The mouse works perfectly, but the dongle does not. Sometime I walk away from pc for a few minutes (around 10 minutes), and then  when I come back, the dongle LEDs are turned off, I tried to move mouse to activate the dongle but it clearly doesn’t work, but somehow when I click the mouse buttons, the LED that indicates “connection quality” blinks, the other two LEDs still don’t work. So every time  this happens, I need to unplug and re-plug the dongle to make it work, which is annoy since this is a $160 mouse. Is this dongle defect?I tried some other methods in other threads, like connecting the dongle to motherboard directly, it doesn’t work.

I have a wolverine v3 pro, for my xbox.  Paid 200$ for it, back in nov 2024.  The past eight months the forward on the left joystick wont get to 100% unless i mash on it.  It’s super annoying in games when the guy isn’t running at full sprint, unless i’m aiming up and to the right.  Sure is disappointing to go through 3 elite controllers, to trying out another company's “pro” controller only to have it be broken shortly outside of the warranty.  any way to fix this?  or am i out of luck looking for a new controller from a new company? 

hi guys, first time posting here cuz i really need some help. bought a razer raptor from eBay, but they forgot to add some of the original cables. the USB-A Extension Cable is available but USB-C to USB-C Cable is not, which is the most important part, I live in EU. Ff some kind soul out there is willing to help me out let me know. thanks again guys.

Has Razer fixed the hinge cracking issue on the new Barracuda X Chroma? Hi everyone, I want to buy the new Razer Barracuda X Chroma, but I know there was a big problem with the plastic hinges breaking and cracking on older Barracuda models. I'm worried because the Chroma version uses the same physical design. I'm asking anyone who owns a Barracuda X Chroma: Has Razer really improved the plastic quality, or is it still fragile and prone to breaking? Thanks! 

This is the most ridiculous joke. My Nari Ultimate headphones have had the 7.1 THX surround sound they used with the Razer Synapse 4 removed after a patch update. Normally, I could use it without an activation code because my headphones are worth $275.Now they're just stupid 2.1 stereo headphones because I can't use my headphone and speaker serienumber to request activation codes for any of them:Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I received the BlackShark v2 x today, but the activation code for Surround Sound 7.1 is missing... I tried to register the Product ID in my account and it says it's already registered. What do I do now? I've already tried contacting support but they always send me to a page that doesn't solve my problem.

I just recently purchased a Razer Blackshark v2 X (wired jack) from amazon and although the headphone quality is good, the microphone seems to be very quiet. I have tried changing it manually through third party apps, made sure the mute button on the headset was turned off, and tweaked with the actual Razer app itself. If you have any suggestions or fixes, please help!

Hi, I have been using this keyboard for about 2 years now, never had any an issues. But two days ago when I started my pc the keyboard was unresponsive. I tried hard resetting the keyboard (esc+caps+space). Then it entered demo mode. Tried hard resetting again. It became unresponsive again. The keyboard has been stuck in this loop ever since. It did become normal after multiple hard resetting but only for 10mins after which it became unresponsive again and it has also stopped being detected by the windows device manager and by synapse. I have tried multiple solutions over the past two days but to no avail. Here are some of the solutions i have tried:Hard resetting the keyboard. Restarting the PC. duh Using different USB ports. Using it on a different PC.  Uninstalling / Reinstalling all Drivers, Razer Synapse 4. Ran the Razer detection troubleshooting tool (nothing worked) Tried to update the firmware of the keyboard but it cant detect the keyboard in order to update. uninstalled Riot

If I purchase a Razer Sanrio licensed product from Razer.com, do I receive a code for a specific Overwatch bundle depending on the product, or can I choose which Sanrio-themed Overwatch bundle to unlock? For example, if I buy a Cinnamoroll product, would I only receive the Kiriko bundle, or could I choose the Hello Kitty x Juno bundle instead? Thank you!

hiSo to make it simple i have like 30 fps on forza horizon 5 with settings in low/medium with a 3070 ti.I strongly believe my laptop is underperforming. It also happens in games like Garry’s Mod, where I get hardly 60fps with the lowest settings, and not even 40fps, I believe, in GTA.I tried to reinstall my drivers, put everything i coud on high performances on synapse and Nvidia control panel, i did disable the whisper mode and raise my laptop a little bit so it can cooldown normaly. I use an external drive so i can keep 200g of space on my main disk and pretty much also prioritised the nvidia graphics card on high performance on every game i play.At this point i’m reaching out for help because i have 0 idea of what to do more. Tried to plug in my Razer Seiren X today after a long time of not being used. The Seiren Microphone doess not respond at all.Cannot attempt to even update the driver. Have tried to uninstall from device manager and restart the computer to no avail.The green light on the mute button does not light up. What may be the cause and what should i do?

I have never actually gone around to update my BIOS ever since I bought the laptop some four years ago, now that I try to download the BIOS updater for my Blade 15, the updater doesn’t recognise my model and says “this firmware tool is for use only with Razer Blade and compatible system. The application will now close.” I think its worthwhile to bring this up. A year into buying this laptop, I brought it to a local Razer contracted computer specialist to fix my laptop, I didn’t know what they fixed but I thought it might be relevant to this issue.

HiI’m asking here because I saw that some firmware-related mouse issues were helped/escalated through Razer Insider before.My Razer DeathAdder V2 suddenly stopped working after I was using Razer Synapse 4. The mouse was working before, but now Windows only makes the USB connect/disconnect sound. It does not work as a mouse, it disappeared from Synapse, and in Windows devices it appears strangely as a drive/device instead of a normal mouse.What I already tried: Tested it on another computer Tried different USB ports Checked Synapse, but the mouse no longer appears there Contacted Razer Support Sent proof/video of the issue My support case number is: (removed for security purposes)Support told me the product is out of warranty, but this does not feel like normal wear or physical damage. Since Synapse 4 wasn’t working properly on my device, I’d like to switch back to Synapse 3. I had a great profile set up in Synapse 3 along with tons of macros. I had everything configured exactly the way I liked it and was very satisfied with it. I switched to Synapse 4 based on someone’s recommendation, but unfortunately it didn’t work properly on my computer.Because of this, I reinstalled Synapse 3, but now I’m having trouble getting it to detect my mouse. I would really appreciate your support regarding this issue. I’ve already tried all of the methods and solutions I could find online, but none of them worked.Thank you in advance.

However, at checkout, the store page blocks me with an error message: "You have an Open RMA, please click here to edit your order."When I click on that link, it redirects me to my Support History page (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/account/support_history), but both "Pending Payments" and "All RMAs" show "No records found".Because of this ghost RMA bug, the checkout page is stuck on the US region and completely locks my Billing Address to the United States (+1), so I cannot switch it back to Vietnam to use my local card.Is there any way to reset my cart session or update my Billing Address to Vietnam on the system so I can complete the payment?Thank you!

Hi All, I am experiencing trouble with my new razer blade 14 2025. I tried everything, updated bios updated windows, set the cpu boost mode to disabled. I turn the fans to 5500 to run constant and turn on Arc raiders. Laptop sometimes plays fine and after some time restarts. I limit the fps to 75 so it runs cool temps are stable at 76c cpu and 63 c for gpu i have the 5070 rtx setup.all of the sudden laptop restarts and i dont know why. 

Why is my 2019 Razor Stealth a legacy product  when it was purchased in 2019? I need a recovery image. I did a reset, and I can’t sign in to Synapse and deal with the NVIDIA app. I want to keep bios and NVIDIA card up to date

My question revolves around if there is anyway to pull synapse 3 off of my old laptop to use on my pc with all of the functions still usable. Synapse 4 is a complete mess and from the looks of it Razer has no desire to fix the bugs/improve the program. When I’ve installed synapse 3 back onto my computer I am unable to use any of the functions from the program (lighting, macros, etc). At this point it seems like easiest solution is to just change brands but since I have close to 7-8 different Razer products that would be unfortunate. Is there any workaround to continue to use Synapse 3 with all the functions or has Razer made that impossible in an attempt to force users to upgrade to Synapse 4?

I just bought a brand new razer blackshark V2 x but i can't register it to my account to get the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound feature. Can someone help me?
