Hey guys so every time i restart my laptop, 7.1 surround sound stops working. But if i uninstall and reinstall the 7.1 audio app it works till i close the pc. I need help asap. I own a Razer Blackshark V2 X

My camera suddenly stopped working. I had it turned on and I turned it off because I no longer needed it. When I tried to open the camera again, it didn't show a signal, just a small sound, and the light ring turns on as if it recognizes the camera, but it doesn't display any signal. The only thing it detects is its own microphone. What can I do about it? I purchased a 2-year warranty with it.

I have a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 model headset and currently after long term usage the battery does not give me any backup and I want to replace the battery myself. Already I passed the warranty period. Someone tell me battery model and details such that I can order one from any online/offline stores and replace it. Just for a battery headset will become useless and If that headset revives after simple battery change why not try it and that way e-waste will be decreased too. And the headset isn’t cheap either. Kindly give proper information. Thanks in advance. 

When watching a video quietly or after alt-tabbing out of a game where the sound cuts out, there are very strange noises. In the case of the first problem, you can hear squeaks/bubbles or a cosmic sound. And in the case of the second problem, from the moment the headphones stop playing sound, there are strange noises again. When I connect my headphones via aux, this problem does not occur. I have not had this problem with any wireless headset. Also tried to close synapse.

My Razer deathadder essential doesn’t work in razer synapse, i mean like when i want to change its dpi it doesn’t appear the mouse, i bought it original and i don’t know what’s the problem of it, already registered it on the page and still nothing it’s been 4 days since this and nothing, i asked chatgpt and still nothing, i already uninstalled and installed again synapse and nothing still.I would love answers from the razer support or someone that already had this problem.

I have a Razer mouse. The middle button suddenly broke down. I don't know what to do. It still has a 1.5 year warranty. The middle button suddenly stopped working in the middle of the game while playing an FPS game. 

I bought a Razer Barracuda x Wireless Gaming Headset at Bestbuy yesterday (Dec. 4th 2025). I've noticed that the built in mute button is not work. I put it on mute and I've notice that my icon still beams green which means it picks up sounds.  I tested the headset with my phone while recording a video and it's still has the issue. I patched it to the newest version and nothing changes.  I'm using it on my Switch 2 and my S23 FE Any fix for this one? Reposted. Hello,I am using a Razer Blade 15 (2022), Model Number RZ09-0421, and I need the original factory audio drivers to restore proper functionality.Windows is currently reinstalling mismatched Realtek and THX components on boot, and the audio stack becomes unstable without the correct OEM package. The drivers listed on the public support page for my model do not include the Realtek USB Audio + THX Spatial Audio bundle that shipped with my laptop.Could you please provide the complete audio driver package for:- Realtek USB Audio Driver (UAD)- THX Spatial Audio components- Razer Realtek APO extensions (hdx_razerext)- Realtek Audio Effects Component- Realtek Audio Universal ServiceI do not need full system recovery; only the audio driver bundle for this model.Thank you very much.

Hello and HELP!I have a Razer Laptop, a 16 inch 3080 model. And some kind of software is overriding the Synapse lighting profile.Currently once windows is fully loaded, the WADS keys are red, the arrows are green, 1-9 with the 0-= keys are purple, and the F keys are blue. All other keys are off.  When I first turn on the computer, all the keys are lit in the default mode of color cycling, and as soon as I instruct the computer to shut down or restart, the keys again switch back to the default mode. It’s only while windows is fully loaded that something changes the keys on the keyboard to this weird profile, and Synapse 4 color settings are being completely ignored.I did try Windows Dynamic Lighting, but it says I have no device that supports this software. So I don’t believe that is the culprit.

Razer Wolverine chroma V2 Why can't I change the dead zone in the Razer Controller setup app?  firmware and software of the latest version, everything worked before

My Ornata Chroma v2 was starting to act up so i decided to clean it since it was getting pretty dirty. So i took off all the keys, cleaned under them and the keys itself. After i stuck the keys and plugged the keyboard back in, it started going nuts. Every button was either being registered infinitely or multiple keys at a time where being registered that weren't even near each other. So i thought maybe i need to reinstall Synapse, so i did. Since that i cant even plug in the keyboard without it opening so many windows on it's own that it crashes my pc.  Is there a fix to this or is the keyboard doomed?

Hey everyone, ever since april, i’ve noticed that when i’m playing a game, after about 10-20 minutes the graphic quality goes down significantly and the FPS drops to about 5-10. The game’s barely playable and my laptop slows down too. I’m using a razer blade 15 base model from late 2020. When the issue first started, it was due to razer cortex. I got rid of it and then everything was fine for a while. Then i noticed that it also happened whenever i had my controller plugged in for too long so i upgraded to windows 11 and for a while everything seemed to be fine. But as of recent, it started happening again where my games just start lagging like crazy all of a sudden and i can’t figure out how to get rid of this. I play AAA games like rdr2, fallout 4 etc and it’s impossible to run the game for even half an hour before they start stuttering. I’ve read other user’s posting about the same issue and even re-applying thermal paste doesn’t work. Is there something in my PC that causes the gam
