hi, recently applied the update from synapse 3 to 4, and although i have migrated my profile across there are some changes im having trouble with.With synapse 3 when the battery was low, both my mouse and the dock would flash red warning, after the update only my mouse wheel now flashes, which is useless as the wheel is forever covered by my finger. I cannot find a setting either in the synapse or chroma app to change this back to how it worked with synapse 3. My profile is basic, just a static colour for both mouse and dock and i have tried without this profile enabled but still unable to have the dock flash warning.Any help appreciated

today i upgraded to synapse 4 and everything works fine but after i pressed the mute button i realised that the volume button to the right turned red instead. After checking the chroma app i noticed that the 4 multimedia buttons except the volume button were one module. im not entirely sure anymore if this was like this in synapse 3. is there a way to fix it yet?

Your Razer Gigantus V2 smells like burned rubber. The smell does not go away and it transfers to the skin when you work on your keyboard. It’s really irritating.Should it supposed to stink like this? 

Dear Razer Support,I own a Razer Blade 16 (RZ09-0483, Intel i9-13950HX, RTX 4080) and I am experiencing serious issues with the sound and microphone.Issue description:Whenever I play any kind of audio (for example YouTube videos, media players, Zoom meetings, or any application that sends or receives audio), the entire system starts to stutter and lag.The sound is audible, but it continuously cuts in and out, and the whole system becomes stuttering.When I stop the audio playback or stop using the microphone, the system immediately returns to normal operation.In the Voice Recorder app, recording automatically stops after a few seconds with the message:“The connection with the audio input source was interrupted.”I have already tried many suggested fixes found online, but nothing has resolved the issue.Here is what I have already done:

Hello!Unfortunately my rabbit decided that he hated matching and decided to nibble through my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro headphone cord that i just got last month. I was wondering if anyone knew of any places to buy a certified replacement part? Razer support said to look for other retailers but I could only find “HUYUN New USB Wire Data Line/Audio Cable Razer Kraken Kitty Edition/Ultimate Edition” on amazon which support said they cannot gurantee will work with the V2 pro. Do I have any other options or do I just have to keep looking and praying for them to appear on the razer parts store?Also: Has anyone taken their headphones to a repair store to get them fixed? Any help or advice would be lovely! My 2025 Razer Blade 18 is having an issue with its HDMI port. I connected it with my LG 2K monitor which support up to 165hz by using a hdmi 2.1 cable, both internal and external screen would have black screens. I've also tried different hdmi cable and connecting it to my two TVs. Nothing works. Setting refresh rate to 60hz, the port would work and duplicate screen to my external monitor. Using thunderbolt port to Displayport would work. Do you guys think this is an hardware issue? If it's software/driver related, I've seen people on forum and Reddit reporting similar issue like this month ago, is Razer team still seeking solution?

Lately my Razer 17 2022 has been experiencing constant crashes coming out of sleep or hibernation. Did a full system reset, reinstalled windows, updated drivers, firmware etc. The issue persisted. Ran a full analysis on the memory dump files. The graphics card, running on the latest Nvidia Studio Driver, is crashing trying to activate the secondary display on my thunderbolt 4 dock. Last thread on similar problems was 3 years ago. Solution back then was rolling back an Nvidia Driver. Not sure which version to roll back to now or when the issue appeared. I launch the 7.1 app, the audio works for a couple seconds in the speaker config (side and back speakers), then after launching any audio everything but the stereo speakers stops working, the 7.1 config does appear and i can test it, but no audio comes out when testing back, front, and side speakers, the only one that works even in the audio testing is the stereo ones. I’ve tried to find this issue online, updated drivers, tried to mess around in the control panel, disabled audio/hardware enhancements and automatic gain control, there is no external apps controlling the audio or anything, my pc is freshly formatted, there should be no issue  

yesterday everything was fine with my mic but after i startup my laptop the light doesnt work. the microphone functions work only doesnt light up idk why.

Hello,I updated my Blade 15 advanced (rz09-0301) recently after a few days away, and when booting the laptop went into a Secure Boot Violation error. I managed to boot after disabling secure boot in bios, however now i cannot launch most games.I have not changed anything in my bios ever before this nor installed/changed anything new. I have not found any cause or solution so far. Is there a solution for this? 

So I’ve had the barracuda x headset for a while now and the mic on it has finally broke. Obviously it is detachable so I was wondering if it was possible to maybe get a razer offical replacement. I just was wondering if there’s anyway to get the mic replacement only from anywhere as the ones I find aren’t razer

I have had my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for almost 5 years now and recently, in order to get sound on both sides of the headset, I have had to fine-tune the physical volume knob. Now I am unable to hear at all on the right side unless the volume knob is firmly held in a specific position. What can I do to fix this issue?

Trying to create a Razer Blade System Recovery Image for a Razer Blade Stealth 13.  Comes up that the laptop is  Legacy and will not create the image. Any solutions to this?

Hey, I generally hear really good audio in Warzone — I can hear gunshots, planes, everything perfectly. But I hear absolutely no footsteps. Literally none. Enemies can be standing right next to me and I don’t hear them at all. Does anyone have any idea what I could change in the settings? The eSports audio presets didn’t help at all. I bought the Razer Deathadder V3 (Wired) mouse in the month of December 2025, and since the start, I’m facing random disconnects when my PC starts. I have a high-end PC (AMD Ryzen 7800 X3D CPU & AMD RX 7900 XTX GPU), so I’m pretty sure I’m not lacking performance of any kind. Taking about the symptoms, the mouse frequently connects and disconnects when the PC starts, and this starts happening when I start moving the mouse; after a while it stabilises. The same thing starts happening as soon as I jump in a Deathmatch in CS2. The moment I do a hard swipe, the mouse becomes unresponsive, and after several disconnect and connects, the mouse becomes responsive again. The weird thing is, after 2-3 connects and disconnects, the mouse becomes stable in CS2 as well. So, I’m not certain whether it’s a hardware or software fault. 

The email account I used for verification is an old one that I no longer have access to. I would like to request to change the Gmail address used for verification.

Every time i install the APP (synapse4) i have this message. and the program dont run. Already tryed everything and nothing happens.Im having this issue since Feb 6th. Before that the program was working with no issues.  

Razer Naga v2 Hyperspeed profile does not save onboard.I’ve tried resetting the mouse, 4 different Razer accounts and nothing sticks. This issue was originally reported here 4 months ago: Here are similar topics on the issue that are ignored by Razer: This hasn't been fixed yet. Can we get a follow up on this please Razer and a fix?

I have a razer deathadder V3 Pro Faker edition for around 1,5years now and it always worked fine but today my clicks are not working anymore i can move it perfectly fine its just doesnr recognize my clicks and also the green LED is always on which i also think isnt right i asked chat gpt what could be the problem and he said something about a micro switch.
