Recently I’ve noticed the chassis of my laptop has deformed.  I can no longer close the lid flush to the keyboard.Reviewing the forums leads me to believe the battery might be swelling.  This is a safety concern.  

When i turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise the pc volume does not correspond with the turning of the knob. Lets say i turn the knob clockwise first the volume goes up like 10 then down 4 then up 8 and so on. what can i do ti fix this?

If you could remove my old number, I would appreciate it if you could confirm the removal of the old number so I can add the new one.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 4, deleted the device on Device Manager. Nothing worked.Device is Kraken V3 (Driver is updated)

Hi,I have a Razer Blade 14 (2021) and Call of Duty Ricochet keeps blocking Ranked with the error:“BIOS Firmware Update Required.”But when I run the official Razer Blade Updater, it says:“Detected components are up-to-date.”The Update button is greyed out.What I’ve already checked: BIOS Version: 1.06 EC Version: 1.03 TPM working normally Secure Boot ON BitLocker OFF Windows fully updated Reset BIOS to defaults Cleared TPM Tried updater with “/force” Fn+R BIOS recovery doesn’t work Razer support download links return 404/Access Denied What I need:Can Razer or anyone confirm if: There is a newer BIOS/EC update for RZ09-0370? The BIOS download links for this model are down? Someone can provide the correct BIOS/EC package? Any help appreciated — I just want to fix this Ricochet BIOS error.Thanks.

Hello, I lost my dongle for my blackshark v2 pros (2023 pc edition, it also has a red box that says Tom’s Hardware Editor’s Choice on the box) and cannot for the life of me find a new one. I tried one off amazon but couldn’t get it to pair, and have exhausted every idea I can think of. Bluetooth for them is terrible and the audio quality drops severely when I use the built in mic. I paid 200 bucks for them brand new back in early October and would just like to use them again. If anyone could help me get a new dongle and get it paired, I would be eternally grateful.  

Why does it say that this product is already registered when I try to register my Razer headphones? Please help me

So I have razer deathadder v3 and after one of the new updates macros stopped working correctly The exact issue is if you have macro that consist of other macros only the first one will play and thats it like theres nothing more on the listIt worked fine before I've updated the razer softwareVersion Razer Synapse 4

Hi All,  I just updated my laptop from an Intel Mac to the new m4 series. My mouse worked absolutely fine on my previous machine but now will not connect via bluetooth to the new one. I’ve tried to reset the mouse and pairing mode etc, it shows up in bluetooth devices but when I click connect it just spins and eventually times out. All the usual remedies I have found here and online haven't worked yet. Wondering if theres some extra steps I should try? I’d really like to not carry around a dongle just to keep using the mouse with the 2.4 usb a. Any help is much appreciated.  

I needed to pay over $100USD to get a replacement for a faulty mouse, with the promise that I would receive a refund if I send the original mouse back or destroy it within a certain timeframe.Now support is not responding to my emails.I want a quick resolution of this issue. I am not going to be paying this money, I will be charging back the money I gave for the replacement I was owed if I am ignored. Please lets sort this out.

Recently bought a Razer Huntsman mini, It seems to be reporting in at 100 MS response time and 45 HZ. I have no clue how to fix this. Any Ideas?

Everytime its happens something,  a blackout mainly, my side buttons stops working, and i need to install or reopening synapse to it work again.Its dont have a onboard memory? how to save something on it? 

I just got this mouse on christmas not even that old just a couple of days ago just straight up does not wanna work any more for sume reason. Does anyone had the same problem or just me?

Hello, when I want to choose to pair my mouse with the dongle, it says that I have to downgrade the firmware… So i cannot pair viper v3 hyperspeed with the dongle. Can you correctly update the synapse? So we can all pair our devices...  

Can I get a replacement dongle for my barracuda x and I was wondering why the light turns on but the system turns on like when it's charging the light goes from red (wait a bit) then turns green then I take it off the cord it doesn't work if I keep it on the cord it doesn't work and as well can u see if y'all have any replacement mics ( I think there 2022 model I'm 99.9% sure)

I keep charging the earbuds for hours then its not lasting for an hour of use and the right earbud has some charging issue how a 200$ earbud not lasting more than hour after charging ot for hours!! Thats not acceptable please help me what to do!! 

Anyone know how to sort the mouse malfunctioning on start up? It only does it sometimes, but it gets annoying having to go behind my pc to unplug the usb and plug it back in. I turn the pc on, the rgb come on with default colours, but the mouse won't work until i unplug and plug back in.

Every time I try to turn the headphones on, the blue light begins blinking and refuses to actually become a solid blue.I tried this "Please uninstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 app and your 7.1 Surround Sound, then download a fresh installer but don't install it yet. When I plug in the wireless dongle and start my headset, the headset's blue light blinks but it never connects to the dongle. As the title says, my BlackShark V2 Pro’s charging has been pushed in, and I couldn’t get it to charge anymore. I also noticed before it got pushed in, that when I tried to charge it, it says Its always low on battery so I always have to plug it in while playing.

Hello,I own a Razer Kraken V3 Pro headset and have noticed a change in how it handles the low-battery warning.Previously, when the headset was low on charge and I plugged in the USB-C cable, the low-battery beep would immediately stop, even if the battery was still under 20% and even if I was using a slower cable or port.Now, even though the headset correctly detects charging (the charging light turns on), the headset continues beeping until the battery passes the low-battery threshold (around 20 - 30%). Once it’s above that point, the beeping stops.This behavior is new, I did not have this issue before, and nothing has changed on my end except possible firmware updates. 

Hello, I recently lost the dongle for my headset. I've tried looking for a replacement online but I can't seem to find one compatible with my model, is there any way to get a new one?

I’m running a Mac (so no access to Synapse v3) and there seems to be no way to change/disable the ridiculously aggressive auto shutdown on the speakers - am I missing something? Otherwise they will have to go back - speakers that turn off every 5 minutes are not fit for purpose.
