Hi, we have a Razer Blade 15 laptop, purchased in 2022. The battery is swollen and needs to be replaced. Are there any authorized repair services available in Germany, or does the battery have to be replaced as a DIY repair? Are suitable replacement batteries available for purchase in Germany?

Hello,I own a Razer Enki X gaming chair that I purchased on Amazon France.The star base of the chair cracked and broke. I replaced it with a universal metal base, but it is not compatible with the original gas lift. The gas lift does not lock correctly into the new base, making the chair unstable and unsafe to use.I would like to purchase or receive the original replacement star base (5-star base) and, if necessary, the original gas lift for my Razer Enki X.Could you please tell me if these replacement parts are available and how I can order them?

I cannot find the official replacement mic online.Can you please tell me where I can buy a compatible replacement microphone for the 2023 version? my dongle all the sudden stopped being recognized by windows. when i plug it in, a faint light comes on then fades out.uninstalling and reinstalling the usb through device manager did not work.using different usb ports has not worked.i cannot use the firmware update utility or the pairing utility because the razer software does not recognize that the dongle is plugged in.the synpase software does not recognize the headset either.what can I do to fix this?  I see on the forums that this is a SUPER common issue but Razer can’t put out a fix?  come on, i paid a lot for this device!  Purchased in August 2024.

Hi everyone, my Desthstalker often won't connect to the dongle. I tried updating the firmware, but the keyboard isn't detected by the official Firmware Updater on two different PCs, even though it works perfectly for typing via cable. I've already tried several solutions, including Bootloader Mode (Esc+Caps) and uninstalling hidden apps/drivers. Do you have any other suggestions, or is it the dongle itself that's broken? Thanks.

Hi, my computer was hacked and I completely lost access to the email associated with my account. I want to change my password/email associated with this account but I can’t do it without verifying through the email I can’t access anymore! Please help! thank you!

As the title says, my Razer Naga Pro is no longer working in any way. It was working fine last night but when I tried to use it today it might as well be a brick on my desk. It is not detected by synapse, it doesn’t give off the blue light when on the bluetooth setting, the profile light also doesn’t turn on, and plugging it in with the cord doesn’t seem to work either. It was not on low battery the night before and I have tried keeping it plugged in for some time but again the mouse is not functioning. Is this a problem anyone else has had and can I get it fixed or will I need a new mouse?

It wont let me Boost Fornite on cortex when i find path for forntie it will say app is installed and the refresh button wont even show 

My Razer Camera does not work when using Google Chrome. It works fine when using Microsoft Edge. Please advise as to what to do to fix this issue.

I think I’ve tried everything. Including a factory reset, getting it out of demo mode, and uninstalling / reinstalling drivers. Can somebody look into my product serial number please.

Hello Razer Support Team,I created my Razer ID (or Razer Gold) account using "Sign in with Apple" with the Hide My Email feature.The account is linked to a private relay email address (@privaterelay.appleid.com). I have removed the Apple Sign In connection, but I am still unable to receive verification codes properly.I no longer wish to use this account. Please permanently delete my entire Razer account, including all associated data.I will create a new account later using my real email address.Please confirm once the account has been deleted.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,

My cat bit through my cable on my Razor Black Shark V2. I can't get through to support to try and find out a way to return these to replace the cable.

While using Synapse 4 and the Chroma app for my razer devices (Blackwidow v4 pro, Firefly v2, Kraken v4 pro, and Razer Naga v2 pro (along with with the perhipherals, such as the mouse dock chroma for the mouse, and the control center with the oled display for the headser)) after a while, moreso if I leave my PC on overnight, I’ve noticed my games having trouble starting, and sometimes crashing with a memory error.I then did a bit of digging around, and, for some reason, after leaving my PC on overnight, I’ve noticed the Razer app engine process using 18.3 GB (yes, gigabytes) of RAM.  After closing out, and restarting the razer apps, everything runs fine…. for a while, until the memory usage by that razer process ballons to around the same amount of usage, at which time, whichever game I’m playing, at that time, starts stuttering, till it eventually crashes.My specs are:32 GB of RAMIntel core ultra 7 265KF CPUTwo 2TB SSDs (one for OS, drivers, productivity software, and I run the razer

Hi, my Blackshark v2 pro 2023 keeps randomly beeping twice while also turning off all sounds so it interrupts any sound that is supposed to be playingIt’s not low battery, drivers are up to date and it’s not a physical defect cause I had the same problem with my earlier headphones since these are my 2nd of the same 2023 versionAnyone else having the same problems and has anyone managed to fix it? It’s really annoying to die in game cause my headphones keeps fcking with me and it happen atleast 5 times per day
