The loading between having the Huntsman mini plugged in and having it out is night and day guys, i literally have to wait 30mins, sometimes more, for the loading ring to go away on my taskbar. While having it out, my windows load up within seconds, like literally 5 to10 secs. Fixed it up, i've send my pc away 3 times to get a check regarding this issue before i found the source of the problem which is the keyboard.

Its shame they refuse to admit facts that on AMD platforms this keyboard cause such issues. It is a fact RAZER! It exist for 2+ month. Call your devs, colab with AMD and Microsoft to investigate wtf is this. 2 month. Its ridiculous and absurd.
I just received the first non-template answer from Razer, where they also admit that they know about this for a while.

Finally some man who give some info. Lets hope they can fix it.
I am having the same issue. Sadly, the lack of support is something you see everywhere in the tech world.

Don't hold your breath. I thought the same thing, until a different support person then replied asking me to perform the same basic troubleshooting as every other consultant before them.

all they ask is for logs, and they havent been able to fix this for about a month already....

so, what's the problem... i didn't imagine this problem can cause a total windows messed up... i've experienced this in my life lmao. So, what's it's causing this i thought it was a bad pc upgrade from my part but never from razer. I don't have another keyboard to solve this problem. The problem is named AppHangB1 explorer.exe not responing is in the control panel. PLEASE WE NEED A FIRMWARE UPDATE ASAP
I'm having the same problem. Razer should give us at least the old firmware for a temporary fix.

Interesting fact. There is no such issue on Insider Preview Windows build. But its very unstable. Last night cheked.

Unstable in which way?
Maybe its because they have the shit synapse software hard baked into the keyboard so everytime the keyboard boots from cold and tries to install synapse its just causing multiple errors.

Tbh it should not have this hard baked into the keyboard anyway as you dont need it to operate 99% of the keyboards functions.

RAZOR TAKE THIS CRAP OUT!!

ctrl+alt+del not working always, some Radeon Software ui bugs when strating any game for 1-10sec. New but weird window animation. New OC behavior with GPU. Cant reach old OC profile, may be new AMD Gpu drivers cause this. And official bug list:

Sadly, no. Thats the last e mail I got from them:
"We would like you to know that as of January 28, 2021, there is still no update on your case. Rest assured we will update you as soon as we already receive feedback on your case from the appropriate department. We will try to update your request from time to time. Thank you for your patience."
And they didnt update my request. I dont know how its taking them so long to fix this issue. Im starting to lose my patience.

Here is my case answer:

Greetings! This is Rich again from Razer Escalation Team.

Thank you for your patiently waiting. What I have in had now is a quick fixed only not the real fixed. This was though the effort of my colleague and the team, we find a temporary solution that might help to solve for the meantime until our internal team will provide a fix via software update.

We found out that if you uninstall an specific update on your Windows (4598242) the issue of freezes and lagging of the task bar will be fix.

Let us know if this step help you with your issue.

But its old update and I cant install it manually. 😑 No one deleted this.

Well, they might know about this months ago but they were isolated cases and didnt pay much attention. They escalated the case recently so we have to count from the escalation date i think
