hi, my nari ultimate is making a humming noise out of the left ear. i’ve worked it down to the mic or outdated firmware being the issue. turning off mic monitoring in synapse helps a bit, but the humming is still there.i tried to update the firmware, but i can’t find one for the RZ04-02670 model — only for the RZ04-02680. is there another way to fix this humming, or where can i find the right firmware for my headset?thanks!

Dear Razer Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to ask whether the Razer Viper Mini SE (White Edition) will be restocked in the near future. I’ve been trying to purchase it for a while, but it’s currently unavailable on Razer’s US online store. I even considered ordering from Razer China, but unfortunately their warranty does not apply to the US region, which makes me quite disappointed. As a long-time Razer fan currently using the Viper V3 Pro mouse and the BlackShark V3 Pro headset, I truly appreciate Razer’s design and performance — and I really hope to complete my setup with the Viper Mini SE in white. Could you please let me know: Whether there are any plans to restock this model in the US or globally, and If there’s any alternative way for me to purchase it with valid US warranty coverage?  Thank you very much for your time and support. Hi,I can not get my Barracuda to appear when i try to pair it using bluetooth.From what I read here: https://www.razer.com/gaming-headsets/razer-barracuda-x this is something it is capable to do.Maybe I am misunderstanding something and bluetooth is referring to the usb dongle connection, which I have been using since I bought the headset.The reason I am now trying to connect without the dongle is that the microphone works very poorly on my laptop with Fedora 42 OS. There is not problem when I connect with jack cable, but when I connect with the dongle it struggles to pick up my voice.I have tested that the laptop is indeed trying to pick up sound with the headset microphone and not using the internal microphone, since it picks up my voice, but only sometimes and there is no difference in quality when I walk around the room and when I am directly in front of the internal microphones. There are no other microphones it can connect to.I have tried both usb-c ports and both usb-a ports usi

So today I encountered and issue where after a while, the sound on my headset starts lagging and rattling - similar to when you have high ping or are loosing connection. The only issue how can I fix this is to unplug and plug again the wireless donge, this fixes is for a couple of minutes and then it starts again. Switching the headset on and off doesnt help either.

Are there still v1 armrest replacement parts available?

Previously, in Synapse 3, I could manage my Razer BlackWidow keyboard settings, including game-specific profiles and custom lighting configurations, all within a unified interface through Chroma Studio. However, after the upgrade, Synapse 4 and Chroma Studio are now separated into two distinct applications.Unfortunately, this transition has resulted in the loss of all my previously configured game profiles and lighting settings. I’ve had Razer Basilisk Ultimate for over a year now and it’s the best thing since Logitech went to garbage. I’m all about the scroll wheel Left nad Right clicks, very convenient for browsing (Shift + right arrow) BUT, when synapse 4 is active, the volume buttons double up when used. I have the 2 side buttons set to Vol up and Vol down. Synapse not active, volume goes up by increments of 2.When synapse is active in the background, the volume goes up by 4 so it’s not 20, 22, 24 instead it’s 20, 24, 28.I’m pretty annoyed by this BUG because i use my charging dock as a battery level for the mouse and if synapse is OFF, the dock goes to rainbow cycle.. Not like the mouse that has OFFLINE profiles..Why is that such a big problem to fix?

Hello,I am experiencing problems with Razer Synapse software. After upgrading to Synapse 4, I am unable to import my device profiles from Synapse 3. On another computer, Synapse 3 recognizes my devices and syncs profiles from the cloud correctly, but Synapse 4 does not import these profiles properly and fails to fetch them from the cloud.Unfortunately, reinstalling Synapse 3 on my main computer is not an option because it does not recognize my devices anymore.Now i cant use my mouse or keyboards- Could you please assist me with this issue or provide a solution to migrate my profiles to Synapse 4?Thank you in advance for your support.Jari

Hi ive had this Razer blade 15 base modell from 2018 for a while now and I went ahead to perform a factory reset through windows because Razer support is refusing to provide me with an image recovery file. No worries I did it the normal way through windows, but when I did so, I got a bunch of Asus bloatware some of which I was able to remove and some not. Im wondering if there is a possible way to get a CLEAN Windows installation or if someone somewhere happens to have the image recovery file. I’ve tried to follow a youtube video on how to get a clean windows reinstall without any success.Thank you for your time.All help is appreciated! 

Hello, I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X USB, and I'm having an issue with the sound in Valorant. I can't accurately tell where footsteps are coming from. I need help understanding why my headset isn't being detected by Razer Synapse 4, and if there's another program I can use to fix this.

Hey I bought the controller for $315 CAD on vacation. Out of the box the controller looks/feels/handles great and I was super exited to get back and use it.Once I got home I downloaded the app on my xbox and immediately had issues updating it to map the extra buttons.Keep in mind the wireless function was working at this time. It was the most difficult process to update. it would update, I would see the bar fill up then it wouldn't update at all (it would tell me the update worked but I couldny map any of the buttons still).I spent a couple hours looking for fixes on reddit/YouTube/Razer forums and found tons of people having issues with this controller and eventually I found you could update it on the pc so I did I downloaded the Razer v3 pro firmware and went to the option to update dongle and controller. I got to the part where it asked me to press the function, x and start button at the same time and nothing would happen.I eventually went to update the controller on it own to see i

Good evening, all! I’ve had a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro for a few months now. As of the most recent update last month, my controller has been randomly recording game clips on its own. No other controller has this issue. I’ve tried remapping buttons, disabling sharing, AND a factory reset through the Xbox Razer app. Is it just a bad update or is it the controller itself? What can I do? I’ve already had once replacement for the controller due to the USB dongle not working. Thank you,

The number 5 key on my xbox razer turrent keyboard, has stopped working properly. Only shows like 3 colours compared to all the other keys?anyway to fix?

I purchased a razer gold pin and it went just fine but then I bought another one and it's still pending almost 2 hours later. Does anyone know what to do?  

This is by far the most frustrating controller I have played with. I keep disconnecting after trying multiple USB-C cables and yet nothing fixes the disconnects. Reading online it appears to be a design flaw, that has yet been resolved.

I have a problem where my death adder v2 pro doesn't move at all i tried to update firmware but it says the wire is not working or connected so i cant fix it by firmware then i tried to factory reset my pc to see if it was my pc but no same problems it also says on synapse that it’s turned off but i am telling you its not off and i cant charge it at all or i don’t think so via light i tried Bluetooth but when i try to do the process it does not show lights nor show Bluetooth connections please help i really need this to be fixed. I am surviving on a old Logitech work mouse.
