How can I resolve this dialog box that appears during payment? 

I’d like to update firmware of my keyboard but I cannot find it anywhere. I want to update it because it has double clicking problem and there is no suitable solution online. Can someone share the fw with me?

Hi 👋 I live in Iran and I bought a black shark V2 a long time ago and I really didn't know how to enable 7.1 till now! But when I wanted to make registration unfortunately an error occurs that this product is already registered but I haven't 😔.I would be really grateful if someone helps me.

after month of using my mouse, scroll wheel start to make squeeky noise, tried compressed air but with no luck...

Cant register my new mouse what should i do ?

I recently purchased a 240mm Hanbo from razer directly from the website.  When i had initially installed it, it worked fine.  It read out the CPU temp and clock speed.  The fans also were able to auto regulate themselves quite nicely.  After about a week or so, it somehow stopped reading the CPU temp and clock speed.  First thing i did was troubleshoot.  I checked the forum beforehand to see if there were any working solutions.  Here is what i tried:-all cables are securely plugged in-even when directly plugged into the board and not into a splitter, it still doesn't read.  -i checked to see if i needed new drivers for the Hanbo from razer, it is up to date.  -i reset it to factory settings, still wont read.  -i re-read the instructions to ensure i did not miss a step.  nothing should be missing, -i even tried reinstalling synapse.  that didn't work either.  -my BIOS as well as HWMonitor are able to read CPU temp and clock speed, so its not the board or CPU.  Worth noting: the fans do

I am so glad that I was actually talking to a person rather than a bot.Razer.Ten was super patient and provided guidance to help troubleshoot my mouse issues to the best of their abilities. Although we could not find a solution, they were able to set me up with technical support to get a deeper dive into resolving my issue.Thanks for all that you do Razer.Ten!

Sila web interface - I can’t access it ( after bypassing the warnings that the domain isn’t registered etc) password is not working, and there’s no reset - nothing.I have tried every pw I’d have used, and there’s no forgot pw option- I am using ethernet connection and just want to check (& adjust if neccesary) channel and network ip settings.What password is required here, anyway??… My “all-in-one" pw? the one on the router? (I haven’t done hard reset, as I suspect that won’t fix this problem, and then I’ll be stuck)This was a great router, but I would’t buy another Razer device of this is the support … I can still use and access other brands that are far older.

I purchased a Razor Kiyo a few years ago, 2020 I think. It has been running fine until about 2 weeks ago. It turned on without any problems and connected to MS Teams, but as I was in the middle of a Teams call, the light flickered before disconnecting from Teams. I updated the firmware, tried uninstalling and reinstalling Cortex and Synapse, but that did not help.  I have even tried moving it from the docking station to the laptop USB itself, but nothing seems to work, even though the camera is connected and powered on. If I reconnect they reappear in the apps (Teams) menu until I try to turn it on and then it disconnects and disappears from the camera devices list in Control Panel. I did recently (three days prior to this failure) get a new laptop with the latest Windows 11 install on it, and plugged the camera in to install all related software.  Don’t know if this is an issue, but basically now I am unable to use the camera.Please advise on repair/ replacement options?TIA

When I enter the serial number on my headset's box, it says it's already in use. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Well, a week ago I paid for my Razer mouse at an online store that is well known in my country; it's reliable so I didn’t doubt its authenticity. Today, November 19th, the package arrived. It felt comfortable, but when I tried to install Synapse 4, it didn’t detect the mouse. I checked some videos to look for a solution but nothing worked, so now I want to know if the mouse is the cause or if there’s a problem with my laptopI had checked the product reviews, but they had no problems, even when installing Synapse. That is one of the reasons why I didn’t suspect the product was fake. I would appreciate help so I can get a refund and buy it from the official Razer website. 😢

After a new install Surround Sounds is working, but just after a restart there is no sound. Tried it with Kraken V3 and V4. My Notebook is a MSI Kraken 17.  I´ve tried every description I could find. Sound Output is on Speaker 7.1.My headset is headlightet in the 7.1 Software, both outputs are on the 48000 hz.If I put the output on the headset i hear the testsound, only the 7.1 settings didn´t work.  

Hi, can I develop other external applications for Razer Freyja besides games? I understand I need the Interhaptics SDK, and nothing else? Are any additional software or specific licenses required? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a problem: my Kraken 4V Pro headphones work perfectly fine today, both game and chat channels, without the Razer Synapse 4 software installed. However, after installing the software, the game channel stops working, and I can only hear sound through the chat channel. I've already checked all the Windows 11 sound settings and the Windows and Razer HP sound stabilizers/mixers, and both are working correctly. I haven't found a solution and need help resolving this issue.

Yesterday, I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything was going great until I tried to use a controller. I quickly realized that no matter what I did, no game detected my inputs. Once I closed Synapse and restarted, the issue went away. The only issue with this is that I then lose all my RGB customization on my keyboard. Is there any way I can get controllers to work with Synapse? Is there something super obvious I'm just missing? I find it really weird that a $250 keyboard just voids out all controller support. I looked this up online and found absolutely nothing, which brings me here.
