For a few days, my laptop was giving errors when turning on and repairing problems I couldn't figure out. Today, October 20, 2025, it happened again and it kept giving an error when resetting. After some suffering, after going to the home screen with the internet already not working, the Wi-Fi simply wouldn't turn on, saying there was no internet connection, and since my 2023 Razer Blade 14 doesn't have an internet cable input, there was nothing I could do.So I thought about restoring the laptop to factory settings. And now, when booting up, it still shows that I have no internet connection. It says I need to install a Wi-Fi internet drive.I've already installed several on another PC, but when I insert the USB flash drive, it doesn't recognize any of the drivers I downloaded. I've already been to AMD's website, Razer's website, and even Microsoft's website. But none of them offer a working driver, or even any driver at all.When I bought the notebook, I didn't ha

i have the razer wolverine v3 tournament edition 8k pc i have it updated to 1.1.0.0, when i try to use the calibration feature in synapse app it wont go past the first step and doesnt seem to be working. It has worked in the past but recently stopped, which lead me to update the controller to the newest firmware but i still cant seem to get the feature to work.

After updating Windows 11 to 25H2 it was not possible to locate sounds ingame anymore. Every sound, no matter from where, was in the center of my head. I tried to uninstall and reinstall synapse, tried factory-reset the headset. nothing helped.After uninstalling all the windows updates - which i installed on 2025/10/17 - everything is fine again. Is this a known issue? Are there newer/working drivers for windows 25H2 available? I’m on firmware 1.00.13.Thx!Znipo

Yoo, Is there a way to buy the membrane inside the Ornata V2? Some of my keys are starting to not work, arrows dont work, Alt left side doesnt work, and i do maintenance on it every monthI open it up, brush it up to get any dust or crumbs on it, wipe it with soft dry cloth micro fiber and close it up, and the white membrane on inside that “controls” the mapping some of them are getting “burned” duo to RGB always on, it generates heat and they burn apparentlyI dont wanna buy a new keyboard as its out of my budget atm, im unemployed and still trying to figure out stuff, so if theres any replacement parts avaiable i would like to know the price

I brught a pre owned but never opened xbox forza horizon 5 controller and it came with an unopened charging station and arrived today, i plugged it in and put the controller on thinking the light would go white like instructions said, its been 6 hours and the light kept suddenly flashing red every 20 or so minutes, and i would take the controller off and put it back on immediately and it would stop, how do I fix this?

Hi I have a razer blackwidow chroma and the left shift and ctrl randomly both stopped working at the same time when I turned my PC on, but was both working before I turned it off. I had Razer Synapse 4 and have re-installed and installed Razer Synapse 3, neither which solved the issue. They also dont work when plugging into another PC. I have removed the keys and cleaned them too, but it seems odd for them both to stop at the same time. Thanks 

I’ve had the viper v3 pro for only a few months and has been working fine since today, the charging is now slow (only 30% over 2 hours) and nothing to try and solve the issue works. I asked ChatGPT what to do it said try software and hardware resetting I did the software one and it changed nothing and when I try the hardware way to reset it doesn’t work or do anything. I tried another cable and it didn’t resolve the issue as well as the back and top ports of my pc. Any solutions or info is greatly appreciated as this is very frustrating for only having the mouse for a couple of months now.

I’ve had my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for a while, and this issue has been happening since the first week. At this point, I just can’t tolerate it anymore. The headset randomly disconnects with two beeps, causing me to lose audio for 5-10 seconds before it comes back. It’s extremely frustrating when it happens in the middle of a game or a video. I’ve tried every fix I could find in posts and guides, but nothing works. There’s nothing blocking the connection between the headset and the dongle, so the signal should be strong. Can you please check this issue?

Just purchased the hammerhead 2021 yesterday and casually using it today. Just watch 1hour of anime and just checked the app for curiosity and seems the right pair is draining fast. What things i can do before asking for a replacement on the store i got it with?  

Hi community, I need your help. I just bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2021 today and noticed that there is a significant battery difference despite it being charged to full. I already tried the method recommended by Razer Support but to no avail. A difference of 2 to 3% is fine for me however it is concerning that there is a huge difference when I just bought it today. Is it a glitch, factory defect, or a firmware bug?

I'm curious if the intel arc pro b60 dual 48g in a Razer core X v2 would register 1 or both of the gpus on the unit? I fully understand bandwidth limits but for llms it would only be an issue on on initial load.The real question  comes down to if the Core X V2 can deal with the bifurcation the card uses. I expect the answer to be a resounding no but with so many boards trading out pcie lanes for high speed type c ports i figured it was worth an ask and honestly not interested in building a dedicated machine for messing with llms.

My basilisk v3 is not working because of the infinity scroll and that was the only reason i got the mouse and i think its a software issue because when i installed synapse it bricked my mouse and worked 4 hours on it to realise it was the scroll wheel
