I launch the 7.1 app, the audio works for a couple seconds in the speaker config (side and back speakers), then after launching any audio everything but the stereo speakers stops working, the 7.1 config does appear and i can test it, but no audio comes out when testing back, front, and side speakers, the only one that works even in the audio testing is the stereo ones. I’ve tried to find this issue online, updated drivers, tried to mess around in the control panel, disabled audio/hardware enhancements and automatic gain control, there is no external apps controlling the audio or anything, my pc is freshly formatted, there should be no issue  

yesterday everything was fine with my mic but after i startup my laptop the light doesnt work. the microphone functions work only doesnt light up idk why.

Hello,I updated my Blade 15 advanced (rz09-0301) recently after a few days away, and when booting the laptop went into a Secure Boot Violation error. I managed to boot after disabling secure boot in bios, however now i cannot launch most games.I have not changed anything in my bios ever before this nor installed/changed anything new. I have not found any cause or solution so far. Is there a solution for this? 

So I’ve had the barracuda x headset for a while now and the mic on it has finally broke. Obviously it is detachable so I was wondering if it was possible to maybe get a razer offical replacement. I just was wondering if there’s anyway to get the mic replacement only from anywhere as the ones I find aren’t razer

I have had my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for almost 5 years now and recently, in order to get sound on both sides of the headset, I have had to fine-tune the physical volume knob. Now I am unable to hear at all on the right side unless the volume knob is firmly held in a specific position. What can I do to fix this issue?

Trying to create a Razer Blade System Recovery Image for a Razer Blade Stealth 13.  Comes up that the laptop is  Legacy and will not create the image. Any solutions to this?

Hey, I generally hear really good audio in Warzone — I can hear gunshots, planes, everything perfectly. But I hear absolutely no footsteps. Literally none. Enemies can be standing right next to me and I don’t hear them at all. Does anyone have any idea what I could change in the settings? The eSports audio presets didn’t help at all. I bought the Razer Deathadder V3 (Wired) mouse in the month of December 2025, and since the start, I’m facing random disconnects when my PC starts. I have a high-end PC (AMD Ryzen 7800 X3D CPU & AMD RX 7900 XTX GPU), so I’m pretty sure I’m not lacking performance of any kind. Taking about the symptoms, the mouse frequently connects and disconnects when the PC starts, and this starts happening when I start moving the mouse; after a while it stabilises. The same thing starts happening as soon as I jump in a Deathmatch in CS2. The moment I do a hard swipe, the mouse becomes unresponsive, and after several disconnect and connects, the mouse becomes responsive again. The weird thing is, after 2-3 connects and disconnects, the mouse becomes stable in CS2 as well. So, I’m not certain whether it’s a hardware or software fault. The solutions that I have tried until now:Reinstalled Razer Synapse 4 completely after uninstalling the previous one.  I have done this in the Windows power plan: US

Every time i install the APP (synapse4) i have this message. and the program dont run. Already tryed everything and nothing happens.Im having this issue since Feb 6th. Before that the program was working with no issues.

I have a razer deathadder V3 Pro Faker edition for around 1,5years now and it always worked fine but today my clicks are not working anymore i can move it perfectly fine its just doesnr recognize my clicks and also the green LED is always on which i also think isnt right i asked chat gpt what could be the problem and he said something about a micro switch.

The BlackWidowV3Tenkeyless keyboard displays backlighting. However, the device appears as "RazerBootloader" in the device manager. When attempting to update the keyboard, it states that the current update is already installed. Is it possible to obtain a file that will update the keyboard?

It was running fine, virtualbox building an io with visual studio instances building or running with smss running etc etc.now if run the vm for a bit it hardlocks randomly.  I removed virtualbox entirely, tried to use a spun up hyper v vm and got the same thing.   this a week a seperate with everything else running no lock ups.only error logged is a whea.   But everything else is normal.  Any ideas?

Hello,  I always used my Barracuda X Headset with the type-c dongle and never had problems so far. Out of the blue problems began. Suddenly the headset does not always autiomatically connect after startup, I often have to remove and plugin again the doingle. When there is no audio output I hear a cracking noise and after a few seconds the headset simply shuts off. But not with the voice confirmation, it suddenly turnes off.  I tested it in bluetooth-mode and did not experience such problems there, but it was only a short test.  I tried reinstalling the device, updating the firmware, checking audio-drivers but did not manage to get rid of this problem. As far as Ive seen there were no automatic updates or anything like this before the problems occured the first time. I upgraded to Windows 11 but this was a few days before. Is the dongle propably defect? I did not have the chance to test it on another device yet. Thanks for any help.

I was using the standard 7.1 version and decided I wanted to upgrade to THX. When I followed the link in the app and copied the promo code when placing my order, it said the promo code was invalid when I tried to enter it.

Bought the new Razer Kraken Kitty v2. Never got the activation code. Also, when I put in my serial number, the following message appeared: “ Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.”    I wrote serial number and product number, and every time says "wrong key". Please give me the activation code or I am returning this. 

It began with my Razer BlackWidow V3 keyboard, which was intermittently failing to register shortcuts like Ctrl+A, Ctrl+V, etc. To fix this, I attempted a reset using the Esc + Caps Lock + Spacebar combo.After doing this, the keyboard powers on and lights up normally, but none of the keys respond — it doesn't work in Windows, BIOS, or any key testing tool.
