it supports any RGB controller at all, even Razer.Any one knows? Will I be able to control the RGB via Chroma/Synapse? I bought the “Monster Illuminessence” “Arc+” and “2M Flow Strip” two years ago in addition to my Razor Kraken, Black Widow and Naga it all make my game setup awesome. However, since last ChromaStudio update in January “3.9.109.11015” the two Monster device just will not display all the color schemed (just basic RGBY). From Monster App on my phone all color tested OK for transition to cool effects.Could there be something I did not know, on Monster Illuminessence side they claimed that their device and app are all working properly. Maybe it's really just some codes in Chroma that is not transmitted properly??

Question:Is there a way to edit Reactive effect Duration time in seconds? Current settings only allow to select either slow; medium or fast effect. But is there maybe some file in razer install directory, which can be edited with text editor and specify how long in seconds each effect duration actually is?I'd like to increase time for Slow effect, until light turns off after key is released. Wave effect could probably also do this, but i would then need to set effect to each keyboard key separately, so using reactive would be more preferred. Such suggestion of specifying duration in seconds, has been brought up in thread created 4 years ago, but seems not to have received any reply and also not implemented.

Yes, you read it right, I have an RGB Mouse pad on top of my RGB Mouse pad.When trying to recreate in Synapse, it will just snap back.Why is it illegal?Razer fix pls…
