Hello I have a problem with my mouse. Razer synapse is saying that my mouse is charged at 100% when I didnt charge it for 2 days. I usually charge the mouse one the battery hits 15%. It happened when I fell asleep after that my keyboard went black (my keyboard is supposed to shine green even when PC sleeps …) and then  synapse said that my battery on the mouse is 100% Now it is only stuck at 100% and I don’t know if its hardware or software  issue. It is connected with the original dongle it came with. I bought the mouse 17.08.2024 here is the picture and what I tried I tried repairing Razer Synapse, updated firmware, changed the ports of the mouse, Reinstalled the whole razer synapse 3. I tried charging it for a 2-3 minutes to see if the number will move (only the charging icon showed up saying its at 100%) I’ve tried

Hello,I am using a Razer Pro click with Razer Synapse 3 v3.9.516.51517 , I cannot display the battery percentage like with the Razer DA V2 Pro I used. 

For some reason I am not able to activate the 4K 30fps resolution on Razer Kiyo Pro. The best I can get is 1080p 60 fpsI have tried:with and without Synapse updated the newest firmware all the USB ports on my computer different computer windows 11 is fully updated usb drivers seems fine with Windows Camera, OBS and Bandicam i am using the USB cord that came with the webcam I have m32u 4k monitorAny tips what to try next or should I just return this?

How can I get Razer Synapse on a Mac detect the Razer Thunderbolt 4 dock? Everything is working fine (razer mouse, external monitor, razer keyboard) I just cant control them ie RGB lighting because they all don’t show up on Synapse. Thanks!

I downloaded the razer application on my computer, it asked me to update the controller and it got stuck, I closed the application and disconnected the controller and now it doesn't turn on.

I want to take a moment to shout out Gizelle from Razer Inc. for her incredible customer service. I recently needed a simple download link for a system file lost during a Windows update. After being passed through five different people across three departments, I was beginning to lose hope. It seemed like no one could grasp my straightforward request—until I was connected with Gizelle. Gizelle immediately understood the problem and knew exactly how to resolve it. Within minutes, she had the file sent to my email inbox. She even waited with me to ensure it came through, restoring my faith in Razer Support. Gizelle single-handedly brought me back to the light. She truly deserves a massive pay raise or should be put in charge of training the other departments on relevant products and where to find them. This seems to be a known issue since alot of ppl have this problem , its been 3 days since i filed my ticket im getting no help live chat is useless since its pre generated ai bs, i dont know if razer only has 1 person doing customer support or if there is even a support at all,  just want to know if this poor bastard will ever gain access to his 5$ funds again. thanks hugs and kisses 

For some reason, all other sources of audio (discord and spotify) is suppressed upon loading up any game and the game’s audio is amplified. This has not happened to me before until recently, with seemingly no reasons that suddenly caused this. Do not disturb is not turned on, and I am using stereo and not spatial audio. Help is greatly appreciated

Hello everyone i got a razer huntsman mini 60%keyboard and i plugged it in my ps5 and the rgb won't work the only thing that makes it light up is when i hold down the fn key but the rgb doesn't work it worked before when i tried it at my friend's pc so im lost any information is appreciated thanks 

My USB dongle stopped connecting to the computer, there is a constant connection, disconnection from the PC, the dock is working (I connected the cord to it and tried to charge the phone and everything is OK), the USB transmitter itself does not work. At the same time, Bluetooth and wired connections are working, I tried to update the dongle through the application, nothing came out due to constant connection/disconnection. I tried to update the firmware, I managed to do it on the mouse, but not on the dongle, because it does not have a stable connection to the PC, either through the database or through a direct connection. @Razer.Aero
