I have just gotten these earbuds for Christmas, and I can’t seem to get them to do anything at all. I have looked up countless videos that all talk about how they are supposed to have audio an audio queue but when I open my case or try to hold the symbol for a few seconds to power on/off nothing happens. I’ve made sure to charge them over night and I’ve cleaned the charger connector spots in the case and on the earbuds.I would love to be able to get these working, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,this afternoon my Kiro stopped working.When i check the device manager it states “device descriptor request failed”I have uninstalled both synapse, and removed the drivers using the driver remover tool and the same happens.It shows the device working, but soon as i try and open the device in synapse it throws an error (see pic) and the device goes back to being “device descriptor request failed” Any help would be great.   

im trying to activate thx spatial audio and 7.1 mode i copy the code that activates spatial audio from my email and paste it into the application. I get the error "the code you have entered does not seem to be valid". I have also completed the registration of the product. Why is this happening? How can I fix it? (Blackshark v2 x usb)

I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X model headset. When I try to activate the 7.1 program, I get an error that the product has been registered before. What can I do about this?

I have a problem purchasing for a student authentication account. I have not received any messages on my phone and I cannot change it. Even the system is locked and limited.

I’ve had this keyboard for only like 4 months and it’s just not working when I open synapse. I’ve restarted, uninstalled, disabled drivers, and I’ve deleted synapse with a clean reset and it still does not work. Synapse registers that I’m typing when I go to the actuation page but literally nothing happens. Anytime the synapse software forces itself onto my keyboard (everytime I open my pc) I have to go to the firmware updater made specifically for my keyboard and that resets it making my keyboard work again. And that lasts until I close my computer and comeback to open it.I did figure out a fix for that though which was enabling a setting in synapse that dosent open itself when the display turns on. But I do want to customize my actuation on each key and to do THAT I gotta have synapse which OBVIOUSLY crashes my keyboard entirely. If there’s a Razer mod that can see this, please help me. I don’t wanna see any keyboards as bad like people say and this keyboard is actually real

I'm a user of the laser opus x model, and a headset that was fine until two days ago tried to connect to a laptop or phone Bluetooth, but the device said it couldn't connect. I checked and tried pairing mode because it said that I only need to press the power button for 5 seconds, but it doesn't seem to turn on at all. What should I do in this case

My razer hammerhead true wireless right ear bud stopped working i did the reset thing and and cleaning of the contact points of case and buds itself but its still nof charging.

Please help me sirs,The dongle of viper v2 pro has been broken, so currently I have 2 option.Buy a new Viper V2 pro dongle  Buy a second-hand dongle with a history of connecting to another mouseI would like to know if I can connect my mouse with above both options and if it is possible, how can I set it.Thank you for your kind response in advance.

My mouse lights doesnt work anymore, I wouldnt mind that but the macros dont work neither.It is RZ01-0241 , when was last update drivers date? My device manager shows “08/18/2020”I have already tried synapse 4, synapse 3 and the cleaning razer ups driver and reinstalling.

Hello.I am experiencing an issue with the touchpad on the new Razer Blade 16 (2025).After using the laptop for some time, the touchpad starts to respond poorly, as if its sensitivity suddenly drops. Some areas of the touchpad stop responding properly, and I also notice it occasionally registers double taps even when I haven’t tapped twice. These problems make it quite difficult to use the laptop at all without a mouse.That’s kinda annoying considering the laptop cost me 3k€...

Just updated the firmware on my Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition using the official tool from their website. The update completed, but now the controller is completely dead no lights, no response, not detected on my PC . Basically bricked it. Does anyone have a solution?

My headset was working fine. Today after work synapse won’t recognize the headset and it will not turn on. when i press the button it will turn green for about 3 seconds then flash 2 times and nothing.
