In the mobile app, Raid: Shadow Ledgends is a paid to play game. The sliver keeps switching from 200 to 8X. Somebody please tell me what this means.

Anyone else locked at 30fps for most games? How do we fix this? Using the razer phone 2 with max settings in the game booster cortex app area.

Hi we had issue's claiming a prize last night, one player seemed to be 5 mins behind everyone else and some other teams seemed to be ahead in non 5 min blocks of time. IE the top few teams had players logging 12mins of time when we could only log a max of 10mins? These bugs made it impossible to claim a prize?

Hi, does Cortex turn off Windows Defender? If no, how can I setup it to do that? Tnx

Razer Cortex does not detect supported games for squad rewards such as League of Legends(PH) or League of Legends(Garena). Can someone help me with this? I still can't accumulate even 5 minutes for the squad rewards. Help! ASAP!

I just started out using Razer Cortex for pc and I played League of Legends already for 30 minutes. How come I can't see the accumulated game time that I have already?

I can install Razer Cortex but when I tried to click it, it would say "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" obviously I clicked yes. Nothing happened, I restarted cortex but no its still not working. Please help me

I booted up Razer Cortex today to check on my squad and all, but it says the server is under maintenance. Does this mean our hours won't be tracked during this time? How long will it be until the maintenance will be complete?

What happend to Razor booster it has started to seriusly lagg my games instead of increasing fps, which doesnt even show anymore !! I was using it for more than a year no problems ,it worked as intended !.. Then suddenly all games started to lagg and bug when Razor cortex boost is active, i have to shut it down to play normaly ! What happend why recently it doesnt work anymore ? .. Has new update ruined it ? Anyone else experiencing this problem recently ?

hello guys, i just join a squad, but in cortex they say "please enter your friend's invitation code to join their team" but i'm already in a team, i can see my squad in the software but they same to enter the invitation code what should i do to remove this text?

Been playing Warzone since before day 'reset' 7pm cst for me. IT has not logged any live time, everyone else in my squad is. Its last day for logging for top prize...... and we were in contest for top prize.. HELP *EDIT**** We're now logging time, but the increments are all scattered? I'm 4 minutes ahead of my team, and they have 2 minutes in between them? WE are playing together? Wth

every time i want to open cortex i need to type in the password saying do you want this application to make changes to your device. how do i make it so that i dont need to type the password every time

Hi, When I hold my mouse left button down and moving my mouse around on my desktop, it's normally blue... But after I installed Razer Cortex, it began to look like white dots in the edge and nothing in the middle. I tried it before after I installed Cortex, but I reset my computer... I've had this happen twice now, where I found a reward I wanted to go for so, I download the game and get started playing. Then that same day just to check that I can't find that offer for Silver anyway anymore even as a pending Reward Status to complete. I'm not talking about ones I've gone and completed and its not that anymore, I just discovered them and thought I can get that accomplished for the reward. So want to download the game and start it, and it just looks like the offer never existed?
