Hello. So here i am. Ive Purchased a Kraken Kitty V2 from Digitec.ch so a Third party Company. I don’t innerstand, it says it CAN activate 7.1 Surround it even got a Card with an QR but when i used the Self Service it sayd that it is not eligable for this Headset. Is it possible to solve this with another Code or something similair? I did’nt activated it once. In Love. Daniel Mustafic.

I've just bought a Blackshark V3 Pro for use on my PC. It hasn't arrived yet, but I've just noticed it's the Xbox version. I know it's compatible with PC, but do I get the exact same functionality from it? Like THX Spatial? 

I purchased and received my mouse dock pro and basilisk v3 pro about two years ago. Everything was working fine until a few days ago. Whenever I select any value above 1000 Hz, my mouse slows down significantly, especially during gaming. I can adjust the sensitivity, but the situation remains largely the same. It's extremely slow. When I go back to 1000 Hz, it works normally. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 4 several times, but nothing changed. I even reformatted the computer, but nothing changed.  

I received two £10 discounts via email, one for signing up for the newsletter and one for joining the rewards program yet neither of the codes work. I try to apply it to my Cobra Hyperspeed and charging dock purchase but it says “Sorry, this promo could not be applied.” This code is supposed to expire on the 4th of December as well. Kind of seems like some scam to get you to share your information.

My Deathadder V4 pro is detected by synapse and works fine with it. However, chroma is unable to detect the mouse. I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps here and nothing has worked. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, using the razer utility to remove all drivers, turning dynamic lighting off and none of that has worked. I do use corsair icue and gigabyte fusion to control the rgb on my ram and video card respectively, but I also tried disabling those as well and it still hasn’t worked.

I got my mouse around early 2023 and a charge would usually last me around 1-2 days, now I am lucky if I can get 10 hours out of it, is there any replacement batteries I can get for it or is it just something that I am going to need to accept.

Just bought a Blackshark V3 headset and wanted to test out the THX Game Profiles for Battlefield 6. They posted on Razer official facebook page that it was added in October 2nd. I can’t activate it. I checked several posts on reddit and V3 owners have the same issue while the older headphones are working fine with the THX profile. This is false advertising and I want to ask ,what are you waiting for RAZER TO ADD IT FOR YOUR NEW HEADSETS!!! THEY WON’T FIX UNTIL ENOUGH PEOPLE COMPLAIN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. What incompetence!! 

Hello,Back in 2015, I received an email from Razer with a gift code for Razer Surround Pro. I still have the original email and successfully activated the software at that time.Currently, I would like to download the Surround Pro application, but I cannot find it. When I check my account, it shows that the product is not registered. I also tried using the same key with Razer 7.1 Surround, but the system does not accept it.Could you please confirm if:The old Razer Surround Pro software can still be downloaded and used, or The original key can be applied to Razer 7.1 Surround?I can provide the original email and key if needed.Thank you for your assistance.

Hi there! My scroll wheel switch is broken, not the left or right scroll wheel switch, but the one when you press down on your scroll wheel. I tried to get information from Razer which switches are installed on the PCB of my Basilisk V3 but they couldn’t tell me (what a shame, they as Razer don’t know which switches are installed, seriously?), so I wanted to figure out, if someone could tell me, which switches are installed so I can buy replacement parts, since my mouse is out of warranty and I want to keep using it. 

Hi everyone I am trying to consolidate my setup by using a single dongle for both my Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed (Phantom Edition) and my Razer Pro Click Mini. Hi everyone,I have a Razer USB-C 130W GaN Charger (model RC21-0170) and recently lost the EU plug adapter that connects to the charger for use in continental Europe. I still have the main charger body and other regional plugs, but I need the EU one for use in Germany.​Is it possible to purchase an official replacement EU plug adapter directly from Razer or through an authorized reseller? I ordered a Blackshark V3 Pro Xbox and I did not receive a email for the code of the skin after purchasing. Do I have to wait until the headset arrives or did I just not receive a code?

The speaker work fine ..but the mic is missingi’m in discord with my friend every single day. today morning it working fine , now it missing. 

Only works in mouse mode haven’t found fix and just been dealing with it.

This is a significant issue because I ordered to the address of another carrier's warehouse to send to my country, which is not on the list of countries you deliver to. This warehouse cannot pay the import tax. In addition, I saw that the gifts for the order are being sent in a separate package.

I’m trying to switch between performance/quite profiles, but Synapse doesn’t show system tab. 

I own a Razer Huntsman V2. In a moment of gamer rage, I slid my hand across my keyboard, pressing alot keys. Afterwards, I noticed, that all five lock lights were on and that my media control keys stopped working. Not finding solutions online, I went and asked ChatGPT. After trying alot of things, ChatGPT wanted me to try to "Hard reset the keyboard's firmware" by unplugging my keyboard and holding esc+caps+space while plugging my keyboard back in but now no keys are working at all. This did also cause my keyboard switch a rainbow wave and ripple effect. Any kinda way to fix this?

I had some trouble with my keyboard less than a year ago.At some point it just went haywire and held the last key I pressed for 3-4 seconds.-Tried razer support since it has a 2y. warranty (?). Couldn’t find any help. Got frustrated and gave up.This is my real and honest attempt at maybe getting the help I need, see what my options are.I did the basic troubleshooting like one of the razer videos instructed- nothing helped.  I’d taken great care of the keyboard so it was especially upsetting when it malfunctioned.WHAT CAN I DO?! 😭Any and all help is appreciated.  

Naga V2 Pro profile is not working on my new PC using Mouse Dock Pro.For example, non-default assignments such as "Left" and "Right" in the screenshot do not work. Nothing happens when I roll the scroll to the left or right.All default functions work.What I triedI tried, but it didn't solve the problem. I purchased the razor kiyo pro the other day, and have found the following issues: modyfing the camera advanced settings in OBS when synapse software is open can lead to blue screen of death. narrow or medium field of view causes the video to become extremely stuttery in the synapse preview and obs.  Wide is buttery smooth.  This is extremely problematic because I’m basically stuck with a fisheye lens. if narrow fov is chosen, then the camera only outputs 640 x 480, which if then changed in obs to 1080, gives very dubiously low quality for 1080p (graininess in movement and excessive stutter).

I recently picked up a blackwidow v4 keyboard in the hopes of using it for work and home. I work at home and frequently switch between wireless and bluetooth to go back and forth from home (wireless) and work (bluetooth). On my work PC I can't have synapse installed, so I'm trying to utilize the onboard memory system to use some basic macros.I'm having difficulty doing a couple of things and I can't seem to find an answer so any help is appreciated.I can create a macro, for example C:\users\XXXX\desktop. I use this to just quickly save things to my desktop without having to type it out. I created a profile on the 3rd/blue onboard memory spot and with synapse opens it works. On wireless it works, but if I change to bluetooth it doesn't work anymore. I make sure to press Fn + end to go to the 3rd onboard memory profile and the lights change to blue to indicate it's on the correct one. I can't figure out why this won't work.Less important, but I can't seem to get the copilot key to be reb
