Good morning Razer community, When I plug in a charger it automatically opens my computer and I don’t want this to happen. I chatGPT the problem and it said to look for some sort of “Wake on AC” option in BIOs but I didn’t find that option. Is there a way to solve this issue?  Thanks, from Blade 15 user

Current Specifications:-Asus Prime B760M-A WIFI D4 Bios Ver 1402,Windows 11 Fully up to date,Synapse 4 latest from Razer website,Chroma Latest from Razer website,Stalker 2 Aug 23 -2025,Razer Huntsman V2 TenK,Razer Basilisk V3.The issue is as follows:-When I load any linked game the keyboard reacts correctly.When I activate Stalker 2 Once the game has loaded the keyboard goes blank and the shader loading in game almost stops, once the game starts the keyboard remains black.Once I exit the game the keyboard is locked in the game linked colour profile and the only way to remove this is to uninstall Synapse and Chroma.

I got the headset today and the leds were green then I downloaded the razer app to mess around with the colours. I ended up sticking with green but now when I plug it into my ps5 that Lights just start changing colour how can I fix this

Hello,I’ve read in other threads that the Razer Nari headset and Nari Ultimate dongles are supposed to be interoperable.My original Razer Nari dongle broke, to replace it I mistakenly purchased a Razer Nari Ultimate dongle.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Using the Razer Nari Pairing Utility: The tool does not recognize the Nari Ultimate dongle at all. Because of this, it never proceeds to the step where it detects the headset (which I’ve connected via micro-USB). Using the Razer Nari Ultimate Pairing Utility: The tool does recognize the Ultimate dongle. However, it does not detect the Nari headset, even when it is connected to the PC via micro-USB. Question:Is there a way to pair a standard Razer Nari headset with a Razer Nari Ultimate dongle? If so, could you provide the correct pairing utility or steps needed for this cross-model pairing?Thank you in advance!

Hi, how do I get in Contact With razer support ? I’ve registered my product With serial key and its avalible for warranty. Its my speakers Razer Nammo pro, they wont turn on anymore. Plugging AC power out and in wont work anymore 

I’m planning the next laptop purchase and trying to find information about Thunderbolt 3 compatibility with newest Blade 16. I’m aware that in general AMD CPUs are not Thunderbolt -compatible. There’s a lot of information out that USB4 and Thunderbolt are cross-compatible.I do have several Thunderbolt 3 -devices that need to work with computer:-Caldigit Element Hub (Thunderbolt 3) -version-Blackmagic UltraStudio Mini 4k Can I find information here?

Hello, I am running into two issues on day 2 after purchasing the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Keyboard, 1.) After updating the keyboard’s firmware to v1.04.00_r1 I am unable to enable the newly added feature called “Snap Tap” by using the “Fn + L Shift” shortcut, also there is not settings for the feature within the synapse software itself (Synapse updated to latest version). So how else am i supposed to access/enable this feature?2.) Within synapse my keyboard goes into a permanent “Loading all presets… 90%”. This prevents me from being able to go into keyboard settings within synapse by clicking on the keyboard image. A temporary workaround is to go to system tray and click on the synapse icon and select the keyboard.  

Hello Good day! i have a problem for my payment because my authenticator always says invalid due to the date and time of my phone settings i cant make it to automatic because im working on a ship and it takes a month to dock our ship to shore and get some signal so theres no way it can automatically change the date and time. can u help me to make payment using otp from email instead of otp from sms or authenticator

Hi, my headphone’s mic doesnt work, i also not hear on xbox the people i play with i only hear the game sound. Also when i want to adjust sound on xbox menu this is grey and locked i cant adjust the mic sound game sound anything. I installed raze program and did anything that is possible but still i dont hear any of my friends in party’s and they dont hear me.. 

Multiple keys stopped working a few days ago for me. I did a hard reset, cleaned out debris, and reinstalled drivers. Sometimes the key DOES work randomly at moments and when that happens the rest of the keys work as well for a short moment before going back to being unresponsive. I love this keyboard and hadn’t had a problem with it for awhile and kept it in good condition I just hope there is a fix or another problem I hadn’t done yet to resolve this issue.

My razer huntsman mini V3 pro stopped working completely after a week i didnt use it. We i came back home from my vacation it started a first time but then, when i logged in a game it turned off completely and i’ve done every procedures suggested by the support pages.Let me know what to do.Thanks, Mattia

I don't have an activation code. It hasn't arrived in my email. Is there a problem with my product? I downloaded synaps 4 and I can't set up my headphones. This part was there before but it's not there anymore. 

So my Razer Blade 2022 was working fine, went to dinner and came back and the screen was dark and it appeared to power off while I was gone.  Figured it had just done an update or something and tried to turn it back on.  Nothing would work, did all the recommended steps here on the forum and in the support pages.  Opened a support ticket, redid all of the steps requested and it was determined to RMA the device.  Sent the laptop in to get checked out and the response just came back that it is a dead motherboard that needs to be replaced.  Total cost to diagnose and fix the laptop...~$1800.00!!  For a laptop I payed $2100, direct from Razer, in July 2023.  After further research both in these forums and on the internet in general, this is a known problem with the 2022 and 20223 blade 14’s.   So Razer has a motherboard that they know is faulty, that they installed in these laptops, and then when you send it back to them to repair they want to charge you 80% of the cost of the original lap
