Hello! I can’t charge my USB dongle anymore on the adapter and i got this mouse only a month ago. What can i do.  I’ve tried charing it via computer, USB C plug and with normal usb plug. Nothing works

Hello, About a year ago I updated my synapse from 3 to 4, and this caused my audio directions to flip. Any audio I heard on the left would instead be played in my headphones on the right. This only applies to thx spatial audio, and not stereo. Because of this, I swapped back to synapse 3 and everything sorted itself out, and I forgot about this problem completely. Then flash forward to about a week or two ago, I updated to synapse 4 again because I forgot about this, and lo and behold, the same problem occurred. Now because synapse 3 is no longer supported, I cannot revert back to synapse 3 and I’m stuck with non-functional headphones that have flipped audio. I’ve tried talking to support about this but my device is no longer in warranty so I cannot actually speak to Razer support, and I really do not have the money to be purchasing another set of headphones. I have also tried using the wayback machine to install synapse 3 that way, but none of my devices show up on the synapse 3 softw

When playing games like Dota 2, CS2, Arma 3, and others that require more than three keys to be pressed simultaneously, the keyboard doesn't process four or more keystrokes simultaneously. The first three keys are processed, but the fourth and subsequent keys don't respond. Although your manual on the website for this keyboard states that it supports up to six keys simultaneously, the store told me to contact you because they can't refuse a refund or repair under warranty, as this information isn't included in the paper manual included with the keyboard. As the title says, when I’m trying to update my Kiyo V2 X the firmware updater says it can’t obtain the firmware version of my device que plugged in, I tried also turning off camera access on windows and yet it always throw an error. Has someone had the same error and got it solved?Thanks!

My razor huntsman mini randomly stopped working, ( I play on ps5)  It seems to be stuck in demo mode so it still lights up and has the green ripple effect but does not type. When I reset it ( esc caps space) it leaves demo mode but does not light up or type. I have tried many different cords and plugging it into different usb ports and still does not work. When I plug it into a laptop it is not detected by anything. Please help

Recently, I’ve been having an issue with the Hunstman Mini Analog where upon rewaking the computer or even reconnecting it, Synapse will of course take over the keyboard after a few seconds (lighting change is indicative), and then the keyboard becomes completely unresponsive. Only exiting Synapse fixes it.I’ve done every combination of reinstalling drivers, firmware updates, Synapse itself, and the lot. I even got a brand new board through the RMA process. Same issue applies after fresh Synapse reinstall. Of course I am unable to utilize the main feature of the board (rapid trigger) without Razer Synapse, so this is incredibly frustrating as it feels I can’t get my money’s worth anymore. Wondering if anyone has had similar issues with Synapse recently or this keyboard in particular. 

to whom it may concern,my buddy bought the laptop years ago and never really played it. so he sold it to me and told me the only problem he has had with it is she dont always charge, and would have to let it die for it to charge, well i recently had a power serge and she wont stay on… she powers up then right back off, and I recently ordered a power supply thinking it was the charger, but still does same thing with new charger. and it says I need to send it off to have the battery replaced, and I was just curious on how much it would cost, and if there could be any other issues that I don't know about.appreciate any help on the matter, been without games for almost 2 months and I'm going insane.

I randomly got an issue with the Left Trigger on my Wolverine Ultimate where any amount of input on the trigger is taken as 100% input. It’s as if the stop switch is on even when it’s not. I already used rubbing alcohol to try to clean it to see if that helped but no dice. Anybody have an idea of how to fix this?

I updated my Razer Blade 14 (2021) BIOS today, and after installing I now am greeted with “ Secure Boot Violation - Invalid Signature Detected Check secure boot policy in setup” Now I cannot boot in to windows unless I disable secure boot in the BIOS. Wtf is going on at Razer? Any tips?

The equals key (=) on my keyboard does not work when Synapse is open.Not the physical keyboard, not the on screen keyboard. Shifting it causes + to appear normally. I just have a deathadder essential. Once I close synapse from the tray, the = key starts working again.

Hello so I would like to set mouse wheel up and only mouse wheel up to switch profile, but that’s the only key (with mouse wheel down obviously) that doesn’t offer me the option to set switch profile, am I missing something ? Is there a way that I could do it ? Even if that mean using another software to maybe emulate it on that key ? Thank you

Hello,For about three weeks now, I've had a very annoying problem: on my AZERTY keyboard, there's a key that does either : or / (with the shift key). The latter no longer works. I tried with another keyboard (Logitec) and the problem is exactly the same, no /. When starting up, as long as Synapse isn't running, it works fine, of course.If I uninstall Synapse and restart, it works. But if I reinstall, same problem. Even with the last install program. I think there's an error in my cloud configuration, but I don't know what to do or where it might be coming from, even though Synapse has been installed and running for months. Any help would be appreciated, 

I bought my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeeds a year ago, and has worked mostly fine until recently, when the USB dongle is no longer recognized by windows, and is marked as a broken USB device (code 43). I have been going in circles inside this website for days with no way to contact a person that could solve this problem. I have recently turned to warranty support but, wouldn’t you know, it is impossible to reach as well! every page just redirects you to the same tutorial about reinstalling synapse again and again. Frankly, I don’t even know if I even want this product anymore, even if I somehow got to reach someone @ razer, I feel this is done on purpose to block me from actually filing a claim, and any further issues with any razer product will just be another headache. I really hope someone from the support team will read this, though I doubt it based on my recent experience.

As the topic says, when i start my computer or after a reboot, Synapse will auto-change my output and input devices to my Nari Ultimate headset (which is mostly turned OFF). This has also started happening after waking the computer from sleep.Why they make this default behavior (yet again, the same happened about 1 year ago) is beyond me.I am connected to an AVR 7.1 sound system and i only use the headset at night. the AVR is my default and desired output device, and my webcam mic is my desired input device, and that is how it should be. I can change output/input to the headset on my own,However, changing input to a headset that is TURNED OFF randomly after waking the computer or every time after a restart/boot is really getting on my nerves.I guess i have to run some PowerShell script to override this unwanted behavior instead of waiting for Razer to “fix” what is clearly intended behaviorJust repeating the failure a year ago by overriding users’ default settings is horrible and will

Hi so I made a purchase today, I was looking at the billing details after I was done paying . I made a spelling mistake on my email. I know that Razer sends confirmation emails and if I don’t confirm the shipment they won’t send it to me.
