I want to turn off a fan on my Razer Blade 17" 2019 RZ09-0314x.  Can someone tell me the register format to allow me to do this using REGEDIT or? I know this is not normally recommended but here is why I want to do this.  I am on a 4 month cruise with my  laptop.  One of the fans is incredibly noisy and very annoying and my battery is starting to bulge.  So, it is not practical to physically replace or even physically disable the fan at this time.  I do have the machine on an external cooling platform and the mean and max temperatures for the various parts do not exceed 45 and  80 degrees respectively.I have tried various actions including changing the fan speed using the Razer Synapse Performance Tab,  using the AFUWINGUI and AMIBCP tools, the SPEEDFAN tool, and the Notebook Fan Control tool, but I was unable to affectively turn off the fan with any of them.I figure if I knew the correct registry entry to change and the meaning of the bits in that entry, this w

Razer Synapse 4 doesn't show real time charging speed on the Nari Ultimate headphones.

I have purchased 2 Razer Headsets (wired) and BOTH of them broke in the same spot.  Shame on me for not registering them and shame on me for being foolish enough to purchase the second set, but I thought the first break was a fluke… but not when the headset broke in EXACTLY the same spot on both of them.  they are breaking in the Headband cover.  I work at a very very well known LARGE company and at this point I am telling all my team mates to stay away from these headsets 

My mouse was working fine the other day until I get a notification that the battery is low, so I charged it for like an hour and now it won’t reconnect to the dongle, I tried everything from looking up on YouTube to see what can be resolve to checking the firmware update and it’s still won’t reconnect.

I’ve been using my Razer mouse for a while now, and recently I’ve started noticing some weird behavior. Sometimes when I click once, it registers as a double-click, and at other times the sensitivity feels a bit inconsistent, especially in games where precise aim is important. I’ve already tried updating Synapse, adjusting the DPI, and even testing it on another PC, but the issue still shows up. Has anyone else run into this problem with their Razer mouse? If so, did you find a good fix or workaround? I’m wondering if this is a software/firmware issue or more of a hardware wear-and-tear problem. Would love to hear your experiences and any tips you might have!

Playing a game on my 2022 Razerblade 15 when all of the sudden my entire desk starts shaking and I hear this loud buzzing noise. I literally thought my phone was ringing but it was coming from my computer. Honestly can’t say what the issue is, this is the first PC I’ve ever owned so I’m not very well versed in the maintenance/troubleshooting department. It seems to be coming from the left side of the laptop, when I have it plugged in and use the custom settings in Synapse to boost performance, it is persistent and extremely loud. I removed it from the power source and changed performances modes to the silent preset, and the vibration/buzzing only lasted for a few seconds at a time. It sounds like it’s spinning up to higher rpms before cutting out, then starting again a few seconds later. Hi - I just bought a Blade 14 for my son who is at college. He received it today, and now I’m trying to buy a RazerCare support plan. However when I enter the SN of his laptop, I get the following error message:We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance. When I try the link for “customer support” I’m unable to find any way to submit a ticket or connect with anyone. Has anyone had similar issues with buying a care plan?

I have a Razer Wolverine v3 TE which works fine as a controller however still has a 1.0 Firmware on it. I tried to change the button mappings on the Xbox version of the setup app however, the firmware on the controller must be updated to use the app. It tells me to go to the firmware updater (which I downloaded on my PC) to update. this did not work and flashed up an unknown error window on the pc. I then tried to update the controller using the PC version of the setup app however the app will not recognise the controller at all (whether it is in Xbox or PC mode). Any Help with this issue would be greatly appreciated...

After I did the BIOS update, the Hyperboost stopped working. Let me explain: When I am playing COD, I always change performance to Hyperboost and let the Cooling Pad use smart curve. By doing this, my CPU runs between 65 and 74 degrees for the duration of my gaming session. After the update, the same settings mentioned above make my CPU run at 100 degrees. To achieve the 65-74 temps, now I have to run the performance with the “balanced” option. How can I fix this?

Hello, I recently bought a Razer Blackwiddow x tournament edition chroma and there is 1 big issue. When I first downloaded synapse 4 it disabled all of the leds on my keyboard. if I reset it then the lights will come on however I can’t type. My computer manages to pick up my keyboard when I plug it in but on the chroma app it says I have no device connected. Even though on the box there is the chroma sticker. Can this please be fixed??? All the best James McCracken

Hi.Got the keyboard a while back, 2 years approximately. I was excited about it...Even from the get go, i had a few instances wondering if everything was fine, and I put it on the “getting used to”.After a few weeks, I had chatter on H key which pissed me off. For some reason, it stopped after a few more weeks which got me confused again. Recently, N started chattering too, but it was so bad I had to use a chatter blocker software. For that price range and that brand, absolute shame, especially because it is a frequent issue based on all the thread i found. AND, the last few days, end of the road for me : Left Shift is going nuts too, chattering like crazy, not detected as “pressed” permanently when I press it continuously. Left Ctrl is also frequently not firing…Garbage keyboard, and expensive garbage.If there is a non BS solution as in “Clean the keyboard”, which I did many times, I will give it a shot. My Razer Kraken Ultimate (RZ04-0318) worked fine for many months of weekly gaming, but recently the mic LED went on (indicating it was muted), but I can’t figure out how to turn it back on.  Pictures in documentation point to the barrel of the mic as the location of a switch, but I can find nothing there.HELP!  I’ve been reduced to using Discord on my cellphone just to be heard. 

Hi, my Huntsman Elite will register 2 to 8 keystrokes whenever I press the 2 key. I have reset the device and updated to the newest firmware. It also happens on devices without razer synapse installed. Any recommendations?

I have an old headset that came in a bundle (mouse, mat, keyboard, headset) from Costco a couple of years back, some variant of the Razer Blackshark V2 X Gaming Headset. This headset has worked (both mic and audio) for my previous pcs that had a dual jack for mic/audio. My newest pc has two separate dedicated jacks for each. So, I used the splitter for the first time since I got it in the box with the headset all those years ago. The thing is, I cannot get the mic to work at all, only the audio. The Line in is supposedly the mic but it does not work at all. there is very little that I have not clicked on to see if it’s under a different name in the mic settings. Any help is appreciated!

Before the update that I got today (1/5/2024), everything is normal, my razer naga x can work on any computer without synapse. After the update, it got disconnected every 2 second and I cannot do anything with it. I tried on many other computers (5) but it won’t work. And today is the freaking last day of the warranty. Are you forcing me to buy a new mouse?!  I cannot believe it, Naga X is one of my favorite and I love playing with it. But after one update I cannot use it any more? What a ridiculous thing to say.I cannot find any firmware to fix this, no problem solved about naga X.  Please give me an answer!
