Synapse 4Cynosa ChromaWin 11 I’m setting gobal shortcuts and while I have shortcuts menu open they work, if I switch between tabs (Synapse\Macro\keyboard\mouse\dock) they work too. But when I switch from “Global shortcuts” to other subtabs (Dashboad\Gamer room\Devices & modules) they get erased. If I leave shortcuts menu open, reboot my PC, right after reboot the shortcuts work too until I open Synapse App where they are erased again and stop working.What am I missing? How to save my global shortcuts?

Hi, I need help with my new set of Kraken V4.I don´t know exactly why they aren´t connecting but this is my main theory.I am not sure if I’m charging them correctly or if they are broken. They are brand new and I tried connecting them to my computer but once I plug them in to charge them, they instantly stop charging, it’s like they connect to the pc and a second later, they disconnect, so I’ve tried charging them in a normal charger, as I would with my phone, but they have been connected to it for the last 4 hours maybe and the light is still blinking red.Thank you.

I have had this headset for a month now and i have adjusted the mic ALOT,but then it started to crack or crackle like a old door opening(not squeaky)is this what i get for moving it around too much? 

Hello Razer Support Team,I have been using my NAGA V2 Pro together with the Mouse Dock Pro without any issues until recently, when a connectivity problem surfaced. The mouse now experiences noticeable latency whenever I attempt to move it after idling, and it does not respond to the first few clicks.Here are the details of the issue:Firmware for both mouse and dock are up to date. The mouse works perfectly when connected via cable, with no latency observed. Both the mouse and dock are detectable in Synapse when connected by wire. The same latency issue persists when using either the Hyperspeed dongle or the Mouse Dock Pro. After unpairing the mouse and dock, the dock is no longer able to detect the mouse.I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps but the issue remains. Hi there,I just wanted to share my experience with the Basilisk X Hyperspeed. The mouse suddenly stopped tracking movement. All buttons still work fine (clicks, scroll wheel, Bluetooth/dongle connection), but the cursor doesn’t move at all – on two different computers and multiple surfaces.I’ve tried: Cleaning the sensor Updating firmware (via Synapse while connected over Bluetooth) Switching surfaces and USB ports Still, the sensor appears completely dead. If anyone has a reliable fix or knows if sensor replacement is even possible, feel free to reply.

Hello, I have a Kraken V3 X, running on Win11. I suddenly had issues with the mic : heavy metallic voice. I opened Razer Synapse (for the first time after installation (1 month) to see if an option had been changed but :I don’t have a “MIC” tab in Razer Synapse.How can I fix this ? Thank you

Anyone experiencing an issue with their macros on synapse 4? Literally can’t get them to stay on when I had zero issues whatsoever for the entirety of 4s life thus far. Every time I reboot my pc my macros reset :( I’ve tried reinstalling and such even with the razer driver cleaner too but it makes me remake them every time.

My usb dongle became burning hot and no longer works.  Looking for replacement.  

Good morning/afternoon/evening, I was using the viper in wireless  mode and sudently, in the next day, i started my computer and it started a loop of connecting and disconnecting.  I tried all the methods that i could find and using another computer i figured out that the dongle was gone.Is there a way to get a replacement dongle?Thanks for the help!

Hello,Lately I’ve been hearing an electronic-like buzz when my Kraken V3 PROs haptic is turned on, I wanted to update the firmware, but after the tool wants me to unplug and replug the dongle, the tool goes back to “Plug in the dongle in a USB slot” and wont let me proceed.I’ve had this headset for 2 years, but I don’t think they’re broken.

if the amd CPU is not working properly, what are the signs?Who can tellwhen I turn off the power, it gives a blue screen or reboots several times and heats up quickly even though I'm just watching a movie or just standing there doing nothing, it makes noise so loud as if I'm playing it or rendering it. I checked the RAM, everything is finewhen I check the CPU, it resets or automatically restarts several times.

Please I need the missing pin numbers on my $100 card 

Been using the headphones for more than a year. Suddenly, usb-c dongle has a connection issue. When turning on the headphone, the blue led light keep blinking and do not turn solid green whether the dongle is insert or not. Also try to pair through bluetooth but the headphones does not show up on bluetooth list. 

The mouse auto fires clicks in FPS game. Sometimes a few left clicks sometimes stuck firing. All without touching the button. Tried all fixes I could find. Firmware update, lower polling, Disabling windows HID, clearing binds etc. Interferes with the gameplay and is useless without a fix.

I activated the code in THX SPATIAL AUDIO in 2023 when I was on Windows 10, and now I'm on Windows 11. I'm trying to activate the code, but I'm getting an error saying that the code is invalid. I want to resolve this issue. I have the serial number of the headphones.

On the BlackShark v3 pro If I change the mic eq on pc will it save onto the headset so I can use it on console or will it be like the v2 pro where if the mic is on broadcast mode on pc when switching to console it switches back to the default eq btw I play on PlayStation 5 🙏🏼

Recently my fn key has stopped working. When I press the key only the function keys light up as normal but they do not change the function of the keys. currently in Synapse my function keys are set to multimedia but the keys just do normal functions. custom key binds set in Synapse are also not working non of my custom key bindings function how they should. I have tried repairing synapse, reinstalling synapse, and rebooting serval times as well as uninstalling the keyboard in device manager. Not sure what else I can do I am on a razer blade 14 2021.

Please help me I got the above mouse and the left mouse button doesn't work and in order for it to work I need to unplug it and replug it back into USB. Is this a common issue with this type of mouse?
