Hey I have this swelling in my battery since the past few months and i am looking for a replacement battery for my razer blade 14 2021 (RTX 3060 variant)

I had a problem with the Razor Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed wireless Dongle not beeing recognized by my windows.The Dongle was shining with a dim blueish colour for about 1 second and nothing afterwards.Even after reinstalling and updating the Razor Synapse my Wireless Dongle would not be recognized by Windows.So I Installed the “Razor Headset Pairing Utility” from the following link of the Razor Support Site:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14723/Then I conected my Dongle with a USB-C → USB-C cable and went trough the steps of the Pairing Utility from above.Now my Dongle is recognized by Windows and the wireless function is available again and even works when i connect my Dongle with a USB → USB-C cable u get with the headset. Hope this can help some of you :)

I have a RZ01-0104 Razer Naga 2014. I have Synapse v 2.2. I saw the option for “Tournament Drivers” under my profile. I don’t know if that just activates something or is supposed to download drivers. When I click the option there is a loading circle then nothing happens. Can someone explain what should happen? Do I already have the drivers? Are they no longer available due to being discontinued? Or is it just not working?

This worked perfectly for me a very long time ago before 2020.However, I've now discovered this feature no longer functions. The previous version 2.21 redirected to a support webpage, and after logging in, it would redirect to my account page. I am looking to upgrade from my Viper Pro V2 to a DeathAdder V4 Pro. However, while the V4 has an incredibly fast dongle, since I do a lot of travelling, I am interested on using the mouse wirelessly with a small dongle like the Viper V2 has, something easy to carry that doesn’t need a usb cable to enable the dongle connection. Is it possible to use the razer pairing tool to map the Deathadder v4 to work with dongle of the Viper v2?Or is there a dongle that you sell which I can use for this purpose? I saw documentation for multi-dongle pairing, hyperspeed pairing, however they are somewhat ambiguous on this example. Basically, any small dongle compatibility for the DeathAdder V4 pro? 

So ive been having this 2020 Blade 15 for a while now. Its WAAYYYY outside its warranty, and even if it was within warranty, theres no trusty workshop where i live, much less a Razer certified one. So I have to do all the maintenance myself oftentimes.With these being said, im about to do my first thermal paste change, as a total noob, and i was wondering if the Noctua  NT-H1 is a good thermal paste for said laptop?(i already ordered it, i just want to know how cooked i am) 

Hii!I have had an issue with my Razer Iskur XL gaming chair since I bought it and thought It was normal (i already contacted the store regarding the chair, and they couldnt help me):The chair cannot stay in raised position for more than 5 mins. I’ve tried pretty much everything so I read somewhere that I could get a replacement gas cylinder, so I’m wondering if there is a place I can purchase a replacement? 

I have a a Razer Blade 16 I purchased almost 1 year ago that is suddenly going haywire. The speed of the system has dropped to an incredible crawl, I can’t even use my most basic windows explorer or surf the web without significant load time / struggle. The fans are running extremely loud and won’t quiet no matter what I select in Synapse. Most disturbing is that the OLED screen of my laptop has started losing picture flickering constantly back and forth to a fuzzy snow screen (This happens most frequently whenever I try to run any kind of program requiring processor power).   Yes I have already checked all my tasks running in the background, scanned for malware / viruses, and checked for the latest drivers. This seems to be a hardware issue. I’m guessing the CPUs are overheating or something along those lines. Are there any suggestions for fixing this? After several tries I was abble to update the speakers, but I cannot update the control pod firmare to v1.8 because I get stuck in this step:  for more that I try, I can´t go further… the led never blinks in blue. It blinks orange… Does anyone please have a suggestion? Thanks in advance!

Hello I’ve bought this chair in 2022 so its out of warranty and I don’t have RazerCare its been so long since I’ve bought this from RTV EURO in Poland.And the base part is completely broken and the chair itself leaning right a lot.I’m willing to purchase a new baseplate (and base for the wheels / casters, as I can’t seem to separate them anymore), however I don’t have a place to purchase replacement parts. What would be a path to purchasing replacement parts for this chair? I’ve been generally very happy with it and would prefer to stick with it, even at the expense of replacement parts.

Hello everyone,I'm experiencing a critical issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset (RZ04-03220).After a firmware update, the headset is stuck on v1.00.13 and has completely stopped pairing with the wireless USB dongle.The headset works fine via cable, but is unusable in wireless mode.Has anyone experienced and solved this exact pairing issue with the v1.00.13 firmware? I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed keyboard that can achieve connection to my main desktop via wired or the 2.4Ghz dongle that came with the product.I have been using this keyboard via Bluetooth with multiple of my laptops by using the fn+alt+[1,2,3] mapping for about a year with no issue.The keyboard possesses the most recent firmware v2.03.01_r1Yesterday Synapse 3 prompted me to update to Synapse 4 - which I did. Ever since this the Bluetooth enters a state of permanent discovery in in which the connection is never saved - therefore function is unusable with my auxiliary laptop systems. Repairing is impossible to complete as the the keyboard refuses to leave the blue blinking 1-2-3 discovery phaseI have reset the keyboard within Synapse as well as manually with the esc+caps+space command - yet the issue persists.The behavior is almost as if the onboard memory has saved Bluetooth profiles to interface connectivity - that no longer exist. hi, my nari ultimate is making a humming noise out of the left ear. i’ve worked it down to the mic or outdated firmware being the issue. turning off mic monitoring in synapse helps a bit, but the humming is still there.i tried to update the firmware, but i can’t find one for the RZ04-02670 model — only for the RZ04-02680. is there another way to fix this humming, or where can i find the right firmware for my headset?thanks!
