so i been rocking the hammerhead TWS  pro since they came out, got a refurbished replacement when they fell out of my hoodie on my motorcycle and lost them on the side of the road… my refurbished pair has a really muffled mic, when i take calls on it with the right ear bud in, people tell me that i sound like i am in the ocean. the right earbud looks brand new, and i have no idea what i can do to clean the mic, i used a little isoprop alcohol and a microfiber rag to try and clean it, but it still sounds muffled as heck. any tips or tricks i can try? HelloFirst of all, I'm sorry if I've written something wrong, English isn't my native language. I tried to get gold pins with Paypal because of the Genshin event. Razer says pending  (since 5/6 Days) and when I go to the email and look at the payment status at Paypal, it says that it was canceled. Then I submit a ticket and the next day I check to see if I've received maybe a response and see that the ticket is gone and I still haven't received any help with my problem. Is that normal?

Not able to save profile on Razer Huntsman V2 keyboard. When I drag profile to onboard memory slot. It always bump out message saying "Your profile did not transfer successfully to your device's on-board memory slot." This happen recently to my Huntsman V2. No issue on my Razer basilisk v3 mouse.  Need some help here. Try to reinstall sypnase3 several times but yet still the same… Facing issue where my  \| button will always messed up everytime i relogin after pc shutdown. When type using \| button it always output 2@. Not sure is because of the profile issue above or not.

Hi all, This is probably a simple question. I have the Razer Huntsman and I have it set to static Red. I notice when booting up it seems to cycle through some colours rather than keep the static red. Only once it loads Windows does it seem to go static red. Any help is appreciated as it was a surprise to me.

This problem persists since the beta. The Strider Chroma mousepad shows up in Synapse 4 but permanently stays downloading its drivers, with no way to fix it. Sometimes the name Razer Strider Chroma shows up, but remains “loading” like this either way.I’ve already attempted to connect and reconnect the device, and to completely uninstall the Strider Chroma’s drivers and then restart to reinstall them. It still wont work. This issue doesn't happen with Synapse 3, so my device is not the problem (I’ve also seen other threads about this elsewhere, with no conclusions). I just purchased a BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%, which only works with Synapse 4, so I’m completely unable to customize this mouse pad at the moment. Any other suggestions?

I’ve had my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard for a while and has worked no problem in the past with Razer Synapse 3. Now that we on are on Synapse 4, The volume wheel now acts as a mouse scroll wheel? The multia media functions like play/pause next and back track buttons just don’t do anything? These features only work when I fully close out of the Razer apps but then I won’t have my Chroma RGB which I would prefer to have ofc. I’ve tried macroing the functions already in synapse. As well as repairing/uninstall/reinstall Razer Synapse as well as attempting to Install Synapse 3 which will download but never open for some reason. I’ve read about other users having similar issues with their Razer keyboards with Synapse 4. Is there a fix to this?

I just got the Razer Naga Pro V2 and it came with the hyperpolling dongle. I initially did not know how it worked, so I just used the USB connector without the dongle plugged in. Now I have it plugged in, but synapse just shows the Naga connected and no dongle. I have reinstalled synapse. I also tried using the firmware updater for the dongle but it does not recognize it as being connected to my PC so it will not do anything. What can I do from here?

I bought Razer Laptop Cooling Pad | RC21-02300, but it can't load the information from the laptop's cpu and gpu. So smart control is not possible. Of course I plugged in a USB port.

Don't you get a THX spatial audio code with the Kraken V3?I already looked at Razer Online Services and entered my serial number and was told that it doesn't work for my headphones.I don't get a code now, because with the Kraken V3 X or the normal Kraken you get a code. Then why don't I get a code from them?

My Razer Kiyo on Macbook Pro has been working fine for ages. Today,. the Macbook won’t recognise it.  I’ve tried another Kiyo on this Macbook no joy.  Tried on another Macbook Air - no joy with either. Both cameras work fine on a Windows box so I’m of the opinion it’s a MacOS issue ? MacOS 14..4.1 Any suggestions?

I have a razer opus x and the power button is stuck. So I opened it thinking it might be something simple. But I saw that the microswitch here was disconnected and it was broken. May I know from you what is the exact model of this microswitch? The pcb model on which the microswitch is located is jx200-17-key v3.0 2020-10-29. Please help thank you. Hi everyone,I've been using my Razer Basilisk Ultimate without any issues until recently. Now, when I plug it in via cable, it lights up and is detected by my PC, but it doesn't work. In Razer Synapse, the mouse keeps disappearing and reappearing.I've already tried:Using a different USB port Restarting my PC Checking the Device Manager (no error signs) Reinstalling Razer SynapseI also tried updating the firmware, but the software requires the mouse to be connected via cable. Since the mouse stops working when I plug it in, I can't proceed with the update.Nothing seems to fix the issue. Has anyone experienced this before or found a solution? I connected my headphones to my xbox and now they will not stop connecting to them no matter what I do, if there is a way for me to factory reset them or if I can remove them from my xbox it would be much appreciated.

I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it originally was working fine for a little over a week. I tried playing today, and the controller is not connecting to the xbox series x via the dongle. 1st troubleshooting method: Make sure the dongle is fully plugged in. (It was)2nd troubleshooting method: Make sure the USB port is not faulty. (USB port works perfectly fine)3rd troubleshoot method: Turn off the controller, unplug the dongle, and reset the xbox. Plug it back in and try again. Didn’t work.4th troubleshoot method: Plug the razer controller into the xbox series x directly with the Razer provided cords. Still didn’t work. 5th troubleshoot method: Plug the controller into my PC directly, and update the firmware.
