Hello my usb for razer deathadder v3 hyperspeed broke by itself. Is there any way to get an replacement?

"the loading screen.”My razer cortex wont stop loading. im using windows 11 and reinstalled razer cortex but it just does the setup asks me to loggin and then starts loading non stop.

Any suggestions what I can do or who I can contact to get the razer mouse delivered. Fedex app shows a picture of door that doesnt belong to me. Even walked around the block trying to find this particular door 

Hi everyone,The problem: The left mouse button isn't behaving consistently.Most of the time, a left click is simply not recognized at all — and this isn't just a one-off miss, it can last for several seconds where no left-click input registers whatsoever, no matter how many times I click. Click-and-hold is also intermittent: when I try to hold the left button down (e.g. for dragging or aiming), it usually doesn't sustain properly and releases/drops on its own.This happens across different applications (browsing, gaming, file explorer), so it doesn't seem tied to one specific program.What I've already tried:Updating to the latest Razer Synapse version and mouse firmware (mouse was already on the latest firmware) Uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse Testing the mouse on a different PC et several different USB portsNone of these steps have resolved the issue, so at this point I suspect it may be a hardware problem with the left switch.Also, I can't register the product to get access to s

Razer Naga v3 PRO has a bug where it can’t show real-time battery level! After connecting with Razer Synapse 4 and MouseDock Pro, the real-time battery level doesn’t display!  Last night I started charging from 60%, and during the charging process I noticed the battery level wasn’t increasing in real-time. I watched it for over 40 minutes, and it still showed 60% without going up, so I turned off the computer and continued charging!  Today when I turned it on, Razer Synapse 4 showed the battery at 100%, and after using it all evening for at least seven hours, the battery still showed 100% without going down!  How can I fix the bug in Razer Synapse 4 where it can’t display battery level updates in real-time?

I ordered my headphones from Best Buy through Insta Cart April 24th I came home to bite marks in the wire from my cat so i tried to register to see if i got warranty on them Ihave the S/N bc it’s on the headphones when I tried to put in the Model Number it said it wasn’t valid and it doesn’t look like the example shown online I only have the instructions paper and the headphones as well as a online receipt but I cannot register without the Product Number how can I find it or get it

All I want is the rainbow wave lighting effect to keep going no matter what I am doing, surfing the net, or going into any game.I have the latest update, I have everything else shut down, even in task manager and even then it was only MSI Center. Still whenever I go into a game, ALL my Razer products go black.  BUT, when I shut Synapse 4 right off, then when I go into any game it does a spectrum lighting effect, which is better then nothing, but not the effect I am looking for.  When I get out of the game of course it keeps the spectrum lighting, because I have the Razer software shut down.Help!!  I went through the virtual assistant and did everything it asked and now it’s gone to escalated help.

Hello, I need some help with my Razer Audio Mixer.In Razer Synapse 4, my Audio Mixer shows this message:“Unable to load Audio Drivers. We recommended removing and re-plugging the device.”I have already tried unplugging and reconnecting the device many times, but the problem still does not go away.At the moment, the Audio Mixer is detected in Synapse, but I cannot use it properly because of this driver error.Here is what I have already tried: Unplugging and reconnecting the Audio Mixer multiple times Restarting Synapse Restarting my PC Trying different USB ports Additional information: OS: Windows 11 Version 25H2 Razer Synapse 4 version: 4.0. I’ve tried it on both my laptop and my friends computer, but the problem still persists.Is there a definitive solution to fix this issue? I’ve read through the threads, but I haven’t found a solution.

idk if my pc have drivers issues but lately my pc just restarts for no reason, theres nothing on the event viewer just :The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load. Device: HID\VID_1532&PID_0560&MI_03&Col02\8&b1bf867&0&0001 Status: 0xC0000365thats why i think is razer issue, when i uninstall my usb drivers it fix but temporaly, idk what to do cause sometimes restarts and then its a streak of restarts just starting windows normaly

Support staff,I recently missed my shipment of my Razer Leviathan V2 X.It was listed as arriving on August 17.I was out for a medical procedure and returned home on 8/15. In plenty of time to be home for the 8/17 date.When I get home there is a note on my door from FedEx saying they tried to deliver on 8/12, 13 and 14th and that the package is on it’s way back to the shipper.Well before the 8/17 date.How can I get this package turned back around to me?Had I known it would arrive so early I would have made arrangements with my neighbors. Is there anything you can do?-K

Looked everywhere with no luck for this so I apologize if its already been posted.But, I’ve had my Basilisk v3 pro for a while now and this has been happening for some time and cant seem to figure it out. It will randomly just stop responding for like 5-15 seconds where i cant click or move the cursor. It usually happens while gaming but it happens in every single game I play. Tried a fresh install of synapse, moving usb ports for the dongle, updating firmware etc. and it still happens all the time. Anyone else experience anything similar?  Been a long time Razer mouse user and this is definitely making me want to switch.

I have problems with My blackshark v2 pro 2020 version, when i connect it through Audio jack, it works fine but when i try to use the USB for it, 1. My razer synapse shows that the device is offline and it needs to be switched on to use 2.4ghz usb dongle 2. My device detects the USB dongle correctly 3. The device is turned on while connecting using USB dongle but the software shows it is offlineAnyone had the same issue and resolved it please help.

I recently purchased the Razer Kraken V4 Pro, but the haptic feedback  does not work at all on my unit.I previously owned the Kraken V3, and the haptics worked flawlessly, so I am familiar with how the feature should behave.On the V4 Pro I feel no vibration or haptic feedback whatsoever, regardless of the content being played.Troubleshooting already attempted: Installed the latest Razer Synapse 4 Updated firmware and checked for updates Enabled Haptic Intensity in Synapse Tested both Sensa HD mode and Audio-to-Haptics Confirmed audio is playing at sufficient volume Ran the Razer Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool Restarted Synapse and my PC Reconnected the headset and tested different USB ports Tried multiple games and media sources even my PS5 None of these steps made any difference. Additional details: Windows PC Synapse 4 installed Device is detected correctly All audio functions work normally Only the haptics feature is not functioning Has anyone experienced

My dongle no longer works with my controller. There was no warning, it just stopped working. Is there a replacement option or do I need to just get a new controller?
