Hi!I'm not sure about Surround Sound for Blackshark V2X.So 7.1 Surround Software wesbite says that app is compatible with Win 10 and Win 11, and the descriptionincludes both the 3.5 mm and USB versions of Blackshark V2X.However, when I look at the spec for the 3.5 mm version, it says"7.1 Surround sound: Only available on Windows 10 64-bit", and for the USB version "Only available on Windows 10 64-bit (or higher)"So, do both versions of these headphones not support 7.1 on Win 11 or USB version support it?

Hey there I’ve been using razer for years, never had a break before, but for the first time by my own hand I managed to break the Gen-2 Analog Optical keyswitch on my keyboard. I went to look for replacements but I can’t find out where I could purchase these switches. I called support and was told they don’t make spare parts. I am sad because I can’t use the keyboard while these keys aren’t functioning, and I don’t have the budget to outright replace the Keyboard, any idea what I should do?

I have everything of razer , rgb mousemat , mouse dock ,  basilisk pro mouse , and a laptop cooling pad.But i am very disappointed about my razer speakers they are dead only 1 month after the guarantee.They dont work anymore. I have red al the tips here and youtube and they dont work anymore .Expensive speakers that only blink red.I tried everything but nothing works.I am sure that they have not played 50 hours i dont use them often.sorry for bad englisch 

I have a Blade 16, about 4 months out of warranty. It’s constratly crashing, like 5-8 times per days. The temperature of the cores is easily 100C in Balanced mode on Synapse.pPI’ve done all the BIOS updates, really not sure how to keep troubleshooting, this thing is driving me crazy. Probably spent 10 hours troubleshooting with ChatGPT, Gemini and ClaudeAI in the last two weeks. This was just today:I’m doing web work (PowerApps) and PowerBI, so there’s no heavy local load. It’s 100C when I’m doing nothing at all with no open apps.

It appears my Razer Microphone, a Siren X, is totally dead. Its been working fine, plugged it in today and it won’t power up. Tried every port on my computer. Every ports works fine with other devices, so it appears the fault is with the microphone itself. I CANNOT for the life of me, figure out a way to contact Razer support for RMA. This thing isn’t even a year old yet, and its a brick. Is there any email or phone number for these guys??

Hello Support team, Today I bought a Razer headset Blackshark V2 X , and when I wanted to activate  7.1 surround sound i doesn't have the Activation code. When I wanted to add the speakerheadset, I was told that the hangerheadset had already been added! But I did not add it and it is a new speaker. What is the solution, please? 

Hello,my Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed keeps turning on and off all the time. Hi, I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X yesterday. I'm trying to register it, but it says it's already registered. It was completely sealed when I bought it. Is it possible to somehow re-register the product and get the code for function 7.1?

On Windows, when I press the Windows key + L, the screen locks.When I try to unlock it, I enter my PIN/password and I'm on the home screen.After unlocking the screen, the "L" button remains pressed until I press the spacebar (the membrane is fine, the button isn't physically pressed).Why is this happening - is there any way to fix it?

Hey I have some old devices using the gen 1 hyperspeed wireless stick. now I want to have another new one with gen 2. Will the stick comes with the gen 2 device be compitable with my old gen 1 devices? I don’t want to have two sticks on my computer as that would destroy the whole point of this.

I’m not able to reach the correct person. There is no clear method to contact support for issues with the website. I’ve added this info to my support ticket as well.The RMA form at: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/rma/self_service/token/Does not function. It refuses to let me enter anything into the address fields.I’ve tried both firefox and chrome. Neither work.There are javascript errors on the page about a google maps API not being available.Please fix the errors so I can move forward with the RMA process.
