my basilisk v3 after 3 years is broke down….any idea where can i get a repair service ?

I have purchased a new PC (on Windows 11) and Basilisk V3 Pro mouse,  Razer Leviathan V2, Blackwidow V3 with it. But when I plug them to my PC, software not automatic installation. Then, I installed Razer Synapse 4, it not working. In the event view detect fail. What could be the issue and how can I fix it? 

Hello,I have purchased a new PC (on Windows 11) and Basilisk V3 Pro mouse with it. For whatever reason, wheel tilt doesn’t work. Previously, I used a PC on Windows 10 and Basilisk V2, everything worked fine. Interesting thing is that when I connected my old mouse (Basilisk V2) to my new PC, wheel tilt worked until Razer Synapse “installed” the mouse. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

Hey so i have Synapse 4 updated but its not linking games whether its auto or manually linking game and while trying to run the auto linking it just locks and i have to refresh it to be able to to try manually and even when i do it manually it doesnt add the games to itI was Running old synapse 3 and it linked the game to it but profile migrations isnt even adding the gamesis there a patch for this fix in the works? Am I the only one running into this issue??

I bumped my dongle and now it wont connect. What are my replacement options?  Saw a similar thread with @Razer.sushi.boi but it was locked.

When I plug in my Wireless dongle into the PC, the PC connects it, dissconects it, in a cycle until it isn’t registered anymore by the PC,  this happens on my PS4 too. But when I plug the USB C straight into my switch, it works fine. At first I thought it was an adapter issue, so got new USB C to USB A adapter, but that changed nothing. I’ve updated all the firmware and re-paired the dongle and Headset, and it still does the not connecting issue.Also, sometimes it connects until audio plays through it’ll be connected, and I join a call or Listen to some music and Bam, it doesn’t connect again.I’ve tried to fix it in whatever way possible.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone,I'm having an issue with my headphone dongle.When I plug it in, my laptop only detects it as a microphone — not as an audio output like it should.I tried updating the drivers, but it didn’t help.Also, the dongle only works when I use it with an adapter.Any ideas on how to fix this? Hi,I'm experiencing an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition microphone (PC USB HEADSET)I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps, and the mic is being detected in Windows 11 as well as in the 'test microphone' feature within games. However, once I enter a game lobby, the microphone stops working.I've double-checked all in-game settings — everything is enabled, and open mic is turned on.I'm really confused about what else could be causing the problem. Anyone have any ideas? 

About a year ago, I got some Razor headphones. i got 7.1 surround sound and everything was fine until now. It has logged me out and when i try to log back in, it says “No authentication found”. Can someone please help me?

I’m facing an issue where my Viper V2 Pro would work for a few minutes and disconnects after. I tried plugging the dongle back in or into other ports and my laptop just seems to be unable to detect the dongle being plugged in. I’ve already confirmed that my laptop ports are still working using other device, it’s just the Viper V2 pro dongle that stopped working.

 Hi,I am having problems with my Razer Hammerhead Wireless X. I am unable be to connect it to pair it. I havent used this awhile since I thought I lost it but somehow found again but cannot find the charging cable. I was able to charge it using a different cable. After charging he lid is green when opening but my devices cannot find it. I used 3 devices (Windows, IOS and Android).

Hello Good day, I already registered my razer product and its already been a week and I cant receive the activation code from my email. I already check spams and promotions etc. I received other forms of racer codes such as changing my password but when im asking an activation code. I cant receive them,

i got my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed 2 hours ago and every time i try connecting it with the dongle i got it doesnt work, it is recognised when connected via cable but not with dongle, i read your guides for 1 hour straight trying to solve this problem but it still doesnt work.

The audio splitter of my product which is received yesterday doesn't seem to work,it works fine without it, i don't want to replace the whole product, is it possible that i can get replacement for audio splitter?

when i first bought my mouse i wanted to go for a white setup but since then i have changed my mind and now everything except my mouse is black and it just doesnt work with my setup

I have some smart lighting strips that are showing connected to chroma but arent recieving any lighting commands from chroma rather consistently. Their brand is monster smart lighting and they are actively connected to the network. i can control them with everything except chroma so i believe chroma is the problem here. Is there any way other than resetting my whole router and disrupting my whole house connection to get them to work?i can restart the router and they connect and play for a good 6 hours or so then i gotta do another router restart and thats still a gamble on if they will start actually lighting up from anything in the chroma app.

when i open synapse my keyboard just stops working for everything (except synapse as it still registers my key presses). how do i fix this ive clean re installed synapse wiped keyboard drives many times and done all firmware updates

Hi I just got my headset and I was trying to activate my 7.1 surround sound at first I noticed I got a card that has a QR code not a scratch one so then I tried getting a code from registering my product but when I tried to it said this product has already been registered can someone help please I don’t know what to do
