The mouse is detected by the PC and the LED is on, but the sensor suddenly stopped tracking completely during normal use.The cursor no longer moves at all, while the mouse buttons are still working correctly.The mouse has never been dropped or physically damaged.The issue appeared suddenly after about 2 years of normal use.

I’ve experienced this already, My birthday is near the end of January and my account recieved coupon codes for them. Problem is these codes have both expired by the time I recieved them on December 31st of both 2024 and 2025. I’ve already sent an email about it last year and never recieved a response, and now it’s happening again. Do I dare bother reaching out about this? It can become really problematic eventually.

Hello, I tried to register my headphones, but it says they're already registered. 

I have both of my mouse connected Razer Viper Ultimate and Razer Viper V3 ProWhen I click Calibrate on the Sensitivity Matcher, it stucks.

After turning on the computer, I activate the button under my mouse. While it works without any issues for about 10 minutes, suddenly a green light starts flashing and the sensor stops. I cannot move the mouse, but the scroll wheel, right and left click buttons continue to function. After a while, the green light stays solid again and it is fixed; however, 10 seconds later, the same problem repeats.This problem doesn't happen at all on some days, while on other days it occurs during the most exciting part of the game. To find a solution, I changed the USB port and plugged it into the back of the case, but the result didn't change. They said it might be because the dongle (receiver) was too far away; I tried the USB inputs on the front panel of the case, but it didn't work either. They said USB 3.0 ports might cause frequency fluctuations; so I plugged it into a USB 2.0 port, but the problem still wasn't fixed. My Razer Barracuda X Chroma headset works perfectly via Bluetooth.The USB-C wireless dongle is detected by PC but does not pair automatically with the headset.The headset cannot switch to dongle mode.I believe the dongle has lost pairing and needs replacement.

I just download the correct firmware update for my lancehead TE the update square not showing in the installer.please help!!

hey, i recently got a new razer viper as an upgrade for my gaming mouse that i got a few months ago. It just came today and i plugged it in, it worked at first and then razer synapse updated it and it completely stopped working (dpi flashes inconsistently and occasionally) no rgb no cursor movement, lmb/rmb don’t work at all. it also doesn’t get detected by synapse or windows (no connecting/disconnecting sfx) and doesn’t show up in drivers as well (only when i do “view hidden devices”  it shows up as disconnected and doesn’t change or anything like it doesn’t disappear or appear either it’s just there)Im hoping to get an answer and hopefully a fix.

Hey guys, I have a Naga Chroma 0161 and for whatever reason the default lighting is not the rainbow spectrum. The number pad and logo breathe green while the scroll wheel slowly cycles. I am trying to use this on a work computer that I can’t download synapse on. if I connect it to a second PC with synapse it functions completely normal. I have reset the setting in synapse, tried to reset it to default but it keeps going to this weird color combo instead of the default rainbow spectrum. Any help is appreciated! I have tried everything I have read on google, including dynamic lighting disabled. 

As mentioned in the question I cant receive otps at all and i was wondering if there was some way to disable 2fa through the mobile number and instead enable it with authentication apps

Leider habe ich den USB-Dongle (RC30-0346), der für die vollständige kabellose Funktionalität erforderlich ist, nicht. I cannot add new profiles in the synapse 4 app for my razor wolverine pro v3 xbox. I can modify the 4 that are saved on the controller and that's it. However if I switch the controller to Xbox mode and open the Razer controller for Xbox setup app on the PC I can save/load to the controller/ create new profiles/ect as normal. Software and controller and dongle are all up to date

Hello!In Synapse 4 I cannot change profiles in the dropdown menu. I select profile 2, 3 or 4 and it is reverted back to profile 1. Changing profiles from the controller, with shortcuts, does not reflect in Synapse. I can customize Profile 1 normally (except brightness in static mode does not save, always stays100%) though and it works in games. It was like that out of the box, since then I have updated the firmware twice, now on v2.02.00_r1. With the latest firmware “Razer Controller Setup For Xbox” app stopped recognizing the controller, so I lost the only way to customize other profiles. I’m on Windows 10 PC with latest updates. It behaves the same on my Windows 10 laptop. I have tried “cleanup tool” and multiple reinstalls. No luck.

when i play roblox i cant move or anything it keeps showing controller keybinds but i dont use a controler and idk how to turn it off i have tried a few things i have seen online but they dont work.
