Hey, I recently bought a Razer Viper V3 Pro and discovered a problem with the sensor. I tried searching and found that quite a few people have this problem. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

The phone number on my profile is no longer available, so I cannot complete the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) process. Since I no longer have access to this number, I would like to know how I can update it to a new one.

I was in a move from one state to the other and unfortunately, I had forgotten to unplug the dongle from the PC and it was so bent out of shape that it’s unusable. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle? I love this headset, and don’t want to look for anything else. I also checked the parts store, but it’s not available there for purchase.

Hello Razer Support,I have a problem with my Razer Viper V3 Wireless (non-Pro version).The lateral buttons and the left click randomly stop registering even though I am still pressing them. It feels like the mouse thinks I lifted my finger, even when I didn’t. This usually happens when I don’t press very hard.When this happens: The click is not registered There is no click sound My finger is still on the button This makes the mouse unusable in games and normal use. The mouse is wireless, stock settings, no physical damage.I would like to know if this is a known issue and what can be done (replacement, repair, or fix).

few days ago, I got this problem were my keyboard will disable all top keys from ESC to F12 I even tried Linux os at first keyboard run perfectly then it also got unresponsive  please need a fix

I’ve recently knocked my USB-C dongle for my Barracuda X and now its broken. I wanted to buy a new dongle for my headphones but can’t see where I can do this officially?Any help is appreciated

Whenever my computer plays any audio, a very faint static noise can be heard in the headset, followed by a low beep when the audio stops. When I join a Discord call, even with everyone muted, I can still hear this static noise, and when I leave the call, the noise stops.This also happens on YouTube and Spotify. When I pause a video or close a YouTube tab, the static noise appears immediately.I have not been able to find any solution online.I have reinstalled Razer Synapse, reinstalled the audio drivers, updated the firmware, tested all USB ports, and tested the headset both with Synapse enabled and disabled, but nothing worked.Is there any other solution?

I restarted my PC and downloaded Synapse 4 again because I have a Razer mouse and it keeps opening and closing.

Razer have an absolutely terrible system in the UK for getting in contact with customer service, my near £3000 laptop has stopped working after 2 years from minimal use and I am getting no response from your customer service it's horrendous service, I would like a contact email immediately I am very disappointed 

I need to buy a replacement dongle for the V3 Viper (faker edition) mouse. Where do i find it?

I saw that someone on this site had lost their dongle and that you were able to send them a new one. I have also lost mine. Would it be possible for you to send me a replacement as well? If there is a cost, I am willing to pay.

I can log in to Razer in a browser, but not the actual app for my PC. Keeps telling me password is incorrect, even though I’ve changed it twice now. This has happened in the past and is VERY annoying. Edit: I am now temp banned for trying to input the correct(but apparently wrong)password too many times.

I can't get the 7.1 surround option in the 7.1 surround app. When I activate "Enabled surround sound," the sound cuts out intermittently. My headphones are Razer Blackshark V2X. Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone know a solution? I can't use the 7.1 feature on my headphones. I've been getting this error for the last 2-3 months.

I feel like I’m going crazy here. Bought a BlackShark v3 today I’m trying to adjust the settings in Synapse. What I’ve found is that an enhancement is ONLY applied if it is actively selected in the UI.For example: If I select Mic Noise Cancellation and set it to 40, I can no longer hear keystrokes in Mic Preview, Sound Recorder, Discord Preview, etc. However if I swap the Enhancement Tab to something else, like Vocal Clarity, the noise cancellation is no longer getting applied and I can hear every keystroke.I tested different USB ports, windows settings, device settings, etc. Nothing fixes this issue. I’m completely at a loss for what I should do.Any suggestions?

I have a Razer BlackShark V2 X and I had already activated the 7.1 Surround Sound using the official activation code from Razer, and it was working normally. After I temporarily used an AUX splitter to connect an external speaker, the 7.1 surround output stopped giving sound. Now when I select Razer 7.1 Surround Sound as the audio output in Windows there is no sound, but when I switch back to Realtek speakers the sound works fine. I later realized that I had uninstalled the 7.1 software, and after reinstalling it I was logged out of my Razer account. Unfortunately I don’t remember which email I originally used, and I may no longer have access to it. When I tried creating a new account and registering the headset again, it says the device is already registered. I’m not sure if the 7.1 activation can actually be lost because of this, or if this is just a Windows or software issue, so I would appreciate any help or guidance.

Hello! Chroma studio is not detecting any of my 4 razer products the Razer huntsman Quartz keyboard, Razer Basilik Quartz mouse, Razer Base station Quartz and Razer blackshark v2 X Quartzand giving me this message ,This is very weird as chroma visulizer works but studio doesnt.  I have tested on another device and only the mouse has been able to be detected by razer synapse.  Any help on how to fix this issue would be much appreciated. I have done a clean insrall of synapse and my drivers but the issue is still there

i want to add games manually because automatic is not working and i want to click the + sign to add games but its grey and wont let me click as the refresh keep on circling. pls help me i want to play my games
