Hi,I got my new pad yesterday. I connected it to a USB 3 port on the motherboard and it lit up on the edges, but the plastic nub on the top left with the Razer logo did not. I got notification from windows for a successful device install and prompted me to restart my PC, so I did. After that I opened Synapse and the pad was there along with my KB and mouse, bit it just had a tiny green circle rotating and when I clicked it, Synapse just showed “Detecting Device...”. I waited for a while, but nothing changed.   I tried different USB ports. Uninstalling it from Device Manager, reinstalling Synapse and even the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool, but it’s still the same.I’m using Windows 11 with the latest updates.Is there anything else that I can do, or should I return it?

Hi, I’m planning to buy a Razer Blade 18 from the EU store, but the available configuration shows US keyboard layout (ANSI). I need a physical Italian ISO keyboard (different key shapes/Enter), so not stickers.Questions: Does Razer offer a paid service (or sell a spare part) to convert the Blade 18 from ANSI → ISO-IT (Italian) by replacing the keyboard/top-case assembly? If not directly, can an authorized service center perform this swap, and can I purchase the ISO-IT keyboard/top-case as a spare part (with a part number)? Would this affect warranty coverage in any way? Config (as shown in the configurator): CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX GPU: GeForce RTX 5090 (24 GB) RAM: 64 GB 5600 MHz Storage: 4 TB (2 TB + 2 TB) Display: 18" Dual UHD+ 240 Hz / FHD+ 440 Hz Keyboard: US Layout (ANSI) I’m located in Italy. Hi, I recently uninstalled the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound drivers from Device Manager. After reinstalling the app, it didn't prompt me to enter my activation code again, and I can't get the 7.1 surround sound to work. My serial number is (Removed serial number), and it's registered to my account. Could someone guide me on how to re-enter the activation code or fix this issue? Thanks in advance

Windows 11 January update broke secure boot on my laptop.  I seem to have latest bios and firmware.  MS guidance is to update uefi/bios.  Where do I go from here?

Hi, I have a problem. All of a sudden my Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0369B stopped booting properly. When I start it up, I get the message SECURE BOOT VIOLATION.  Managed to boot after disabling secure boot , but I can’t play Valorant or any game that requires an anti-cheat. I need a solution. I hope you can help me by releasing some kind of firmware update or something like that.

 I recently purchased a boxed Razer BlackShark V2 X Green headset from Turkey. However, I was not aware that it required a driver, and I accidentally threw away the box which contained the activation information.Could you please guide me on how to download and install the correct driver for my headset? 

Hi, My Razer Synapse didn’t open so I uninstalled it and tried to instal it again, but it keeps giving me error code 5 saying installation failed due to restrictions on this computer. My computer is Acer Predator Helios 300. I tried to look for a solution but couldn’t find one.Any help?

Hi, synapse 4 & chroma app crash each time trying to open it. happen in about a month cant use any razer app. already try to reinstall still doesn't work. firewall didn't block anything. Reach support after a week ticket just closed without any solution. anyone can help? thanks.

This problem occurred within the last 3 days, as I had been using the USB connected mode on this past Sunday.here’s a couple things just to get an idea with what I’m dealing with.Controller’s LED Razer name thing cycles through its colors Controller vibrates when first powered on or following me trying to reset it Multiple Console restarts and shutdowns, both with the controller plugged in and not plugged in. Multiple Controller restarts Not detected by my Mac as a device Not detected by the “Razor Controller Setup for Xbox” appI have not attempted Bluetooth connection yet as I’m away from home but will try it tomorrow afternoon, as well as hooking it up to my PC to see if I can update firmware or something like that. I am so confused and honestly angry that it suddenly stopped working and since I bought it December of 2025, my 1-year warranty is no longer valid. I could really use some help here.

I connected my headphones to my xbox and now they will not stop connecting to them no matter what I do, if there is a way for me to factory reset them or if I can remove them from my xbox it would be much appreciated.

I cannot pair my type pro ultra.  I hold Fn+1 (or 2/3) to try and have it appear on my bluetooth list for my pc to pair and I cannot get any profile to light up on the C, 1, S lights.  I only continue to have a blinking C light.  It had worked fine for a while, I paired to another PC then tried to pair back to my original PC and it refuses to work.  **Edit**Problem was solved by updating the firmware for anyone else having this issue out there. (probably should have tried that first before posting in the first place.)

Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or a previously used device.There is no option to hard reset the mouse.The firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse gets connected to the laptop on that slot.This is incorrect behavior, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over 4 years.Some Razer engineer screwed up big time here, so please provide a firmware upd

Been using synapse 4 with no issues up until that point.Affected devices - Tartarus V2 Pro, Basilisk V3, Deathadder V2, Blackwidow V4. Most (not all) keys just reverted to default binds. Chroma is working fine. My wireless Blackadder X2 Hyperspped keybinds, however, curiously work just fine. Uninstalled synapse twice, created brand new profiles with new keymaps - nothing.What a load of absolute dogshit.

The headband on my razer barracuda pro has snapped off on both ear, I attempted to fix it with tape but this was not sustainable as it hurts my head to wear now. I would really appreciate if I could get a replacement or even the spare parts so I can fix it myself

Hi I have a razer huntsman mini v3 that I bought about a year ago and for the past few days I have noticed chattering on the d key. I press it and it output 2 or 3 characters. I tried about everything, updated the firmware, reset to factory settings, the only thing that works is changing my rapid trigger to a higher level which is not ideal, i’d rather have my intented setting.  Is there a fix for that?

Hi, I need tech support help please. Impossible to find any tech support email….. The issue;I bought a BlackWidow V4 and when the computer start all keys are light up and working fine.But as soon as Synapse 4 load a profile this key # and key < not light up any more stay black.In Synapse 4 you cannot even change any things on this 2 keys. Synapse show blank keys. I try all things i could find on the web, reinstall everythings, hard reset,… I try it all.Is there anyway to fix this issue? I found on the web many people as the same issue but not fix found. Please tech support need your help

I have this problem with booting. Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup. I disabled secure boot and now it works, but I want to fix the real problem.
