Previously, I had a Razer Blade 14 and adored it, now I’ve got an 18 and was impressed over the past week or so I’ve had it, until yesterday. The problem is as follows: My laptop will not charge further. It says it is charging, the charger is plugged in, but the number never increases. First, it was at 100%, then I unplugged it and plugged it back in after it dropped to 98%, rinse and repeat again at 96%. It now does not charge past 96% despite being plugged in for hours. Presently, I have shutdown my laptop entirely and left it plugged in for the whole night, then booted it up this morning, only to see it sitting at 96% still. All signs indicate that it is charging, so I’m not sure why the percentage isn’t going up. I’ve read that Windows settings might erroneously cause the percentage to display like so, but spent all my time prior to work this morning messing with them, restarting a few times again to no avail. This is my first time considering a Razer product, and I'm interested in purchasing the Razer Viper V4 Pro.I signed up as a new subscriber and successfully received a promo code. The email indicates that the code is valid until June 25, but when I try to apply it in my shopping cart, it is marked as invalid.I would like to understand why the promo code cannot be used and whether there are any restrictions that apply to this product.To be honest, I was also considering purchasing the Logitech PRO X Superlight 2. The 15% new-customer discount code on Logitech's website worked without any issues. However, I still prefer the Viper V4 Pro and would rather purchase the Razer mouse.That said, being unable to use the promo code I received as a new subscriber has been quite frustrating and disappointing.Could you please help me resolve this issue?

my mouse just stopped working one morning after i left the bluetooth on in pairing mode overnight. im not sure if it's just dead and the charging port isn't working but ive tried multiple cables that I'm sure work. did i fry the battery by leaving it on or could there be any workarounds for charging it without a dock or cord? the part that confuses me is that i basically always leave it on the 2.4GHz mode and it will automatically turn off when i don't move it so i just figured this would be the case again  should i just call it and get a new mouse lol?

No device can be selected how to fix it? 

I bought this keyboard today. It feels fine, but when I play a game (Battlefield 6) I get stuck sprinting whenever I press left shift. From what I could see, it would delay the input and hold the action until I pressed the left shift key again. (I would be sprinting constantly even when not pressing shift). I see other threads where people uninstalled Synapse, I have but I haven’t tested it yet to see if it fixed yet (will update when I test it again).

I have just received the laptop and commenced with the initial setup,eveyerthing is fine at the beginning, entered the wifi password and downloading updates for over 30minutes then the next thing is an error pops up and mentioned I can skip it and re-setup or rectify the issues later, hence I proceed with the option Since then it stuck at ‘just a moment’ loading screen I have tried restarting it or went into the BIOS to reset to factory setting Nothng changes and it still stuck at the ‘just a moment; loading screen What should i do now?

hello all my mouse is doing the connecting and disconnecting. i have taken it out and left it alone but today i wanting to fix the issue, id like to stated that my computer is up to date, and that I'm no where near the WIFI router  i was ibn the process of trying to update the mouse, but it doesnt stay connection long enough for the system to catch that its on and connected.. it makes one connecting sound and two disconnecting sounds. i haven't tried changing the batter to the mouse yet but i will after posting there. if there is any other way to fix this all help would be appreciated.

So, I have just receive the Huntsman mini and the only issue I have is the brightness of the LED, I have it turned up to 100% in the software and it is really, really dim. I really canot see that this is the max brightness it should have so what should I be checking? Thanks

Idon't know if my headset is fake or real Black adhesive tape  was used to attach the fabric handle I saw on the internet that this fabric was used inside the box Everything else is completely OK And I can't look at the serial number on the headset either The pads are hard to remove.

so recently i switched to pc and my scroll wheel has been lagging, specifically in fortnite where i will try to pick stuff up and my scroll wheel just randomly dosent work and will have massive lag and delay

I literally spent $4000 dollars on a Blade 2025 to play this game and it has not ever allowed me to play ranked and now I cant even play the game at all because of secure boot and tpm. Can I get a developer to fix this please? I would like my laptop to work as expected.

Hello Razer Support, I am locked out of my Razer ID account because my registered phone number is no longer active (dead SIM card), and I cannot receive the 2FA OTP code. I also don't have the backup codes. Please help me disable the 2-step authentication for my account so I can log in and update my phone number.

Doesn't work after firmware update. You cannot even proceed with reinstalling Synapse or Windows.I am a user of an 18 inch blade.The current status is that the red light is blinking and it cannot be operated manually. I hope you resolve this issue quickly.

Hey so i have Synapse 4 updated but its not linking games whether its auto or manually linking game and while trying to run the auto linking it just locks and i have to refresh it to be able to to try manually and even when i do it manually it doesnt add the games to itI was Running old synapse 3 and it linked the game to it but profile migrations isnt even adding the gamesis there a patch for this fix in the works? Am I the only one running into this issue??

Hello,since I have this keyboard, every time it initializes, it opens the Windows Startmenu.I didn’t think much of it but lately it got worse, it randomly spams “opening the Windows Startmenu” now.Maybe since the latest Synapse update?So, I investigated further and realized that hitting the FN key also sometimes opens the Startmenu.Resetting the device through Synapse also makes it spams “open the Windows Startmenu” until it stops after some time.I already tried reinstalling Synapse. Firmware is the latest version.Is this a software, hardware or firmware failure?

Hello, to make things very simple I accidentally washed my 2.4 dongle and I need to replace it. I don’t know where to go to do so. I use the headset for streaming and using it in bluetooth mode on the PC doesn’t offer the right amount of audio channels and compresses the audio I’m getting terribly. 2.4 is my only option. Headset is also frequently turning the mic volume to zero of it’s own accord but that is a separate issue.

OK, I’m out of ideas. Mac M1 mini, latest OS, Naga v2 Pro (so it’s a supported device). App launches, mouse is detected, I was able to adjust the scrolling fine (I absolutely love Smooth Scroll). I programmed the side buttons, saved each one, but clicking any of those buttons does nothing. Not the default corresponding number, not what I programmed...nothing. I tried the other side panels to make sure that wasn’t the issue. None of them work. 

static in the mic i’ve tried changing mic settings/sidetone in the app but nothing works i just got them yesterday for my ps5
