Recently moved to windows 11 after being on windows 10, completely new pc, however in my device manager the microphone is showing an error yet its got the newest driver installed and I cant find where to manually install one for the microphone from razer, any tips? (it still works just showing an error)

I live in the netherlands, where can I make a support ticket for a new dongle cause from what I can tell razer doesnt really care at all about their customers. sell products and screw the customer.

Hello Razer Support Team and Community,I’m experiencing exactly the same issue that others has with my Razer Tartarus Pro after the latest Synapse 4 and Windows update: If I reset the device to factory defaults and define macros for the D-Pad first, these functions work perfectly — immediately after remapping, everything is fine. However, as soon as I assign functions or macros to any of the other keys on the keypad, the D-Pad macros are reset back to default (up/down/left/right), even though they appear correctly assigned in the software. This is clearly a software bug specific to Synapse 4, and not a hardware issue.The only workaround that actually resolved it for me was to completely uninstall Razer Synapse 4 and reinstall Razer Synapse 3 (legacy) — after doing so, the D-Pad macros work properly, even when assigning functions to other keys.Given that Razer has indicated plans to phase out Synapse 3, right now, Synapse 3 is the only version that actually works correctly with the Ta

Out of nowhere 2 days ago my wifi stopped working entirely on my laptop.  I can go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi and see that wifi is turned off.   Clicking the “on” switch will sometimes result in the switch turning itself back to off.  Other times it will move to the on position but nothing else will happen.   If you close settings and then go back in there you will find the switch back in the “off” position.   System tray:  Sometimes I see the wifi button greyed out.  Other times it’s active.  When it’s possible to do so, turning wifi on from the system tray will do nothing to activate wifi.  Sometimes the wifi switch behavior is as described above (sometimes turns itself off).  Airplane mode is not on.Windows is up to date.I downloaded my RazerUpdater BIOS udpate and confirmed my BIOS are all up to dateI have seen that other people have had this issue, but none of the recommended fixes have worked for me.  Thanks.

after i press refresh swipe to standart mode and when i selecet the hypershift the dont show me the f1,f2,f3  i make the factory reset and is the same and unistall the app and i install it again same thing 

I recently bought a Naga Pro V2 and it has been working perfectly fine when using blue tooth mode up until today when it randomly disconnected, wasn’t mouse’s issue bluetooth on computer crapped out for a second. This unfortunately got me to swap it to the 2.4Ghz setting for a little while where I noticed no matter what I changed the lighting setting to in Synapse, it would just flicker that color then go back to a default blue. No matter how I changed it, the mouse would only show the new setting for about 5sec while also flickering to blue, then it would default back to the blue. I guess I’m just wondering if this is a sign of a defective product or a bad mix of firmware and synapse? I have already reinstalled synapse a few times and tried to update firmware but it says it’s up to date.

Hello, I got my mouse today, it’s deathadder essential. Unfortunately Synapse doesn’t detect my device. I tried with both Synapse 4 and Synapse 3, no luck so far. Any help would be apreciated.

Hello, I just bought the Cobra HyperSpeed, switching from Cobra Pro, and I noticed that it is impossible to assign the command “Switch Profile” onto the AI/DPI button (the one below the scroll wheel) ; while it was possible with the Cobra Pro.I find this very frustrating because the new Cobra HyperSpeed works wonders besides that.Thanks in advance.Regards,

I recently switched from a Razer DeathAdder Chroma (2014) to a DeathAdder V3, and I’ve noticed something strange.On the Chroma, the cursor seemed to move instantly as soon as I moved the mouse. On the V3, it feels like there’s a tiny bit of delay or latency in comparison.Has anyone else experienced this difference and knows how to fix it so the V3 feels as responsive as the old Chroma? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,Ever since I got my controller back in April, I’ve had constant issues with wired connection not connecting right out of the box. In my opinion, the wire and the actual connection point on the controller seems too loose to be stable. 2nd issue, my controller sometimes gets stuck where the Razer logo is at purple, but yet doesn’t want to shut off, disconnect, nor connection for my Xbox. Please help, I thought I was getting a good controller but now its just been a mess right out of the box. I am currently ordering a different wire to see if that helps. Otherwise I don’t know what to do. 

Currently have blackshark v2 pro for playstation and have unfortunately misplaced the receiver dongle for the headset and was wondering if its possible to get a replacement for it instead of buying a entire new headset.

My BlackShark V2 Pro headset mic is making a horrible buzzing sound when I speak, likely due to damage. I've checked the Razer website but can't find an official replacement mic. I've seen some third-party options online but am concerned about the quality compared to the original. Could someone please help me find a reliable replacement mic for my headset? Thank you. 

I’m trying to buy discord nitro with the $10 gold coins I have on Razer ( it says it costs 9.99 but it won’t let me. It keeps scrolling down to a website and the website is not helping either 

So it is in the title. Sudden problem after 14 months.Even if you lift for 1 second for even 1-2 cm.It removes mouse cursor from screen and device from mouse list in device manager.I tried different USB ports. - (it’s same regardless)I tried firmware. - (nor 1.01.00 neither 1.02.00 do nothing)I tried Synapse 3 and 4. - (Mouse detected there in both but still disconnected like said above)I tried changing mouse lift of distance in app - (it’s not that, mouse is disconnecting completely)I tried full cleanup of software and registry.I tried system recovery point to get back to “stable” drivers (and nothing)This video showcases my exact problem. What can I do to keep it connected all the time?Need help.
