Welp so my DAV3 has a lot of disconnecting and reconnecting issues and i'm willing to fix it but i cant find a proper cable for it. Also can i use cable from a other razer mouse to replace it?

Hi, I bought a Razer Orochi V2 around a year ago, which I use on my Mac and use exclusively via bluetooth. Since a few days, it connects and disconnects within a second, which makes it unusable.Does anybody know how to fix this? It seems to be a recurring issue. Thanks, 

Hi I made an order for PSN Gift cards and my orders have been placed on pending for over 5 hours. 

Picked up an original Iskur chair today, was out in the curb because the broken weld on the basement I've seen dozens of posts about while trying to find the parts to fix it. I seen some people were having luck out of warranty just emailing support and getting a link to order the replacement parts needed but whenever I go to the support page all I get is being told the serial number is out of warranty and to go here and ask for help from the community. Literally every single other company I have ever bought anything from just has an openly posted support email or a basic from to send a support email. How the heck do I just ask a simple question of how much do I owe you guys for one part on a diagram? I'm willing to buy the darn thing I just need a part number or a link to buy it

Del and Pg Up keys suddenly stopped working. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard from device manager and reinstalled sypnase but still not working.

I purchased a razer blade 17 pro with the RTX 3080, 4K display about 2 years ago now. It was the most expensive laptop I'd purchased but I was very impressed with it's build quality on delivery, somewhat justifying it's price in hope's I wouldn't need to upgrade for another 3-4 years.. However it's been the most unreliable laptop I've ever owned, constantly troubling me with different issues. It all started a couple weeks after receiving the laptop, while I was using it my laptop would suddenly freeze followed a few seconds later by the screen going black. It would stay in this state until I restarted the laptop. Initially I thought it was the whole laptop that stayed in a sleep state, but later realized it was just the display, as connecting the laptop to an external display showed the laptop was still running. Just noticed that both headband ends on my Kraken V3 Pro have cracked. How can I get new ones to replace them?   

Hey guys,i’m using a Razer Nari Ultimate for around 4 years and the dongle isn’t working anymore.I’ve seen some topics about this same problem and it looks like no one got to fix it, neither did Razer have a solution as it is out of waranty. Can someone help?Got to temporarily “fix” the dongle for a year and it isn’t working again, don’t want to change headset, this one is pretty good. Thank you!

I dont know whats the problem but my mice theres a lot of time whenever i tried to spray it stop idk if it was the sensor problem i can figure it out sometimes its working but sometimes spray stops

Iv tried plenty methods from the razer website and my headset and mic are up to date on the latest software update but when im on ps5 in a party my mic cuts out and back in while im talking. i dont know what to do

As the title suggests, whenever I play a game, my headphone somehow increases the audio to a point where its unbearable. Before that, I tested it with playing some music, the music’s audio was normal but when I opened a game, it became VERY loud.I have tried:-Disable audio enhancements in windows settings (which worked)-Completely uninstall the Synapse software (which worked)-Uninstall all THX drivers (made the microphone sound weird and broke the synapse software)-Unlinking all THX game profiles (did not work)Tho, uninstalling the Synapse kinda strips out the features it provides. I do think the THX enhancment was the one causing the issue, is there any way to completely disable the THX feature from my headset? 

My Razer Kiyo suddenly stopped working. When I plug it in, my computer sees the device. But when I try to use it, it starts up and the ringlight lights up, but then it suddenly stops and disappears from the computer while the ring stays lit. I remove unplug it and plug it back in, it shows up in my devices but disappears again when I try to use it.I’m trying to update the firmware but am unable to as it tells me to contact support. Any help on this please?
